Ivan walked out of the 'World Beyond the Walls' class with Gigi by his side. They had just finished a unit test that took hours. It didn't help that Professor Greenwood and Professor Rockwell had to do individual testing on certain subjects. It seemed everyone around him just wanted to take a nap.

"How do you think you did on the test Gigi?" Ivan asked. "I personally can't believe they even had to ask the 5 basic rules. 1: protect the mortals. 2: keep the mortals naïve. 3: never hurt the innocent. 4: never use your power for personal gain. 5: never underestimate your opponent. How hard can that really be to memorize? The hardest part was the individual testing. You could never know what they were going to throw at you. Anyway, I think I did pretty good."

Walking out with of the class Gigi tried to remember what the test was about. It had to do with 5 something, whatever It was soooo boring. She noticed some flickering of light around the door as Gigi and Ivan left the room she followed the light till it shimmered away.

Gigi snapped back into reality and turned to him "Hmm, Oh I probably failed it I spent half the time spacing out. There were these really cool reflections on the ceiling and they were just so pretty. It was just so long and boring and who really needs to know all that stuff" she smiled brightly. She knew Ivan really cared about the test, he was determined to be the best in the school. She really admired that about him. Gigi only wanted to have fun and explore her awesome power of light, strategy and rules are lost to her.

Ivan smiled a little and chuckled. "That's the best part about you, Gigi" he said. "You just know how to have fun. Before I met you I was just focused on getting better and doing work. In these past few years, you have really loosened me up to having fun. However, that was a progressional test. They won't let us into the field if we don't pass all of the progressional tests. Anyway, it looks like we have some spare time before dinner. What do you want to do? Head to the lake? Gardens? Your pick."

Gigi smiles and nudges him with her elbow "stop it you'll make me blush. Don't worry I'll be right next to you when we go out on the field. I'll even hold your hand if your scared." Gigi loved spending time with Ivan he was a great friend he's always is so kind and thougtfu-- wait did he say the lake? "OMG totally the lake!! Let's go now!!" Gigi grabs his arm and begins rushing up the hallway. As the head to the end of the hall Gigi stopped and looked left, then right, then left again. She turns to Ivan "how do we get to the lake again?" she asks with a sheepish grin. She never has had a good sense of direction.

"This way, silly" Ivan said. He lead her through a series of corridors and then outside. After a few minuets of travel they were at the waters edge. "I'll be right back" he said. "I'm going to take a dip. Be back soon." With that he walked into the lake. It felt good to have the water around his body. He just swam and let his thoughts run free. After about 10 minuets he surfaced in the middle of the lake.
(Ok, copy what you have wrote, delete this one, and paste it again. That's what I did to try and fix it, but this works.)

Kori was at the lakes edge and saw Gigi and Ivan coming and decided to see what they were doing. He just stood there staring at Ivan seeing what he was doing. "I heard there were leaches in there Ivan, you might want to be careful where you swim in there."

Wattle laid within the shade of a trees hanging branches beside the shimmering lakes surface. Small flowers enveloping the tips of his bare feet with their luscious green vines and leaves, the boy always finding a sort've comfort when within the grasps of nature. His hood hung over his face although it held a small hint of a smile which was hidden within the darkness.

"Listen softly, the wind is blowing through the trees. Singing my own melody the make shift instruments serene." His voice was quiet as it naturally was as his dull gaze followed the gradual movements of the plant life the memorable lullabies lyrics rememberable despite their age. Soon his feet where hidden within the greenery. "The rustle of the leaves playing through the wind, the chimes of the birds flying with no..." Wattles voice trailed off to a even quieter level at the sound of a new voice which wasn't one he knew the owner of appeared. As if reacting to his emotions the plants which wrapped themselves so tightly around his ankles and feet began to wither and slither back into the grounds depth. Perhaps if he was quiet he'd be able to leave without being seen, standing up slowly Wattle pleaded his exit would go unnoticed.

Gigi faced brightened as she looked onward at the glistening lake Its so beautiful she smiled she was so happy. As Kori spoke behind her she jumped "Okay" she said nervously she was still startled a little. As the two boys left Gigi walked closer up to the edge of the lake and watched as the light moved and shimmered across the water.

Lets make this more interesting
Gigi waved her hands over the surface of the water concentrating really hard on each fragment of light she scrunched up her nose and opened her eyes. The light began to change colors, pinks greens and neon blues began rippling across the water. "How pretty" Gigi said as she walked backwards towards a shady tree, looking onward at the lights on the lake. She suddenly stumbles over something and lands in what she thinks is someone's lap "I am so sorry!"

Ivan heard a voice call to him from the shore. "Leaches?!" He called back in a relaxed tone. "I have been swimming here for years now, and not once have I seen a leach!" He was tired of yelling, so he lifted a wave behind him to push him to shore. He was gently left on the shore as the water recited. His cloths were dry (he did that himself) and he said "See? No leaches."

Wattle reached behind him quietly with a shaky hand his bottom still on the ground when the brunette girl he had seen earlier began to fumble with the matter of light. With much interest he pinched the top edge of his hood to watch the event closer with his lifeless eyes. The mess of the suns rays was beautiful and blended and melded together like a physical rainbow one could grasp in their hands. Letting go of his hood and taking a small breath he was about to stand and return to his earlier mission of leaving when something, or someone stumbled onto his lap with a small yelp followed by a rushed and gracious apology.

With his heart beating at a fast pace and his paper crown painted in gold down on the grass beside him he took quick breaths to calm himself before speaking cautiously. "Oh um..No it's just fine...But next time you fall could you lean towards the right more so you wouldn't..Um..Land on me?" Wattle joked half heartily before biting his lower lip though the action went unseen due to his hood.

"So you're a light element?" the boy inquired not seeing any use in not making conversation.

Kori was getting tired of Gigi's light. He set a little shadow over the area and made it darker "That is more like it, sorry gigi but that light was giving me a headache." Kori turned his attention back Ivan "I just wanted to see what you would do, you did what I was expecting. You wanted to prove that you were right about a obvious thing that everybody already knows." He said all this with an emotionless face.

"So why did I interest you all of a sudden? Ivan asked. "And how do you even know who I am? I'm not exactly known as 'popular' you know." He searched his memory for this guy. Kori. That was his name. He was a year 5. "Besides, you should be out of here in no time Kori."

Gigi looked up at the boy and then giggled at his joke "next time I will," she raises three fingers and crosses her heart "scouts honor." She slides off his lap and position herself next to him. "Yes I control the element of light" she points to the lake "What do you think? I thought it was a nice touch but..." she looks onward as the lights slowly dissipated and a darker gray came over the lake. "Uggh darkies" Gigi waved to Kori showing him it was fine. She turns back to the boy "your a third year right? Whats your name?".

"I know every bodies name in the class and you younger students interest me for some strange reason. Not many people know I exist due to me rarely talking and being solitary. Plus people tend to stay away from me due to a small anger issue I have and I may have sent a few people to the hospital with some small posioning."

Wattle watched the girl as she shuffled to her position beside him, not quite sure as to what to do he simply repositioned himself so he sat against the trees trunk. Despite the darkness that now loomed over them it was still calming to be away from the school and within the vicinity of more earthly surroundings.

"It was nice, before." He complimented referring to the small touch she had given the lakes shimmering surface before nodding in agreement with her statement.

"A third year Plant user, and my name is Wattle as well like the plant." The teen introduced himself a bit hesitantly he was often given odd and rude names due to his unique and cliche name. Whoever his parents had been had truly loved the earth and what it grew enough to name their only child after a yellow plant.

"And you?"

Ivan though back, remembering that. "Yah, small poisoning. And you plan on going into the field with that anger? No offence, but you are sure to attract mortal attention if that happens in real life. Anyway, you had an exam today too. Being a year higher, what was it like? How much was different from your 4th year test at the same time?"

"I can control my anger just fine if you don't mind. I only get angry if people like you tell me what I already know and think I'm an idiot. I'm not going to tell anybody what the 5th year test is like anyways, I signed a agreement. It's supposed to be a surprise and they don't want anyone to ruin the secret."

Gigi brushes a astray strand of her hair behind her ear "I'm a fourth year, my names Gigi. Hmm Wattle like the yellow plant...I like it. Your name it suits you.My parents must have known that I'd be a light element, my full name is Gigi Glisten Bright. Talk about corny, right?" She laughed "When I was younger people kept asking what my initials stood for and I'd tell them it meant Girl's Got Balls. The look on peoples faces was priceless."

Ivan held his hands up defensively. "Hey, hey! Ever heard of friendly advice? And I don't think you are an idiot. What kind of idiot would have made it to their 5th year? Besides, I'm friends with Gigi over there. She spent half her test zoning out and looking light. I'm not some overly judgmental prick."

Wattle listened intently to the girls tale and found her name to be as bad as his own or perhaps worse. As not many people in his case new was either an Alfalfa was or a Wattle plant. But hers just screamed the fact that she was a light element. At her final statement he attempted to stifle a small chuckle but couldn't stop it and it rose from his throat.

"Oh wow, it's better it didn't stand for that. What a terrible last name that'd be to live with," he spoke innocently trying to imagine all of the names one would come up with. "But a fourth year, you just took your test right?"

Gigi shrugged "It worked out in the end, having the last name Bright just makes people 100% certain your a light element and super fun, both of which I am. I guessed I lived up to the name" She smiles cutely scrunching up her nose a little. She leans back on the trunk of the tree and pulls her legs in. "Yup, me and Ivan" she points to the boy in the water, "just came from the exam."

"Yoyu seem pretty close to Gigi over there from what I've seen from you two from the past few months. Even though I'm not a fan of plant and light elementals, she seems like a good person. Hint of advice for the year 5 exam, don't think it is easy as the year 4 exam."

Yuri would be in the Lybrary in the "Horro" section as he is on a table with his Syth ontop of it and reading a book titled "Unwanted horro" as he sits there with an elbow on the table and his head laying on the hand as he reads and taping his left foot.as he clearly like Horro books and other Horro theam things.

(Dont know if a book like that exist)
