Roles

The Vampire

Her blood lust is nearly insatiable. She doesn't need food or water to survive, doesn't even need to exercise to stay fit, but without blood she's as good as dead. Hunter could either use her blood to become immortal or eradicate her existence for good, either way it's a lose lose for her. No she's not those stupid Cullen type of vampires. CAUSE REAL VAMPIRES DONT SPARKLE!!

The Fae

He is a very sneaky and mischevious young man, always playing tricks on others. He may be all fun on the outside but he's covering something more important on the inside that he doesn't anyone to know. The hunters can really use his powers to cause some chaos. Tinker Bell got nothing on this kid.

The Werewolf

When the full moon rises, he turns into a beastly wolf. He has heightened senses of smell, sight and hearing, and once turned his only instinct is to hunt. He doesn't know who he is while he's a wolf, but can remember everything when he turns back into a human the following morning. Seeing as how he is a werewolf of course hunters would be chasing after his kind, that's why he needs to fight his urges to turn. Toss around a ball every so often he'll like it for sure.

The Zombie

Now shouldn't it be obvious...she's a zombie and everything seen on television dealing with zombies are no bueno, but she's different. She may have a hankering for human brains but that doesn't mean she doesn't have a heart. Hunters want to kill and experiment on her hoping to test out multiple serums on her body (in case of a zombie apocalypse) until there is nothing left of her. Don't worry she still looks like a regular human being...just paler.

The Shapeshifter

She can take on the form of any person or animal she chooses and often uses this unique ability to her advantage. The roommates have forbidden her from shifting into any of them, their close friends, family or significant others. The hunters want to use her abilities to make others with the same power. Having the power is a huge advantage for her but it can also put her or even the person she changed into harm. Think of her as your very own Mystique.

The Siren

When he enters the water, an iridescent tail replaces his legs and gills sprout on his neck. In addition to his aquatic condition, he frequently lures poor victims to a watery grave. He has very pretty scales though. People would pay big money to hear him sing or even use his body/voice as bait to catch other beings. Oh...if Ariel had a brother he would be it.

The Succubus

She's coming for you and it's mainly for your soul and the only way she will get it is through...you guessed it...sex. She enjoys luring men into her bed then after the fun is over consumes their souls as her dinner. Eating souls may be on her mind 25/8 but she also wants to find love, is it too much to ask for? There are already hunters chasing after her to kill her, she doesn't want to keep eating a soul from every man she meets.

The Grim Reaper

He sees dead people like the kid in sixth sense. Or, people who are about to die. It's his unpleasant duty to collect the souls of the soon-to-be-deceased and pass them onto judgment day. As of lately people have been dying left and right and coming to him, they warn him about the hunters and their plans, although they are not after him specifically, he doesn't want his friends to be harmed.Don't be scared if you see him with a scythe in his hand. He's just doing his job.

The Witch

She's still learning hers craft and only knows a handful of spells. As of late, she's been trying out new potion recipes, much to the annoyance of her roommates. When her parents sent her away she knew only a few spells but doesn't plan on giving up until her life and her friends lives are out of harms way. She's your friendly Doctor Strange somewhat.

auset has an addiction problem and its blood. just like a newborn the smell of blood can cause her to go insane and have a hunt for it. she can't control it all the time and she does feel disgusted that she can only live on blood but it's who she is.

auset doubts herself all the time, she doubts she won't be accepted for who she is and will be deemed as a monster. she fears she will have to move from town to town like her and her family did throughout the years she was born. she just wants to be accepted for who she is but doubts humans are just as she is. she has doubts that normal people have, will she get asked out? will she pass her exams? just because she is a vampire doesn't mean she doesn't have a conscious or heart.

auset is very impatient, she doesn't have time to take time to stop and smell the roses. when she becomes impatient she taps her foot or roughly taps her hand on a counter or table. when she's really in a hurry she will use her vampire speed to get herself somewhere in half the time, but she makes sure to do it discretely.

while in her vampire state the taste of blood is too powerful for her she loses her humanity. she will not care for the person's life while she is taking their blood from their system, she won't care about the look of fear in their eyes or their screams ringing in her ears. once her humanity is back she immediately regrets what she has done.

she will indulge herself in blood when her blood levels are low she will go out of her way to get it. originally she has blood bags stored in an individual fridge for when she needs it but when she really has a craving for blood she would rather suck the blood from a human neck than a plastic bag from a building full of sick people.

Background.
Ari was the youngest of the Amoureux siblings and was coddled over constantly. Being the youngest of a large and important family came with the perks of never knowing the pain of loneliness or separation anxiety. While she was still a child, she didn't have to worry about the issue of feeding yet. Young succubi were fed by older succubi that could pass the life force they had taken to their children. Around the human equivalent age of 13, Ari made her first hunt and was sucessful. The older the succubus, the more control they had over stopping themselves from completely draining their prey. Everything was smooth sailing for a few more years.

Her life took a turn for the worse when her parents forced her into the human world in order to protect her from the hunters that had invaded. It was the roughest time for her as she flew around in the cover of night. Ari wasn't prepared for the hardship of having to fend for herself while avoiding feeding. By this point, she had grown delirious with hunger and passed out in a forest near a cottage. A lovely couple was kind enough to take her in and nurse her back to health. A few days had gone by until she finally found the strength to get up in the night. Her eyes glowed an eerie green as her base instincts had taken over and led her to the bed where the couple was sleeping. The couple welcomed her in their bed and Ari's power quickly led to the next step. The couple were in a constant state of euphoria as she sucked the life from them.

She awoke the next morning and screamed in horror since she had never killed in a feeding frenzy and her memory was spotty about what happened. Ari grabbed her clothes and ran until she came upon a house owned by an older woman that took her in and taught her about baking all sorts of pastries and desserts. Ari took to them quickly and was happy to work in the café that the woman owned. Her life had been relatively calm up to that point and she had not experienced another frenzy as she regularly fed now.

  POWER - Comsuptive Healing: Sevda can heal herself at faster paces when she eats anything, though this applies far more to brains and even flesh. She never gains weight, but she becomes stronger and faster after consuming a number of brains.
  
  VICES Slow: Something that's not surprising is how Sevda is very slow. She speaks slowly, walks slowly, and even her running is slow. She has failed timed tests due to her lack of speed and she seems to move at the same pace constantly.
  
  Forgetful: She forgets things all the time. Sevda will often misplace things and forget where she put them and she also tends to forget what to do if someone asks her to do something. Many people will assume that her bad memory is faked and it's just a product of her refusing to do something.

Sassy - Despite being a serious person, the words that comes out of his mount can be blunt and quite sassy, depending on his mood and who he's talking too. He doesn't have a filter and says what he thinks no matter what

No-nonsense attitude [Uptight] - Rhys can be quite the stickler for the rules, being a perfectionist. He's the type of person to do everything on his own because he doesn't trust other to not mess up.

Guarded | Closed off - Because of who he is, Rhys tries to keep away from any close contact to anyone that could potentially die "earlier" than him. He feels that allowing himself to get close to someone is a blessing and that he doesn't deserve such blessing.

Uncooperative - Rhys doesn't work well with others, preferring to go at things along. He isn't the type to ask for help nor will he allow himself to get help. Although the team may strategise a plan, Rhy tend to go off on his own, not allowing others to get in his way or for them to take the fall for anything he does.

Honorable | Honest - Rhys, despite being a bit of a loner, is quite honest. Although he may not tell people where he is, he does everything within rules and regulations. He would never go "rogue" and act out of his own interest. He is honest at heart and if any questions him, he'd answer without hesitation, defeating the "lie detector"

Independent - As previously mentioned, the young grim reaper is independent, not relying on anyone. Although others would want to help him, he refuses any type of pity or sympathy, marching to the beat of his own drums.

Soft-hearted - He cares more than he likes to admit and although the man may be confusing to understand, Rhys would go out of his way to make sure he doesn't "hurt" anyone, even their feelings. If he sees someone is hurt because of him, he immediately regrets it and tries to get back in their good graces. At the same time, he has a bleeding heart for humans whether he likes it or not.

Loyal - Once Rhys respects you and finds that you are worth knowing and being aquainted with, you have a friend for life. No matter what, through thick and thin, Rhy would go through hell and back just for you.

Quirks: Whenever Rhys is around there always seems to be a “shadow” that seems to linger or rather look over his silhouette and aura. There’s no cure in the dark bags under his eyes though don’t be surprised if you see him walk around with a face mask on. He quite enjoys the regime of cleansing. If something is misplaced, Rhys will go behind the person and put it back where it’s suppose to be, including if he were to be in a retail store he would randomly just start fixing everything. He washes his clothes every other day including his bed sheets - liking the warmth.

Most annoying roommate habit(s) He can’t stand messiness and with the added not sleeping for long periods of time he tends to clean at the wee hours of the morning. Rhys can be a bit of a grouch and punctual, sometimes acting like the "bossy" one of the household - quite anal. He paces back and forth often, sometimes when he's over-thinking. Rhys comes and goes as he pleases, never telling others where he's at to the point he rarely picks up his phone.

Pet Peeves: Beings not having a sense of boundaries and messing with his items. Beings not knocking on his door before entering or closing the door when leaving. Roommates not understanding the message of picking up after themselves.

Things that excites you: Baking and cooking : he absolutely loves finding out the newest recipe and finding "zen" with just being able to have some control in what is in the food he eats. He especially has a sweet tooth and gets excited when someone randomly gets him sweets from the cafe. Rhys is very peculiar and sometimes can be described as someone who "eats like a bird" but he just likes maintaining his own diet. Rhy, though seemingly serious, is a child at heart only because he gets excited at the smallest things - especially parks and engaging activities. Once he's into something, he can get really competitive.


Things that scares you: Dying : to him, personally, he's afraid to die - not because he doesn't know what happens in the life in between, but rather because. . well . . where do grim reapers go? do they even die? it wasn't like someone guided him and showed him the way or the path. Other things that scare him is knowing that a human might be too close to the supernatural side of the world and that they'll poke their noses in places it shouldn't. Rhy hates clown with a passion and could be easily freaked out with things with "mask" - funnily enough he hates kids who dresses up as the "grim reaper" and wears "scream-o" mask.

Background: Born through ashes and fire, Rhys - just kidding. No, how did he become human? Is he even human? How did he die and became chosen for this lifestyle? He doesn't even know. For all he knows, he could be immortal and just never age. Nevertheless, Rhys. . . doesn't have any memories of his past or future - he solely focuses on what's in front of him. Life passes him by quickly and the moment he opened his eyes . . .time flew. He grew up lonely, perhaps, only keeping a few people close by his side. But, even then, he was a closed-off person, never letting anyone too close. Rhys didn't know his parents, perhaps he grew up in the orphanages, but whatever memories he had in the past. . . he had forgotten them by now.

The only crystal clear memories were the first time he opened his eyes and he saw the world around him as he was standing on the sidewalk as a child, waiting to cross the street. Others look at him as if he was lost. . but Rhys, for some odd reason knew what he was doing. The second clear memory he had was the first time he saw a ghost, spoke to them, and eventually helped them into the light. After that incident, other spirits came up to him asking for favors. In the end, Rhy managed to harden his heart and turn a blind eye when it got to be too much for him. The third clearest was the first time he saw someone's death right before his very eyes. Soon enough, he was brought into a world that technically transcended time as he was the guide that lead people to their path after they passed.

Lastly, the most important memories aside from knowing he was to be a grim reaper was the fact that he learned and knew that Hunters were after other supernaturals. Sure, Rhys never met a supernatural before until they fled their realm, but regardless, with the chaos that was encircling around them, Rhy knew he had to protect them even though he tried to keep his distance from all of them. He, at first, was reluctant to let himself be known to the other supernaturals, but, with them stumbling into his "home" and "realm", Rhys knew he would have to keep an eye on them and help them blend in as the other humans. To say the least, it was bittersweet, Rhys wasn't alone, but he wasn't keen on so many people as his company.

Are you open about being a Supernatural? “If someone were to tell you they were the personification of Death, how well do you think they would react? It’s unlikely others would take the news well, especially since most people fear death.”
How do you regard your unique condition? "I don't hate it but I don't love it. Imagine a wasp stinging you. You feel the stinging pain for a good while until it numbs and your arm gets swollen, but eventually you get used to it and learn to ignore it. It just helped me accept death more despite the lonely roads ahead."

1. Conscious- can be done willingly but can also happen in response to intense emotions. The changes happen in degrees ranging from ‘that’s a fucked dude’ to ‘that’s a fucked up wolf.’ In less intense forms he can still speak, walk around on two legs, use his hands. The more wolf like he gets the more animal like his behavior comes but he always retains enough humanity in this form to keep him from going full blown killer.

2. Monstrous- he has little to no control over this. It only has one degree and it’s ‘that’s fucked up.’ Looks like a massive slightly humanoid wolf with elongated limbs. He has the usual weaknesses. Silver burns him and wolfsbane's effects depend on dosage and what form he’s in. In human form, it ranges from severe illness to death, in conscious form it can incapacitate him for days and send him back into his human form, and in monstrous form it subdues him, makes him severely ill, and on non-full moons can return his human consciousness in high enough doses.

-Book Dumb: Werewolves don’t really value traditional education so Levi has never been to school. He’s smart enough to get along in society as long as no one asks too much of him- he can read fairly well and write, though his spelling isn’t great. He can’t do much beyond basic math and though he has a lot of specific knowledge of the natural world, stuff like physics and chemistry are mostly mysteries to him. This also manifests itself as recklessness. He doesn’t have the patience or self control to think a lot of things through.

-Emotional: Levi wears his heart on his sleeve. He knows trying to suppress his emotions just ends in them coming out in very bad ways so he’s just a ticking time bomb of every imaginable emotion. The closer it gets to the full moon the more likely it is that emotion is anger. He lashes out a lot before the full moon as his wolf side starts to take over. It also makes it harder for him to control his shifts- if he gets overwhelmed, especially if he gets angry/upset, he’ll shift to some degree.

-Uncivilized: Levi doesn’t really understand how human society works and he doesn’t really give a shit. This manifests in a few different ways- he tends to eat with his hands and doesn’t understand any technology more complex than a toaster. He recently got his first phone and then his second phone after snapping the first one in half.

-Clingy/Lacks boundaries: The pack was very tight knit and being away from them kind of sent Levi spiraling. He needs a lot of affection and attention and the second someone shows him any he latches on to them and doesn’t really get it when they try to push him away. He doesn’t get subtlety so he can be overbearingly affectionate at times.

-Naive: Levi is well aware that there are bad things in the world but the kinds he used to are natural. Before he left the pack everyone he knew had his best interest at heart and it hasn’t fully sunk in that there are people in the world that might want to hurt him besides of the Hunters.

-Stoner P.O.S.: Levi smokes a lot of weed. Like, a lot. The pack grew it on their land and it helps keep him mellow so he doesn’t lose control.

He’s punched a few holes in a few walls. He always fixes them but it doesn’t take long before something else gets punched.

-Shedding: Levi has a lot of hair/fur and it tends to get everywhere.

-All the Goddamn Animal Corpses: Levi will return from hunting trips with an armful of dead rabbits or an entire deer. Having a fridge full of venison is nice occasionally but watching him disembowel Bambi is unpleasant.

And No One Made Me Stop
Despite his parents being his only blood relatives Levi considers the other 50 or so members of their pack his family. Until coming here, he’d lived his entire life on their large farm community in northern Canada. The pack had been there for over a century, pushed further and further out from society the more cities and towns spread out into the woods. It’s difficult for a werewolf to live in a city for obvious reasons and being in a pack makes it even harder to fly under the radar.
People are allowed to come and go as they please and many of them will leave at least for a brief period when they’re adults. Mostly they go off to other packs, large communities like theirs scattered around. Some come back, some stay wherever they land, some new members come from those other packs.

Levi’s life was more or less perfect in his eyes. It mostly revolved around farming and running around in the woods. His only exposure to the outside world came from a human named Brian. He was married to Carey, a werewolf who’d joined the pack after being bitten. Every full moon Brian would take all the kids too young to take their monstrous form to a cabin on the outskirts of the closet town to keep them safe. Levi adored Brian- he’d show them movies and tell them about Chicago, where he grew up. When Levi got older Brian would let him tag along on trips into the town for supplies. There were only a few hundred people living there but it might as well have been Paris.

There wasn’t much of a world to him beyond the farm until he met Bard. He was from another pack down south and he came to visit Levi’s pack the summer after Levi turned 18. They were immediately drawn to each other and by the end of the summer they were dating. Bard had to go back to his own pack in the fall but they stayed in touch by writing and the occasional phone call. Levi was planning on spending the next summer with Bard’s pack, his first time leaving home. But then the hunters came.

For a long time Levi just thought of hunters as stories used to scare the pups. But then word started coming in from other packs. And then everything went to shit. Levi tried to convince his parents to let him stay with them but they were convinced he’d be safer on his own. It’d be easier for him to hide without dozens of other werewolves around him. So they sent him away.
It was the hardest thing he’s ever had to do. He spent the first few weeks in a deep depression. He’s more or less used to it now and he’s found there’s some parts of the human world that he enjoys, but every time he turns it reminds him that he doesn’t belong here. He hasn’t heard from Bard or anyone from his pack since he left and he isn’t even sure if any of them are alive.

The main issue Levi has now is the full moon. Back home his biggest concern was accidentally getting into a fight with a bigger wolf when everyone was turned, but they were so isolated that there was no risk of them killing anything besides wild animals and they had each other to keep them in check. Now he’s more or less alone on that front. He’s developed a system and whenever possible he’ll pack up and disappear for the night. His backup plan is less pleasant- he built a shed in the backyard. From the outside it looks normal enough but the inside is reinforced and soundproof. If he can’t get out of town he locks himself in and waits out the turn in there.

-It’s a mixed bag. He’s incredibly proud of his heritage and loves being a werewolf. But knowing that he turns into a bloodthirsty monster every month makes him upset. But he also knows that’s just nature. But he also knows what people think of him. So he tries not to think about it too much.

BIOGRAPHY
Rory was born in a suburb outside of Cincinnati Ohio, and raised for the majority of her childhood by her mother. Her parents had never been serious and parted ways before her mother knew that she was pregnant. Her mother raised her, and she barely saw her father. She wasn’t bothered by the lack of relationship her and her father had, because she was so close to her mother. Her childhood was a happy one, her mother supported and encouraged Rory to be herself and to explore and do things she loved. That is how Rory found her love of music. She had always loved listening and singing along to music, but from the first time she picked up a guitar she knew that’s all she would ever want to do. By the age of ten Rory was playing guitar and piano, and she couldn’t be happier.

However, not long after her thirteenth birthday her world was changed dramatically, for the worse. Due to an accident her mother passed away, and suddenly Rory was not only without a mother, but also without her best friend. And to add more hardship on top of that, she had to go and live with her father, who she barely knew.

Life with her conservative father was not ideal for Rory, he and his wife were the opposite of her loving, free spirited mother, making it hard for her to relate to them. She spent her teen years mostly withdrawn and keeping to herself. Music became Rory’s escape and only focus. She began writing and even performing sometimes at open mics in small venues. That is when she decided that she wanted to pursue her dream of becoming a successful musician. And as soon as she turned eighteen she loaded up her car, took all of the money that had been left to her after her mother’s death, and left her father house to chase her dream.

Rory didn’t have a real plan when she left home, she just drove east until she hit New York. She felt that was the place where she could have the most success in her music career, but she had no idea what she was in for. When she first arrived, she was all about her music, writing and performing anywhere she could. But that only lasted for a few months before she got caught up in other things. Rory met a group of friends that introduced her to the party scene that NY had to offer. Her focus shifted from music to having fun and partying. She went on like this for about a year and a half. About a week before her twentieth birthday, Rory found herself in an extremely troublesome situation and she decided it was time to leave New York.

When her mother died Rory received a letter from her mothers estranged sister, telling her who she was and how to contact her if she wanted, and that was what Rory used to get out of the city. She called her aunt and asked if she could come and stay with her for a while, so she could get on her feet, but left out the details of what she was running from. Her aunt agreed and the next day Rory bought a bus ticket and set off to Maine.

The small town in Maine that her aunt lived in was nothing that Rory was used to. She had never been in a place where everyone in town knew each other, but she wasn’t interested in being a part of that. She wanted to just keep to herself and stay away from people and any drama, so she could stay out of trouble and get back on track with her music. Her aunt got her a job at the towns book store, and it fit her just fine, because hardly anyone came in there but old people. She is content with her quiet life in the small town, her only problem she has now is, she hasn’t been able to write any music.

Intelligent - You may think otherwise upon meeting her, but Suki is actually quite smart.

As far as Suki remembered, life with her parents around had been beautiful. They had taken care of her, and she was given everything on a silver platter. Even the matter of feeding had not been a problem until a certain age, as younger succubi could feed through kisses and those had been enough to sustain her. Even her first actual kill had not been as bad as she thought it would be. She first killed a man at the age of 14, and when she was finished, she felt not remorse but melancholy at the realization that she would have to do this for the rest of her life, a routine she'd be stuck with. To lure, to pleasure, and then to watch the life leave her victims' eyes. But it was not a great defeat for her. Her parents let her understand that there was much more to enjoy from her condition, and Suki believed them with her heart. She had been treated by them with love, and it was the only love she would feel for a very long time after her separation from them.

At the age of 18, Suki was taken away from her family, just like the other Supernatural children had. She was devastated, and feeding had never been more difficult now that no one caught her prey for her. Even the thought of having other Supernatural beings around her wasn't comforting, because she did not know them, and she didn't want to. She just wanted her life back. But then Suki was greeted by a miracle, and that miracle came in the form of a pretty, young girl named Ingrid Kowalsky.

When Suki first met Ingrid, her instinct was to feed, because they were both obviously attracted to one another, and what else was there to do? However, something about this particular girl made Suki decide not to, and with this choice, their falling for each other over the course of the next two months was inevitable. Her beloved was not aware of her condition, and she did her best to keep it that way. She remained faithful to Ingrid as best as she could, and she was doing so with all the passion she could muster. They made love to each other, but without feeding on anyone, the hunger grew unbearable. The famine that was plaguing her body dug at her insides, and at the time, she remembered thinking she would rather die than indulge in a body that was not her lover's.

And she never did. One morning, Suki woke up next to the motionless body of her beloved, and she simply knew that it was she who caused her death, because the monster in her belly seemed to have finally disappeared, at least for that moment.

No. She would never tell a human soul about her true identity, because she doesn't trust humans. One of her greatest fears is being found by a hunter and consequently tortured or god-knows-what. She definitely has joked about being a succubus to previous sexual partners in a quite sardonic and morbid way moments before she ended their lives, though.
How do you regard your unique condition?
She accepts that her condition has become a huge part of her identity, but she resents having to kill simply to survive. However, she definitely has adapted to it, but that doesn't mean she loves it.

She and her family did not know until she was 13, which was when her seemingly insatiable hunger spiked, and even then all she had to do to sustain herself was to kiss others (which didn't kill).

kind: scar has always been kind. as a child, she was very loving, and the endless cruelty from her mother only made her push that kindness further. she used to think that everyone's mother was just as bad as her own, and so she'd be extra nice to the kids that she rarely met. she knew from a very young age that kindness was a good way to make a great impression. scar has become a little more cynical of humans, lately, and so she often shows her kindness more to animals. most notable, her pet turtle.
gentle: scar moves slowly and her footsteps are almost soundless. she has never punched or hit anyone; and never would. everything she does and every move she makes is considered and gentle. it comes from having to be quiet as a child. as said above, scar especially loves animals, and she's gotten rather good at looking after them and caring for them.
soft spoken: when scar was little, her mother would force her to whisper. she said that if she spoke quietly and not very often, then she was less likely to say something to piss god off. scar's voice is light and very quiet; still in the habit of whispering. this makes her incredibly good to talk to and it adds a calmness to her.

scar was home schooled and locked up behind closed doors, she very rarely saw the outside world until she was twelve, when her mother would occasionally let her venture out to the store. she was punished for talking too loudly or fighting back, and any time she got sad or angry, she'd lose control and shape shift into something. one particular time, when she was thirteen, she turned into satan, and her mother locked her in her room for months. the only person who kept her going was her father, who was gentle and kind and taught scar about science, whenever his newly enraged wife wasn't home. he'd tell her about mutants, and butterflies and flowers. if scar was locked in her room, he'd bring her sweets and ice cream and books.

when scar was fifteen, her father smuggled her out of the house and sent her in a taxi to an unknown place. all he said was that she wasn't safe, and that there were bad people coming after her. she cried the whole way there, but after a couple of weeks, she settled in. she began to discover herself; her powers and who she was was. it was finally time to be free.
