Fantasy Element Academy

"First, you need to lose the competition" Ryan said. "Before you back out at that, just hear me out. You can stay in for a while and demolish some of your opponents. After you are teleported out of the arena you need to go to a designated spot. From there, all that is needed is for you to keep the crowd under control in that area. Once everything wraps up there, you will get your pay and power. Do we have a deal?"

Kurai walks out from the other side of a bookshelf, looking at Ryan. He's currently wearing his cloak, his scythe in his left hand. Keeping his voice down enough so Emity can't hear him talking, he talks to Ryan. "So that's your plan, huh...? Seems I've found out why you're trying to manipulate Emity..." He spins his scythe, aims it at Ryan, then puts it back away. "You're lucky I'm not one to oppose plans like this... I'm in, but I'm not backing out of the tournament. If I have to, I'll fight this way..." A shadow image of himself, but without the cloak and with the other scythe that he doesn't use while wearing his cloak, walks out from where he was just at. The shadow speaks. "I'll be the one that's helping out with the plan, while the other me's in the tournament, winning it. Unless there's something..." The Kurai in the cloak finishes off the sentence. "...going to happen to the winner...?"

"that sounds easy enough to do how do you want me to keep the crowd under control if you know what I mean."he looked at him waiting for an answer and thought the he destroy competition before he gets teleported.

"Simple"Ryan said. "You have literal fire power, so use it. I'll also give you a few items later that you should find useful." Kurai now walked around the bookshelf and spoke. "If you can do that then be my guest. Just know that this will mark war of the elements. Not every elementalist has to be loyal to the overlord of their element, but there will be resistance, and strong at that. And you, Kurai, should feel honored as it is the Dark overlord comming for a 'visit'. Now can I trust you both with this task?"

Gigi smiled at him deviously "I would NEVER Ivan, you know that." She smiled at him as she looked back at Miyuki, Oh she is just so cute I could gobble that girl up like a cupcake, yummmm cupcakes. I wonder if the cafeteria is open, no Gigi focus, where did I go for a moment, I was a princess in a forest with a cute boy, hmmmm? Gigi shook the thoughts away and focused on the 'real world' and smiled at Miyuki "Yup they are both great people! We should go meet them!! What do you say Miyuki?"

(For you @Blood dog xD ANYWAY with this super tiredness I am going to bed, I wont be back till 7-8:30 pm etz. Sleeeeeppppp... Night Ya'll)

"you make sure I get paid and get the power and then I'll be good always do stuff at the business and it ways to the highest bidder and I think you're paying the highest alright now"he looked over at Kurai"hey do you mind if I test something on your little shadow Pal I made this 3 months ago but I have not got to test it yet."

(okay Night)

Both Kurai speak at once in response to his question. "Of course you can trust me. Just, one question... Do you mind if I destroy this academy...? Its existence pisses me off..." Both of him looks at Ryan, their eyes showing deep hatred towards the academy. The shadow disappears behind the same bookshelf it came out from. "I'd appreciate you not doing anything to my shadow... You see, it's a strong shadow with full-physical form, but the cost of that is that it's actually a fragment of my own power. It's also quite draining, and it getting destroyed means I have to create a new one. It's much easier on me to reuse one over and over..." He looks back over at Ryan. "Now then, this wouldn't be the same overlord that my father worked directly under, would it...?"

"No, the Academy stays in tact" Ryan said firmly. "Not only do we need the elementalists in here, but we need a place to store them. There wouldn't be much point in taking this place over when it gets destroyed. As for your father, take a guess. There is only one Over Lord for each element."

"Heh, so he's sure to remember me... After all, I did meet him in person the day before my father was killed... This'll be a fun little reunion..." He takes off his hood, his face looking exactly like the shadow, making proof that he's able to create a shadow, and not just working with somebody else. He isn't wearing glasses though, like the shadow wears. "I guess I'll just kill the people who killed my father..."

"okay I guess I go practice by myself now any which way I just learned something really interesting all I need is a light person I think Gigi is one and she was gonig to the game room"he picked up his three books and started toward the game room.

Ryan smiled at the last remark. "I have no problem with a little revenge. Have fun with that. No I have someone waiting for me. Oh, and Xobit. Don't maim her too much. She is still a contestant and an injury like this would causes suspicion at the wrong time." He found a book that could serve as a reasonable excuse and sat back down.

"Sorry about that. Here's a book on power. It has tones of examples on Political power, social power, physical power and more. I just thought it was interesting."

Kutlea sighed and just watched the others chat and just have fun. She really wasn't the social type and tried to fit in but it didn't work. Her hands were in her pockets, her hair all disheveled and...her stomach growling? That didn't sound right...she looked around before hearing her stomach growl again. She quickly covered her stomach to mask the sound then blushed looking down. She can't believe she let herself not eat...now she is hungry and thinking about what food she wants to eat at this moment. Her stomach growled and sighs holding her stomach tight.

No matter how flat you make a pancake it's still got two sides

Ivan waited on his pedestal. While most of his opponents were wearing their armor, he only wore the cloths on his back. Ever since the "Hunger Games" book came out, the pedestals were arranged in a circular fashion around a field on the school grounds. Anywhere on the school grounds (except in or on top of the school) was legal territory. Some of the players moves were going to be obvious, like water elementalists heading towards water sources or plant elementalists heading towards the forest, but not everyone had such obvious intentions. The gong started counting down from ten, and Ivan got into a running position to make it look like he was ready to dash right to the center of the field and waited.

Kuroha and Kurai both stand on plates close to each other. The gong counts down, Kurai having transferred about half of his power to the shadow image of himself, though retaining about 70% of his actual energy, just a split of physical attributes, like speed and strength, 30% energy to retain physical form like a real person.

Real Kurai:

Kurai's sitting in the spectator area, not wearing a cloak, though has it hidden near the entrance he'll be guarding, to put it on once the plan initiates. "This fight's going to be interesting. Hey, where do I go to place a bet? I'd like to bet on the guy in the cloak." He stands up from his seat, walking over to where they seem to be accepting bets, putting a hundred dollars on his shadow image, which wears the cloak.

Shadow Image Kurai (Cloak):

Nine others... The shadows of all practically spread behind them due to the sun's point being the very center of the arena... My best location's right between the outside and center of the arena... I'd have the ability to shift their shadows behind them, and below them. The sun'll start going down soon, so I'll have to make sure I'm lined with it at all times... He spins his scythe, just standing there as though not getting prepared to run anywhere.

Kuroha:

The wind blows in the arena, a little strongly towards the very center from all directions. The wind's all blowing towards one point, is it...? That'll be my point of control then. He gets ready to run towards the center of the arena, and with the wind backing him up, he could easily double or triple the effectiveness of a speed boost.
