Do the Neverborn and Yozi's get along?

That likely depends on the specific Neverborn involved. However, for those facoring everything falling into Oblivion...likely not. That would give them yet more likely competition for the fate of Creation...

You see, the Yozis are kind of afraid of their brethren now. I remember reading this in one of the books. The Neverborn's whispers frighten the Yozi, because those that 'died' are fucking insane. Take an unfathomable mind and turn it upside down and put it in blender, then take the mix and try to understand it.

I would say they don't really get along, but they are as close to being civil with each other as two groups of fallen Gods with Opposite agendas can be.  They seem to not oppose each others agendas directly, unless they have to.

They know that they have greater enemies in Creation so they do not fight amongst themselves, but they know if one of them starts to succeed the other will have to oppose them once they are close to achieving their ghoul.

Read Day as Dark as Night for Examples of a Yozi/Neverborn alliance.

The neverborn want to destroy everything and nullify it in the void. The Yozis just want to take back creation. So, the neverborn would act to keep the yozis from getting *too* free.

I believe the quote is more alike "The Yozis won't ally with anything more insane than themselves." It's one of my favorite quotes from The Abyssals.

I've read the novel 'A Day Dark As Night' from WW.  In that, Harmonious Jade was hanging out with an Abyssal and chatting with him about the relations between the Yozis and the Malfians.  According to that, the Malfians look down on the Yozis for surrendering to the Solars and allowing themselves to be imprisoned instead of fighting on.  The Yozis see their fellow Primordials in the Underworld as a reminder of their dishonor, and now take their frustrations out in an attempt to destroy the Solars and retake control of Creation.

And vice versa.  But they're both don't have enough pull to pull off what either wants so they work together at times and cross purposes at others.  But remember too that the Neverborn didn't welch even when they got fewer solar essences than expected (course, maybe they swore by their new names).

The novel that Sherwood points to covers some of it, but I think it comes down to this:

1) individual Primordial relations before it all went to Malfeas/the Underworld adjusted by

2) the effect that their brothers chickening out when they died has on the Neverborn and the effect that Neverborn are beyond something that any Primordial ever conceived before they happened.  Oh yeah, and they crave Oblivion.  That's kinda a big deal to beings that had the will to maintain their will in the midst of constant chaos.  Oh yeah coupled with:

3) They both hate the victors of the Primordial war!

Is this the the International Day of Threadmancy?

It's also nice to take a look on the Storyteller's Compendium first comic. There, a female demon is talking to Ligier (is that spelled right?) and she says something about the Abyssals being ignorant and obsessed with death. Anyway, I think demons and the dead don't get along very well.

To answer the question...

No, the Neverborn do not want the Yozis out of Malfeas.

Mainly because if the demons were to be freed, the Neverborn would never have the (dead)manpower and ressources to pull Creation to the Underworld and then to Oblivion...

Neverborn just have been trying to do that for the last 20 centuries... and never succeed...although it takes time to accomplish such a goal, if it was easy to make Creation one with the Underworld, it would have already been the case... and they had no solars or demons in their ways...

Picture now the returning Yozis, seizing again true power over Creation... the Neverborn would be totally and ultimately fucked :D

So IMHO, the Neverborn helped the Yozis with the solar essences, but they just don't want these cowards to get out of Malfeas and mess with their plans of ultimate destruction.

That's actually an infernal/akuma/whatever solar talking with her patron, Ligier.   :D

No. Check the caste mark. That's ye olde Exalted-trademark (not to mention it's pretty much been confirmed).

The girl with no eyes is -not- the empress. I believe one of the team (think it was neph) specifically even stated that it wasn't the empress, it's just some akuma

Perhaps you're thinking of the wrong comic. I believe they are referring to the woman in the opening comic, talking to Ligier, who rather explicitly tears out her eyes to leave the empty sockets blazing with his infernal emerald flame. It's kind of unmistakeable.
