Edit Title?

I'm wondering where the 'Edit Title' button went. Not sure if this is a bug, or something else. One of my RPs, which I want to change the title for, apparently doesn't have the Edit Title button. (Picture Below)

But my other one, an 1x1, apparently has the 'Edit Title' button. (Image below.)

So, I'm not exactly sure what is up with this. Help?

I think you are only alowed to edit your title in a small window of time. I think it was something like... 2 hours. I noticed that the 1x1 RP was just made not to long ago. (I got the alert since I'm in charge of the 1x1 section).

Nevermind. Apparently the time limit is three hours...
