Foreword:

Please, dear god please, do not feel obligated to read this. This is purely for reference for anyone having any questions about the nitty gritty of the world, from how the internet works, to minor factions, to other, more obscure facts. If you have a question about world lore, checking here might help you find an answer faster. I shall try to organise in the most easy to navigate way possible, but things may be changed around a bit as I learn and go.

• News Networks

  Seraphim functions as the special forces of the Secret Police, their missions usually being highly sensitive and needing to be completed out of the public eye. To this end, Seraphim does not officially exist, and only very high level members of the Secret Police and the government know about them. Details about them are even kept secret from most Noblus, with few even knowing so much as their name. Despite this, they are feared as a sort of "boogeyman" who causes people to disappear when they become too dangerous or else know too much for their own good. It should also be noted that leaking information about Seraphim is a high crime that can very well fetch the death penalty, often at the hands of a Seraphim operative.
  
  Seraphim operatives are the elites of the Secret Police, requiring the skill sets of both the Angels and The Eyes as well as high natural abilities. Potential operatives are marked during their application process and then observed for at least a year of service in either the Eyes of the Angels. During this period the potential operative is monitored for adequate levels of loyalty, skill, and dedication. Should the potential operative not show these traits they will simply be unmarked and left to their post, none the wiser about the observation. Should they pass, they will be transferred to a secure training facility to prepare them for their new duties while their former squadmates are given a suitable cover story.
  
  Seraphim operatives also have access to extremely advanced equipment and resources, including advanced hacking algorithms, localized scrambler units (Essentially miniaturized versions of the Eyes' scrambler suits), and advanced weaponry (Such as top of the line razors and multi-purpose adaptable firing platforms). Furthermore, Seraphim operatives also have the authority to re-appropriate Angel or Eyes resources if necessary for the completion of their mission. It should be noted that misuse of this equipment or authority, or the loss of said equipment, carries a penalty of death or life imprisonment for the offending operative.
  
  Attached below is an image of the Seraphim uniform, though operatives usually work in plainclothes enhanced to serve a similar function while being less conspicuous in the eyes of the average citizen.

  CLAN - Classic Language Art Network
  The CLA news network was a small network established in 2103 and really only got a break after the revolution during the reestablishment of media under the new Emperor. While originally the network was disposed to showing off old art, whether it be music, painting or performance, in recent years it has become more of a propaganda tool. The art shown, while still being considered classical in its subject, are more thematically in line with the ideologies of the Empire as a whole. For this reason the station has the nicknames “I'm uncultured Lard Ass News Network” “Clan” and “White noise network”.
  
  
  HMN - Human Management Network
  While the name would imply something much darker the HMN is actually quite tame in its nature. Somehow almost always the first on a crime scene the HMN focuses on crime, notably big crimes with high body counts. They saw a huge boost in viewership with the android rebellion and the discontent that has followed. In addition to crime they host shows of large parties, rallies, or other large gatherings as well as crime shows, thrillers and romantic action spoofs. They have often been called crows, though they have notably and quite cheerfully made the distinction between crows and ravens.
  
  
  CENN - Citadel Eye News Network
  The Citadel Eye News Network provides political inspection and introspection on the human condition, though recently it has been more of the former than the latter. The Citadel Eye News Network attempts to keep its viewers informed about the ever changing world of the Noblus, the Citadel and the Empire surrounding it like a dying star. Notably they are one of the few channels that attempt to pull the curtain back on the lies and deceit of the ruling class, usually to no avail due to a string of unfortunate circumstances at any given time.
