On a normal basis he gives sort of cold vibe, like he does not care. If feeling dislike towards someone, he will be blunt about it and point it straight out. Declan is protective of those who he has befriended and likes. Either he will be your best ally or worst enemy as he does not fear many things, only the ones that can hurt him. Backstory: Declan was just 2 years old when his mum being tired after the night shift fell asleep while little Declan was playing in the living room. His mums and dads work hours managed so that one of them was home while other was at work. His mum worked as a nurse at the local hospital and was having only night shifts, while his dad was working at one of the many offices in the town as a clerk and worked the usual 8 hour day. As Declan was playing with his toys and his mums fell a sleep, he became really interested into his mums work bag. Crawling to it and not without a problem unzipping it, he found various things and one of the things were strong anti-depressants that his mum was taking for the reasons that is a different story. Just few minutes after little Declan somehow manage to open the bottle of the pils, his mums woke up and found him taken like twelve of these pills. His mums knew that she had not much time as that was a total overdose and Declan would be dead in few minutes. As an experienced nurse she did everything she could at home and got him to vomit some of the pills back, but not all of them. She rushed him to the hospital where she worked, as quick as possible and but after the inspection by the doctor he could not understand is Declans mum certain that he did swallow the pills as he showed no signs of overdosing or having to be eaten any drugs at all. They did the blood test just to be sure but they came back clean. There was no trace of any drug in his body! A week later Declan was kidnapped and was never found. The truth is that Declan was taken by government agents and brought to the facility where he's been living since. It has been 13 years since he saw his mum and dad the last time! Personality: From being in a gang, he's become desensitized to things like murder. And from all the experimenting, his feelings outside anger have been numbed. All of this has left him rather aggressive and inclusive. He still cares for children because of how his family was.
Backstory: Will was born into a lower-class family along with his 4 younger brothers and sisters. With his father out of the picture, it was up to him to take care of everyone. Being young, he couldn't land a job with enough income to take care of his family, so he joined a small crime syndicate in New York City.
His "job" started with him selling drugs on the street. Eventually he was taking care of bigger jobs, dropping thousands of dollars worth of hard drugs to higher end clients. Eventually, he was found keeping some of the sales money to himself. This made his boss beyond furious, so he had Will tortured and killed. Well, almost. They couldn't kill him. They decided to keep him as a pact-mule for testing drugs. Through the constant drugs use, his psyche was scared. After a couple months of being constantly pumped full of drugs, he was saved during a police raid, but found shot in the head by one of the gang members. The police found him dead, and then alive. This immediately spread across the wire and Will was taken by an ERAA task force.
His addiction to various drugs was treated by staff personal through a rehabilitation program at the facility. This was the only good they did him, as they immediately started testing the extent of immortality, seeing if anything could kill him for good. Poison, firing squad, repeated decapitation, explosives, drowning, and even starvation. Nothing worked. He's used when ever a body part is needed for any reason, simply killing him and severing it. When ever he acts up, he gets shot in the head.

Physical durability- Erics skin is near as hard as rock and can take a massive beating. being completely fire proof and invulnerable to any rounds short of the usual tank round Eric can take quite a beating. But with this came a discovery early on that Eric has a major weakness to electrical attacks and enhanced sound frequency's but even then. Its hard to stop him.

Going to school, having good grades and a lot of friends. all until he turned 11, thats when his mutation surfaces and it didnt hit slowly. In the matter of one night Eric had turned into what he is now, Killed his parents, Wreaked there house, and gone on a rampage through his neighborhood killing 25 people and causing millions and millions of dollars in damage to the area.

Personality: Yuki is like any child. Excited, hyper, curious, playful. Growing up at the facility Yuki has always been exposed to the curiosities of the being who live there as well as the scientists, developing a deep love of science as she grew up with her mother. Bashful around new people but quick to consider them friends and nag them to play. When it comes to Eric she sees him as a puppy and treats him that way. Literally naming him puppy when she became his "imprinted". other than that Yuki is a girl with a mind full of innocence and excitement of the world around her.
Backstory: Despite Yuki being at the facilities all her life she wasn't a patient till about three years ago. Being the beloved daughter of the head scientist Saura, Yuki quickly became well known and beloved. It wasn't till the age of two that her powers were noticed. Soon people who were around her started to get weird thoughts and urges, not bad ones though just weird in the sense that only a toddler could think of. soon they traced these back to Yuki to find out that she had the ability to project thoughts and urges onto others, shortly after the found out physical contact only makes these powers more amplified. Instantly she was admitted into the facility to be studied but under the command of her mother no actually experiments were to take place on Yuki. 4 months after her admittance she met Eric. In the fateful day Eric had outsmarted the scientists once again, escaping his enclosure he ran rampant through the facility till he came upon Yuki. An adorable little girl that stood in his way. Instead of running Yuki seemed unfazed by the beast and approached him. When guards and scientist arrived to subdue him they found Yuki playing with him. being held gently in his massive hands as she climbed over Erics arms. Wendigo transformation:
Control: Transformation is fully under control but not her anomaly body effects. She usually keeps her special cloak to nullify her powers including her anomaly body. Though due to her wendigo form her level is 4 as she rip apart elite groups that are sent after her either by turning their own group against themselves or picking them off one by one without the group realizing it til the last second. Most groups that try to escape from her are doomed from the start as she can track targets from far lengths. What's left of the groups are either eaten or pieces of that group.

Personality: Dyani is a very shy girl who usually try not get close to anyone due to her issue with her body though she is actually a very friendly person who would walk a mile just to help a person. Though if she is threaten, the friendliness drops and she becomes aggressive and rude to that said person til the person attacks causing her to attack the person to either the person apologizes for their wrong doings or killed.
Backstory: Dyani birth was the beginning for her powers to show up, Her mother who was a native American named her but her mother was also blind so when she held baby Dyani she was immune to Dyani's anomaly body until her father saw her. that's when her father became aggressive and savage and began to attacking doctors and took three security guards to take he father out of the room and a hour for her father to return to his senses. It was unknown why he went to aggressive and was until the father was asked for questioning and told he blacked out after looking at his own daughter. This raised questions. So in order for to test this they had baby Dyani in a room with security guards and a woman. The woman was asked to look at the baby. She did what she was told and had the same reaction as the father as it came to known that looking at Dyani caused people to become Aggressive and savage. Through the next seven years her life was normal until she had to go to school. So the parents told the principle about her abnormal anomaly power as for the answer was solved by having a one sided mirror but with a side that can be seen through Dyani's side with a slot for paper and work. This continue til her 8th birthday that's when the government came after her. They captured poor Dyani and brought her to the facility for experimenting with the werewolf gene and other genes to make a monstrosity called the wendigo form. Aia is a very curious being, most likely from being on in a foreign place though her curiosity comes from her instincts to learn all she can about her environment around her and how best to fit into it. many say wild cause shes very much like an animal, many even refer to her as a dog cause the way she acts. always sniffing around to see what is what, often very cuddly an wanting of attention from people she is familiar with. Seeming to attach or imprint her self to a person for the lack of an adult of her own kind to guide her. the most basic all around explanation for her though is Animalistic. Very driven by her instincts to eat, and learn despite her young age which is also plainly seen in her physique. a mouth that's filled with alien like fangs strong legs and tail for running and fighting as well as climbing and other uses. Aia exhibits enhanced physical strength and durability due to the enhanced density of her muscles, mostly in her tail which reaches to 3-4 meters long from where it is connected to her, though she still has similar strength in her body. in addition with the ability to climb walls and cling to ceilings with use of her claws and feet she has the strength to hold her self up for hours at a time. Able to lift 10x her weight or more.
superhuman speed-
Aia's has superhuman speed able to reach up to 150 mph in a full hard sprint.
enhanced senses-
Aia shows unmatched senses such as vision, hearing, and smell, in addition she has a long tongue (3 feet) that she seems to be able to use as another sensor much like a snake.
hypnotic vision-
Aia's has exhibited the ability to hypnotize her prey via extended eye contact. Her hypnotic effects are very rarely seen for the fact that Aia doesn't know how to use them at all the most they do is immobilize her target so she can eat them.
Danger level: 2-3 the facility has deemed she would be 3-4 if she knew how to use her powers and harbors ill will against the facility but her young age has allowed them to manipulate her into being ok with the facility and its workers

these abilities are mastered cause they are normal for her though her being young for her species she doesn't fully understand her own strength and capabilities. Her hypnotic vision being her least known power having only begun to unlock it

strength- Aia can at most lift a Semi with her tail and throw it but not easily, break through brick walls with ease and any other materials weaker than 4 inch metal walls
speed- Aia has a max speed of 150mph at a full dead sprint and can sustain that speed for a few minuets of running before she tires out, the lower the speeds the longer she can run.
hypnotic eyes- her limit with this ability is she doesn't understand how to use it at all so if it is used its used by accident
her age would be the biggest limit of her abilities. not having any other like her around leaves her to learn about her abilities on her own.
