Dual Slaying Stance and 2nd Edition

Question:  What is your opinion on Charms like Dual Slaying Stance.  Does it still work in the new edition?  If so, how would you use it?  Is the idea that in a Flurry you state that attack one is from my right hand and attack two is from the left, reduce dice penalities as the charm states from there?
