He wears the hood and goggles so wind and bugs don't mess him up when he's running.


Virtues:Respects his comrades, Easy to make friends with, Protects his fellow gang members


Flaws:Has a short fuse when it comes to jerks, Is too scared to use a gun, No matter what he says he'd never kill without a really good reason


Backstory:Since a young age Kazuichi loved running he'd race his friends his parents and the local street dogs. Ok so maybe that last one is more running away but none the less everyone could see he was fast maybe a bit too fast. It all started when he turned ten he began moving way too fast for him to be able to control it. He'd smash into walls, mailboxes, signs, cars, and people not to mention his legs couldn't handle the extreme speed breaking them. These two things put him in the hospital multiple times but with each hospital vist Kazuichi got better at controlling his speed. After doing so he moved out on his own to Ikebukuro using his speed he quickly made a name for himself even starting his own gang. All he wants now is to expand his territory how ever far they can go.


Supernatural Power:Kazuichi can travel at speeds no normal human can out running even cars and bikes alike.

Appearance (Summarize): He is always wearing a breathing mask. Between his mask, glasses and bangs, Akihiko keeps the majority of his face hidden. His eyes are a vividly bright blue which is a stark contrast against his almost sickly pale skin and black hair. He has two lobe and three shell piercings in each ear. When it comes to clothes, he dresses warmly, in things that cover a fair bit of skin.

Virtues: Has no allegiance, so anyone is welcome in his coffee shop. Very good at keeping secrets.


Flaws: Unable to show expression/emotion in his voice nor in his facial features.


Backstory: When he was young, he lived with his grandfather in the apartment above his coffee shop. Akihiko's mother had become afraid of her own son after seeing that the small boy couldn't convey any sort of emotion. Even though everyone else seemed creeped out by him, his grandfather was loving toward him and made him feel happy.


When his grandfather passed away, he was alone in the world and took over the coffee shop in hopes of preserving the memory of the one person who treated him like he was normal.

Virtues: Intelligent, Adaptive, Manipulative, Loyal.


Flaws: Nosy, Loves few people, Cold nature.


Backstory: Santeru lived in the United states before moving to Japan at the age of thirteen from an early age he was already learning Japanese after taking an interest into the history of the country, upon arrival he was enrolled into a local Middle school in Ikebukuro where he formed a small color gang called 'Greed'. In time the joke of a gang actually began making head-way and in High-school it took a foothold into an actual powerhouse with which Santeru controlled for the simple fun, after the usual beatings and territory disputes that happened Santeru's first friend when he arrived in Japan tragically died in a 'Accident' being run over by a car while crossing the street. Grief stricken he disbanded the gang and secluded himself for sometime before coming bored, getting back into the activity's he was a part of once before he became what's known as a information broker not only expanding himself past color gangs but even into the Yakuza.


Santeru display's an ability to use and seemingly make knives appear out of thin air similar to Izaya Orihara one of his main competitors, His reflexes and agility are unmatched for an unknown reason. Santeru now takes a neutral spot within Ikebukuro's population occasionally causing chaos for his own benefit or protecting the peace.

Occupation: Gang Boss. Sort of.


Affiliations: Lanterns


Appearance:

Virtues: Playful, Observant, Secretive


Flaws: Not afraid of death, Liar, Backseat-type (she won't reveal herself unless she's exposed, which also means she'll let her gang members run rampant around the city and not do anything to stop them).


Backstory: Nemi was mostly alone for most of her life. Her mother died in childbirth, and she only received small fractured pieces of love, and affection from her father whenever he had time for her. She created the Lanterns, but hadn't intended for it to explode like it did. Nemi isn't really a typical gang boss. She communicates with her members extremely rarely, and only through anonymous group text messages from a one-way number. No one except the founding members of the Lanterns knows who she is, which allows her to pretend to be a civilian.


Lanterns stand out with orange paint. Members mark it on their clothes, skin or even buildings to signify their presence. Nemi has no end-goal for the Lanterns, or at least not as long as she's unexposed.

Flaws: Her silence, she is very soft spoken. Gullible easy to persuade. Doesn't have a mind of her own , not good in social situations, kinda snarky


Backstory: "Whisper" grew up normally like all the other kids in Ikkubukuro. Her home life was pretty normal as well she had a mother and father that worked and cared fro her growing up. They weren't to affectionate but Whisper never mind that they also kept to themselves. She didn't really stand out in school, her grades were about average and the only thing that stood out about her was her ability to speak in front of her peers. She was usually the quite one that barley talked. She could be social if she wanted it wasn't like she was an outcast, but she was just invisible. Once out of school she could never commit to one job. She would get fired or end up quitting due to her losing interest. This led to her doing odd jobs and whatever she can find on the streets. Whisper lives in the South side of the city in a pretty run down apartment where rent is cheap. One thought has raced in her mind from the day she started to think of her future "what is my purpose here"?
