A Regular Decorated Emergency
Alice
(I also did not expect the photo to be this big and I don't know how to change it)
Race:
Half-Siren
Appearance:
Long black hair, pale skin, bright blue eyes. 5'9", slender build, black feathered wings. Usually wearing a basic maiden dress and a black hooded riding cloak, and a bandage wrapped around her head to cover her right eye.
Personality:
Cold, distant, and untrusting…initially. She fears persecution for what she is, and because of this she tends to avoid humans until she needs to feed (and will sometimes nearly starve herself to death). She can, however, be fiercely loyal and harbors a vehement belief in justice. Despite a cool, even expressionless exterior, she is often dealing with a deep-seated anxiety and self-hatred over the duality of her existence—partly human, partly feeding on humans for survival; part hunter, part hunted.

Powers/Abilities:
- Allure - The trademark Siren ability
--singing to attract human prey.
- Telekinesis - Exactly as it sounds; moving objects without touching them.
- Mind Reading/Control - When looking into a target's eyes
--usually a human's--Alice can read their thoughts and, with a little extra concentration, control their body movements, "like a puppet."
- Flying - She can fly short distances. Really more of an exaggerated jump.
Weaknesses:
- There is a chance that non-humans can resist the "Allure" ability.
- Telekinesis is limited to what she could move with her own physical strength, although she is much stronger than her thin frame would suggest.
- Mind reading and control require Alice to be looking at her target with both eyes.
- She can't control her powers very well (thus why she covers one eye, to prevent accidentally tapping into them) and they are so taxing on the human part of her mind that using them continuously will slowly drain her sanity.
- She doesn't exactly have the hollow bones of a bird, so her flight abilities are very limited.
- Having one eye covered at all times leaves her with little to no depth perception.
Strengths:
- No human can resist her magic
--at least, none that she's met.
- Can understand and speak some Elvish.
- Doesn't have to get close to an enemy to do damage.
- Flying makes for an easy dodging move (and makes jumping from great heights somewhat less dangerous)
- Who needs charisma when you can just literally make them do what you want?
