These are the tools through which mankind has destroyed our world. These are the sins that the darkness has exploited, and brought the world to ruin. Their goal has never been to destroy man, but Life. They sought destruction of the Earth and all her children. They have not yet succeeded, but the end marches ever closer. Mankind, in its folly, has opened up the gates of destruction and the beasts of Chaos are loose upon the earth. Forests burn. Lakes turn to salt. Streams flow with blood. The nations of man shrink day by day, their people growing more and more desperate. Still, man’s sins abound, and the Legions of Hell march…”

The world is mid-apocalypse, part of which is the result of mankind’s destruction of each other and their environment. As far as most religions and cults are concerned, however, demons influenced man just enough to cause them to kill the world that sustained them, and have now struck to deliver the finishing blow to mankind and all life on earth.
The world is very different now than our own. The sea level has risen, and environmental disaster has come and gone. The coastlines are very different, and many cities that were once thriving metropolises are now dead. In addition, the vast majority of lands near the equator are now more or less barren and devoid of life.
Currently, murder rates are increased, crops aren't always doing the best, and people seem to be getting sick. In addition, bombing of civilian targets terrorist style are on the increase. People are scared, frightened, and have little idea what's going on.
I'm looking for people interested in a world where you don't have all the details yet, and that you're willing to try and play your hand without having all the answers as to what's in mine. Who's interested?
