In this world, some people can visit other people's dreams. Sometimes, they can even modify it. They are called Dreamwalkers. These people are closely monitored by the DREAM company. The DREAM company's mission is dealing with people's dreams and making sure noone goes overboard. It consists of several departments:
Archives department: There are stored all informations about Dreamwalkers, all past case files, basically every information ever can be found there.
Monitoring department: This is the department where all the files of living known Dreamwalkers are kept, as well as their status: unaware, aware, safe, dangerous. It's also the department whose work is discovering new Dreamwalkers.
Health department: Simply helps normal people have nice dreams, suppress nightmares before they become too overwhelming for the person... Basically they monitor people's mental health through their dreams.
Threat department: This department monitors Dreamwalkers who might be a threat to others, but still haven't committed any crime: mainly Dreamwalkers with mental issues, violent and dark dreamscapes...
Crime department: Exactly as it implies. People in this department catch dream criminals and terrorists who interfere in other people's dreams for bad reasons: profit, hate and vengeance, simply hurting people... There are benign cases an more important ones.
All departments work closely together.
They work in the shadows for the well-being of all.
Your charater will be a new talented Dreamwalker, joining the Crime departement at the DREAM company. He/She will be assigned a mentor and partner, my character, to help them learn, get used to the job and work with them. I would really like to do this as a mxm, but I hve nothing against mxf.
-I usually write 1 to 2 paragraphs and would like someone who can mirror that if possible, but I'm not too strict on that.
-Please use correct grammar, spelling and punctuation.
-I am a big fan of romance, so if romance develops between our characters later on in the roleplay, that's perfectly fine with me. That's great!
-This is meant to be a long term roleplay, or at least medium term.
-I am in CET (Paris time) but willing to adjust to other timezones.
-I will try to reply as fast as I can but won't always be able to. Please don't ask me to reply every five minutes (it's an exageration but you get what I mean). If I love the roleplay and feel inspired by it, the replies are likely to come faster and be of better quality. I can reply anywhere from multiple times a day to once or twice a week.
