Cervantes is 6"0' even and weighs about 150 pounds. He has bright blue irises that have bubbled flecks. Also his skin is flawless and smooth.
Personality: Cervantes has a very go with the flow attitude and strives not to make any big indents in people's lives. He is laid back and enjoys the small things in life...like watching others fight. He doesn't want to be the one too start a fight...but has no problem jumping in.

Power/Ability: Cervantes body is made out of bubbles. He can manipulate and create these bubbles. With them he can compress large amounts of air in a small amout of space and cause an explosion on poping. These bubbles can have mirroring effects and can be filled with other water materials. The bubbles can vary in size and in density or strength.
