The Duck Overlord
Ageha Ishikawa
Ageha looked up from a brochure to the building right in front of her. The Dragonia Hotel wasn't as tall as other five-star hotels were, but it was nonetheless grand. Grabbing her friend Luna's hand, Ageha started to drag her inside. "C'mon, Luna! I've been hearing all sorts of rumors about this place for a while now! Let's go check it out!" Many of the rumors about the Dragonia Hotel centered around the idea that there was something mysterious about the people who went there. Ageha was certain she'd heard someone mutter the word "vampire" once, and obviously, she was hooked.
Gazing around the lobby as soon as she stepped through the entrance, Ageha was mesmerized. It was even grander than the brochure had made it out to be, with fancy carpets and glimmering chandeliers, not to mention the gilded wallpaper. Daaaaaamn. This place was far too fancy for her price range. They'd probably have to leave before they were accused of loitering. Turning to Luna, she said, "I think we've seen all we need to. Let's..." Before she could suggest they leave, the door slammed shut behind them. Then it clicked as if locking behind them. What was going on here?
Hikaru Asahina
Hikaru leaned against a railing that peered over the lobby of the Dragonia Hotel, his pride and joy. As to be expected of...well, him, he was wearing a red dress with a black leather jacket, letting his reddish-brown hair fall over his shoulders. If he hadn't already known he was, he would've outright told people he was the prettiest woman in the hotel. Of course, his brother might not think that way. "A lovely day, isn't it, Tsubaki?" Hikaru mused, twirling a lock of hair around his finger.
He spotted movement out of the corner of his eye, noticing that the front entrance was opening. It seemed some fresh new victims--er, meals--ER, human girls had entered the hotel, which meant that they would never leave. Pity. It seemed like they had so much more to live for, too. But, c'est la vie, so it looked like they'd have to introduce themselves. "Brother, I believe it's time to play the part of suitable hosts. Unless you'd rather check out the vampire women elsewhere...?" His mouth quirked up in a grin as he glanced over at his younger brother and fellow owner of the Dragonia Hotel, Tsubaki.
