Fandom Doctor who rp: the new timelord

Hey everyone! I was thinking of starting of starting a doctor who like role-play I'm looking for maybe a small group of people ( around two to three ) to role play the adventures of a new timelord. I figured we could all chip in and play as multiple characters but for now I'm mostly looking for companions and some who would enjoy playing the evil master-like characters. For the newest time-lord who is just starting out his adventure on his first regeneration .
I'm really hoping to build a story that revolves around the who world and mythos but with a orginal take and feel.
I'd prefer a vary little to no romance with the doctor as he is more worried about the happenings of the world ( think 10th doctor without him falling in love with rose.)
I would also love to bring back previous characters from doctor who would join along in the adventures from time to time. If everyone wanted perhaps we could even use the doctor who system but that's not a requirement.

Looking to be a companion?
I have quite a bit of dr who knowledge, and if I'm confused I'll ask my superfan sister.
I can write a few paragraphs, not offended by anything, I'm on at least every other day, better at playing a female as a bad guy, like missy but will try anything. I can juggle 4 people, with one main character, but I could do more, maybe. I hope I'm good enough!
