No, unless you count extreme obliviousness and a complete lack of common sense accompanied by genius. She does get the affects of cursed/blessed jewels, not that she would ever think about it.

She has a Glock 9mm that she never remembers to grab the bullets for.
There are also the cursed jewels she constantly drops.

In the before times, she never saw anyone as her equal therefore didn't like them. Now, she is just too oblivious to understand anything about romance but is not incapable of it.
Personality:
Before, she was an egotistical, rude prick. Jenna had the largest god-complex imaginable. She had enough intelligence and authority to back this up, too. Jenna was also selfish and didn't understand why people were kind to each other. Now, she fits the term "tra-la-la". Ditsy, oblivious, and all around stupid acting. Jenna doesn't really dislike anyone, not even heroes. Despite her less than present personality, she still can pretty much answer any question you ask of her (i.e. If you ask her how to disarm a bomb, she can give you full detailed instructions with an explanation on why you do that. Then, she'll ask you why you asked when there is a bomb right in front of her.)

Backstory/Origin Story:
Jenna Bove was a prodigy her whole life. She was pushed to her limits and then some. Her life was constantly filled with praise that fueled her ego. However, the way she lived to develop her skills didn't help her develop social skills or compassion; she would have probably gained some if her kind parents were more present in her life. Eventually, Jenna began to think she deserved more than she had and decided to get it for herself by stealing. Her first gig had her robbing a (cursed) star ruby from a small safe in a bank. No one told her that there was a bomb wired on the main safe that someone else was robbing. The explosion ended up forcing the ruby into her skin and it can't be removed without causing her to bleed out. The curse on the stone ended up causing her to become oblivious and it made her lose her common sense. Despite her lack of logic and much smaller ego, she still kept up with being a thief. She is a pretty stupid thief. After the first gig, she had begun researching thieves. Catwoman popped up in her research and Jenna modeled herself after Ms. Kyle. Jenna thinks you have to be cat themed o be a good cat bugler, so she picked up the name Ebony Pride and modeled herself off of the things she dislikes the most.
Villainous Motive:
Now she pretty much does it to gain the attention of Catwoman and because she loves having jewels around, even if the only ones she can actually steal are the ones with magic traps that would work against any normal person.
Why do you suck at being a villain?:
Jenna is, admittedly, a relatively good thief and not a terrible fighter, but she does have that whole curse thing going for her. Jenna will never reach any potential she could have had because of it. Jenna doesn't stand a chance against any of these villains in a fight either (she is a powerless human). Even when she wasn't cursed, Jenna wasn't a great villain because she was blinded by her pride. Jenna simply can't be a good villain.

If any law enforcement ever saw the star ruby, Jenna would instantly go to jail, so her habit of just showing it to people is not helpful. She can have the gem removed for surgeries or when she is too severely injured. However, she will always take it back because she is genially happy with the curse.
