She slung a small bag from her back and glanced inside. "Gun ammo, some dry food packs, water, and medical supplies. We also have two grenades in there as well, but it's best not to use them unless it's absolutely nessecary," she said, before adding, "Take the bag for a sec, will you? I need to check the area for any concealed monsters."

he takes the bag then says " no torches?"

She shook her head before going back into wolf form. She sniffed the area. There had to be a monster up ahead, nothing else caused such a stink. She changed back and said, "Monster ahead, about, oh, I'd say 500 yards. It's tougher than the last one.. but I don't know how it operates yet. I can't get that much just from its scent."

" I see, we should keep going" he opens up his bag and pulls out a torch then he lights it

When the torch was lit, she could see better. She saw the monster.. and gasped. "My God.. it's huge," she said, staring. She then unsheathed her sword and said, "It has good eyesight.. and apparently a poor sense of smell, sense it still hasn't realized we're here. Even a solid plan won't do any good. We have to wing it."

he nods " I'll detract the it. you find a way to kill it" he runs in front of the monster and yells " over here! you big ugly girl!"

She watched, thinking: I hope he knows what he's doing. She then unsheathed her sword and took out her gun. She ran behind the thing, and leapt straight onto it's back. The monster was already angered by Sir Dylan, and had started to advance on him. When she landed, the monster roared and tried to shake her off. Amalia growled and fired a bullet into the monster's shoulder, and it threw her up into the air. She landed headfirst on the ground, and groaned.

The Black Death awoke back from his daze, and saw the massive monster, "Wait. I've seen this before, but just to make sure, I've gotta see this..." TBD ran around it and- speak of the devil! the scar was still there! "This is incredible that it has come so far away from it's usual location, but it looks like one of The Giant's minions. These are relatively easy as long as you DON'T get stepped on." to demonstrate, TDB pulled out his laser pistol, and shot at the recently-created bullet wound, it's arm fell to the ground, and fizzled to dust, in it's place, was a shard, "For you guys, the shard, for me, more exploring. I'll report back with a map in a little bit."

" this is not looking good" he yells his Inspirational Battle Cry and leaps at the beast

She got up, with blood going down the side of her face. She growled before saying, "I will not be killed by this beast!" She then took out her gun and aimed for the thing's head. She pulled the trigger, and managed to hit her target.

he starts to feel over stressed " We must win this battle before it's too late"

TBD equips a wristband, activates a map display, and runs through an open hallway.

She nodded, just before she fell to the ground, the gun skidding across the floor. Dammit. I lost too much blood.. now I'm going to die, she thought as the monster turned toward her and began advancing. She sighed and smiled as a single tear fell down her cheek. At least if I die, I'll be free.

at that very moment, a figure zipped through from a hall and out another one, next to Amalia was a 1st aid kit with a note that read,


"I'm done with losing comrades.


-TBD"

Sir Dylan uses Battle heal on Amalia. Amalia recovers 21% heal lost " your not dying on me today!"

She smiled. "No, I sure as hell am not." She raised her sword again, and charged, feinting for the stomach and stabbing the beast in the heart.

he runs over to Amalia " great job!"

She sighed, sheathing her sword. "Thanks, but it wasn't me. It was you. If you hadn't healed me.. well, I'd be dead," she said, walking over to her gun and picking it up, tucking it into its holster. "Anyways, maybe we should stop. You know, rest up and stuff."

TBD arrives, with a map, and a handful of tiny crystals, "Alright, so I advise we get outta here, and here is a map of the area. It's mostly cleansed, and I need a new clip for my pistol." TBD shows them the map, it is relatively straightforward, but it's designed to get you lost and disoriented.


EDIT: "Also, there's an easily defend-able area-" he points at a little corner in the map, "-here, we can rest up there. I wouldn't leave, the dungeons are fully 'restocked' regardless of how untouched it is."

" I do agree. a night of rest bit will do some good" he look at Amalia

She studied the map. "We should try to rest here. I don't think anything else will come in this area, and if it does, well, no big deal," she said, before shifting to her wolf form and laying down on the ground.

he pulls out a new torch and lights it then follows Amalia

"Alright, I'll stay on guard, you two seem worn out from that, and I'm impressed you were able to deal with that so easily." He retrieved the massive monster's main shard, very hefty indeed. Once they arrived(?), he placed it down gently, pulled out his trusty enchanted axe, and cut it clear in half, and retrieved the other miscellaneous items.

Dylan sits down and pulls out some firewood for a campfire he starts to make a fire
