Dragon king healing

Do they heal as a Exalted, and do they gain L soak from stamina? I can't find this anywhere in the 2e books.


If they do, they would make an dangerous army.

 

[Plague of Hats]

Check the Health Levels section of their character creation chapter, on p. 32 of Scroll of Fallen Races. They heal as mortals and don't gain natural lethal soak from their Stamina.
