The year is 2394, and mankind has spread to many of her neighboring planets due to the terraforming technology developed in the late 21st century to balance the climate of earth. Mars, Titan, And Europa have been colonized and for almost a century the earth has been united with no wars between nations. The 22nd century while it held much progress and development for humanity it also saw the rise of what has today become its biggest divide. Startech industries came to prominence in the year 2112 when they developed the first ever Hyperspace drive, which they used to colonize Titan and Europa developing much of the infrastructure. Now as the 24th century comes to a close, nearly 1/3rd of humanity is employed by the corporate giant and over 70% of all of the spaceships in this united solar system belong to them. They have become the governing power of Titan, Europa, and all of the colonies of the outer solar system and this government runs the risk of going to war with the governments of mars and earth over trade regulations and attempted population governance from the inner system worlds.

However this conflict seems to be placed on the back burner in light of a discovery three years ago. Turns out we were not alone, not even close. Many civilizations exist in the milky way and they finally reached out to us after the signals we sent through hyperspace to one another reached them due to their faster than light transmission speeds. After meeting with them Humanity was given the key to their hidden past and origins. Humanity was once a part of this great Oomani empire that had reached out to them. Their solarsystem was struck with a powerful superweapon wiped out the Ancient civilization of mankind along with the dinosaurs, collateral damage in the war against the galactic invaders known as the Raidions. The system was thought lost but a remnant of the ancient humans hid within the great arc ship that is now the earths moon and went into stasis for 61 million years. They were deposited onto the african heartland 4 million years ago and after a few rises and falls of great civilizations eventually made it to becoming the interplanetary system they are today.

With the threat of the raidion invasion returning in just a few years, as they have every 5400 years since their initial attack. Humanity joined their ancient ancestors and became a part of the Oomani empire and were named the Terran System. As mankind prepared itself for a new age of discovery the entire Oomani empire came under a new threat nearly as ancient as their mechanical foes from Andromeda. Chronos, an ancient Oomani-Methusela who became obsessed with the Raidions and obtaining their power in addition to the Oomani's power. However the infectious nature of the raidions power meant he couldnt find oomani hosts powerful enough to hold raidion cores without being themselves converted. So he wandered the galaxy seeking the secrets of life, death, and change itself...and he found them. 64 million years ago he was defeated and a dimension built around him to imprison him as he had attained true immortality.

This terrible threat has broken free and he promptly fled to the terran system wher he found Humans possessing a perfected Oomani Genome, the only system with the original unmodified code. He took six people and performed experiments on them before he was confronted by an Asgardian battle fleet and he fled into hyperspace with a single of his experiments leaving the other 5 behind to be captured by the asgardians. These five have been genetically modified to be able to hold the Raidion cores that were implanted into them. They were returned to the terran system to be put into the Oomani Astral military where their new abilities can be put to use, their behavior monitored, and their positions monitored in case Chronos returns for them.

The roles

playable characters in this story include any and all variants of Oomani. You may even create your own civilization and or empire so long as it follows the 3 rules of civilizations which will be added soon. The only limited roles are the Olympian Leaders of which only 12 may exist and six of them are already made leaving 6 open to be played I will list them below. Asgardian Fleet commanders of which only 6 will be playable as they will make up the Terran systems Oomani support fleets. Lastly there are the Oomani-Radiant,Each of which is an experimental fusion of Raidion and Oomani, specifically taking the oomani genetic code from the Terran systems humans. One was Taken by Chronos. One will be played by me, leaving Four which will be playable by the RPers.
The Olympian leaders each surrendered their identity and personal ways of life in order to embody their domain and thus draw the full potential of the nigh limitless power the domains grant them. Each leader is a terrifically powerful individual who is comparable to an entire battle fleet in their potential to change things as one of the twelve rulers of the oomani empire each of these twelve also carry with them a tremendous responsibility

1. Hephaestus of the Forge Domain- The forge domain governs the craft and construction of the Mighty Olympian Ships and Battle suits. The lord of the forge possess unparalleled control over the Olympians hyper advanced technology and can telepathically create and command such vehicles and vessels. As such they work closely with Ares, Artemis, And Hermès.

2. Athena of the Wisdom Domain- The head of the vast intelligence network within the Oomani empire. Athena holds many secrets and vast arrays of skills. Almost nothing surprises them and their combat prowess is second only to Ares. They work closely with Ares, Artemis and Hermès.

3.Ares of the War Domain- The War domain commands the Olympian equivalent to marines. They are the lovers of combat and spend every waking moment honing their formidable skills. Using the domain they can spawn virtually any quantity of weapons and any kind as well. They work with all of the other leaders closely but spend most of the time they aren’t communicating with them in combat of some kind or another.

4. Hermès of the Travelers Domain- The Old Hyperspace Highway’s of the oomani empire are numerous, winding, and Ever changing . Hermès is the only one whose maps can accurately predict the changes and fluctuations in these highways not to mention form more of them and even influence their fluctuations. Due to this it is nearly impossible for any of the other leaders to operate without him, at least if they hope to have their influence reach distant stars.

5. Artemis of the Void Domain- Those who dwell eternally in darkness are the Artemis corps, and their leader embodies this patrolling deep space far from the light of the stars. Their stealthy crafts are nearly impossible to detect and their long range weapons are deadly. The leader of this domain is capable of shaping the shadows themselves and altering gravity.

6. Apollo of the Stellar Domain- The Energy collectors of the Oomani empire and Guardians of stars and the systems that surround them. The Apollo domain like the Artemis domain also patrols oomani territories but theirs is the territory of light and they serve as a police force using their brilliant vessels to capture their foes attention and tear them apart with Helios cannons that fire electromagnetically held pillars of atomic fire. The leader needs no ship to do this.

1.Defense Fleet Jormungandr- The Oldest Functioning battle fleet in the Asgardian Navy. Positioned in orbit around Neptune and Outfitted with an entire Thor corps this mighty collective of ships numbers at 12 vessels, the Capitol ship ,World Fang, is the largest Asgardian vessel ever at a massive 26 kilometers long. It has with it Two Carriers filled with 650 Oomani Starfighters each. In addition to two frigates outfitted with Mech platforms holding a dozen battle suits each. One large mining vessel serves as a refueling station while the other 6 are Deadly Hunter class Gunships each measuring at 3 kilometers and outfitter with enough firepower to erase small planets.

2. Defense Fleet Fenrir- Positioned Around Uranus Defense fleet Fenrir was actually the first fleet to make it to the Terran system and brought with it the Ares and Athena Olympian leader to bring the Terran empire into the fold with either diplomacy or conquest. Luckily Athena was successful and Ares seemed unneeded. Fenrir consists of One Olympian God class transporter with incredible shield capacity and one of the most powerful forward cannons in the entire empire. Seven other vessels are in this defense fleet including a communication array ship, one Frigate with a mech platform and a dozen battle suits, and one carrier holding 650 fighters. Along with three Hunter class Gunships and a massive refueling freighter.

3. Defense Fleet Sleipnir- The largest of the three defense fleets which is positioned in Jupiter’s orbit. Consisting of 16 Vessels total. Four Carriers each Holding 650 fighters give it an astounding 2600 fighters to scramble, another four Frigates with large Mech platforms that each hold two dozen battle suits allowing for 192 Mechs to be deployed. Four Dreadnaught class Destroyers which are each comparable to about 3 hunter class Gunships Along with Three Fueling Frieghters and the Capitol ship Mausser Which holds a Hyperspace Missile Array allowing it to provide long range fire support to the other defense fleets.

4. Attack Fleet Mjolnir- positioned on the western side of the asteroid belt Attack fleet Mjolnir consisting of 8 vessels, the Uru Station, and A kinetic accelerator cannon that uses the Asteroids as projectiles. The Uru station trains Terran soldiers in the usage and creation of more advanced oomani technology and as such is a high priority target for enemies. The Kinetic Accelerator is built into the station allowing it a moderate defense capability. The station has its own hangar with 1000 fighters in it and 6 Tracer class corvettes are present to quickly engage the enemy from a distance, One Dreadnaught class destroyer to lay down a withering barrage of support fire, and the capitol ship Thunder hall which holds Seven separate Thor Corps and a hyperspace drop system that allows them to be deployed inside of enemy ships.

5. Attack Fleet Gungnir Positioned on the Eastern side of the Asteriod belt Battle fleet Gungnir is actually the furthest point from where the battle is anticipated to occur when the Raidions finally arrive. As such it has taken the role of attack support. It has a fleet of 15 crafts, which are all centered around the Hermès medical Station, and the Hephaestus Shipyard, both of which serve the same purpose of fixing injured and damaged forces and getting them back into battle. Because of this the fleet is outfitted with six Wild Hunt Stealth craft equipped with tractor beams, and the Beloved Gloop cannons which can be fired at troops ejected into the vacuum to coat them in a layer of breathe able gel that will save them. These crafts zip into the battle under stealth fields and haul away injured troops and wounded vessels. Another Eight are the Bifrost Railgun platforms, which accelerate projectiles to 99% the speed of light then dump them into hyperspace pulling them out of the Hyperspace lane just behind the enemies shields allowing for instant direct hits. Lastly is the flagship Baldur which though possessing light armaments has one of the most advanced scanner relays in the system and can reliably reveal stealthy enemies.

6. Attack fleet Gjallarhorn- The final and Largest attack fleet is Attack fleet Gjallerhorn. It is both the least diverse and most devastating fleet in the system positioned around the sun and consisting of 26 Dreadnaught destroyer class warships each outfitted with the “Apocalypse” load out making each one a devastating weapon capable of obliterating large planets. Fleet Gjallarhorn has a Grim task but one they will achieve if need be. While they can provide fire support for anything within the ring of Jupiter’s orbit, their true job is wipe out the Terran system if it falls...after all Raidions convert their foes and 30 billion Terran system humans being converted could spell the end for the oomani empire as the entire rest of the empire combined has 40 billion give or take a few hundred million. Rumor has is the the Olympian Leader Hades is on board this Fleets capitol Dreadnaught.

Each of the oomani radiant are essentially a human taken from the Terran system by Chronos the Traitor Olympian. They were genetically modified to be resistant to raidion conversion and given greatly enhanced physical attributes before being Implanted with a raidion core. Despite their resistance this core would still convert them if not for their powerful healing factors working overtime to combat it. These few individuals possess the remarkable ability to tap into the same power as the Raidions, Absorb their nanomachines to fuel their power, while still being able to utilize organic life’s ingenuity, and Oomani technology.

1. The Hyperspider- The hyperspider has two scary abilities drawn from their raidion core. They can enter hyperspace of their own will, and produce blades from their arms and legs made of an organic metal many times harder than titanium and can each reach a length of up to five feet. These organic metal blades are coated in an unstable radiation that cleaves through energy shields and rapidly decays flesh.

2. The Herrac- the herrac is in possession of incredible physical strength on par with a type A Oomani-Brutus. In addition they Can produce up to four extra arms made of organic metal that can each act independently. They can all utilize weapons and even be taught different martial arts. If the metal hands touch something they are capable of discharging powerful electric impulses through them.

3. The Sygnian- The Sygnian possesses easily one of the most feared abilities in the Entire oomani empire. They can manipulate technology telepathically. Only a Hephaestus Domain user can do so better and they will only rival the Sygnian in use of Olympian technology, But Terran,Zeta, Asgardian, and even limited use of Raidion technologies are possible. These abilities however do not allow the user to control the other oomani radiant. This is of course in addition to the remarkable physical prowess of a Oomani Radiant which is comparable to the impressive Asgardians

4.The Flayer- The Flayer possesses the unique ability to morph and restitch their own flesh with the raidion core allowing them to shapeshift into nearly anything organic. They can even strip necrotic tissues from other organic corpses, revitalize them, and graft that tissue into their new form allowing for larger alternate shapes. Their is no difference to them in their own and necrotic tissues and they can actually repair

this is Chronos an Oomani-Methusela from Olympus’s Hades domain. He travelled the Galaxy during the second Raidion invasion war and uncovered the secrets to true immortality. This also came with an obsession over the Raidions and their power. He was branded a traitor and a monster by the Oomani empire when he captured several of his kin and preformed horrible experiments on them in a secluded star system. These mutated experiments became his Titans which he would launch against the Raidions and the Oomani together.

the Oomani Empire lost many planets and systems to the Raidions as they turned on their heels to face down Chronos and his army of Titans. While successful in felling his monstrosities Chronos himself could not be killed and would claim the lives of four of the twelve Olympian leaders who gathered against him before he was subdued and captured. They built for him a dimensional prison called Tartarus where time and space do not apply. However they made the mistake of sending others to this prison when they committed crimes worthy of death.

those who came after Chronos only served to make him stronger as he consumed the essences of them as they were dumped into Tartarus. Three years ago, After nearly sixty four million years imprisonment, Chronos broke free and began creating his new Titans...the Oomani Radiant. Luckily he was interrupted before he finished implanting the control rods into them and this five of his six abominations are free of his influence and were recruited into the Oomani military. however a sixth one remains with him and this one is feared to be in possession of a Raidion lords core.

This is Maxwell Atori a human from the Terran empire who happens to have been born with a solid diamond money encrusted drawer filled with silver spoons. The kid is the son of Augustus Atori the President and CEO of Startech, the company that owns two planets and employs 13 billion of the humans in the Terran empire. While this may seem the reason for his success it is not. Maxwell has a very highly analytical brain and is almost freakishly good with calculations. Due to this he managed to make it into team Epsilon Delta which were a crack team of six explorers, scientists, and military special operations who we’re called to explore a strange signal three years ago.

he vanished along with the others returning as an oomani radiant with the Tyranex core. Using this he can create objects out of a strange organic metal his body seems to produce. However more importantly he returned to find his father had died and he was left the company. The board took over assuming him dead but his return has drummed up some serious issues as many don’t wish for him to take the helm.
 
3 rules of civilization building

1. Only the Milky Way galaxy is allowed to be the home galaxy. The reason why will be revealed in story later.

2. the Oomani empire is the oldest civilization in the Milky Way galaxy. No civilizations can be older or more adavanced as new forms of life didn’t start developing until 70 million years ago. The oomani empire is 4.2 billion years old:

3. Enemies of the Oomani Empire don’t last long. We already have a dangerous foe in the Raidions, we don’t need more warfare I assure you. If you do craft a civilization don’t make them enemies. Tension is however acceptable after all the Zetas are douchbags who hate literally everyone and they constantly cause problems But nothing so bold as a direct attack because they know even with all their advanced tech and psychic power the Boot of the Oomani Empire is big and heavy enough to crush them.​
