The year is 2014. Humans, for the most part, remain blissfully unaware of the truth of the world they reside on. As far as they are concerned, there is only them. Some have an inkling, a thought. They think of Heaven and Hell.
The 3 planes go by many names. Heaven, as the humans call it, is the home of the Angels, called the Above. The Center is the middle plane, where the humans live. And finally, there is the Underneath.
The Above:
The Above is ruled by Lyre, the Angel of all Angels. She is rarely seen by anyone except the Archangels. The worst of the Fallen angels have seen her as well, for she was the one to tear out their wings.

The Center:
The Center is the Earth as humans see it. Fallen angels sometimes choose to live there, but most stay in the Underneath.
The Underneath:
Home to demons and Fallen angels, the third and final plane is ruled by Weyn. She is never seen, even by the fire demon that is her right hand man.
There are not many demons, and each has an element. The fire demon is the most powerful. Then it is the water demon, then earth, then air. After the big four comes blood, metal, and light and darkness. The light and darkness demons are always twins, and as the least powerful of the demons, it is a disgrace to be the pairing that produced them as their children.
Fallen angels are also under the power of Weyn. After their wings are ripped from their backs, the are banned from the Above and are taken to the Center. From there, they can do what they please, but they must report to the fire demon within 5 months of falling.
Above is a sprawling city built with nearly all white materials.
Center is Earth.
Underneath is also a city, but made with darker materials. The demons live in a separate part of the city.
