The 17 Saiyan Rulers
Each of the 17 planets controlled by the Saiyans has a single ruler in place to oversee order and act as a figure of authority as the Saiyan's developing sense of politics takes root. In order from strongest to weakest, the 17 rulers are as follows and hold the highest power levels on their respective worlds.

Rekkhen

This is the Mother planet of the 17 Saiyan home worlds. Discovered first over two hundred years before the events of the RP begin, Metahnn stands as a beacon of Saiyan independence and providence. After escaping Overlord Inecros 200 years ago, the Saiyan Race found itself a new home world and began expanding using the technology of the advanced creatures which taught them of travel through the stars. Their alien brothers perished to Inecros' power, and the Saiyan Race has never forgotten Inecros' near annihilation of their race.
However, there is nothing they can do about it. Even their strongest only have power levels in the mid 30,000 range versus Overlord Inecros who's power is yet undetermined. However, it is rumored to be in excess of 1,000,000. That's far beyond the range of any Saiyan currently in existence... But someday, the Saiyan Race will have its revenge against Overlord Inecros.
