Power:(N/A if Powerless)

Job:(Should have to do with your power)

Appearance:(Pictures please)

Personality:

History:

Skills:
Name: Christopher Wardith

Age: 32

Class: Artisan

Side: Unaffiliated

Power: Any metal weapon created by him is enchanted to his specifications. He can enchant both with elemental enchantments and after years of working at his craft is able to add specialty enchantments such as summoning staffs.

Job: Blacksmith, though he has taken to traveling and looking for work in the midst of war as he does not want to take a side.

Appearance:

blacksmith_by_yichenglong1985-d6dj4sa.jpg

Personality: Christoper is introverted and does not tend to have long conversations. He is very much about business and will sell a weapon to anyone who can afford it even the powerless. He does not believe in the current persecution but the fact that his weapons are currently in the hands of both sides makes it hard for him to pick one.

History: Christopher was born in a town near the base of the castle. It was a main commerce town and many artisans would come to sell their materials in the town. Christopher's father was a painter who could manipulate paint to change its color and shape to his whim while his mother could mold clay with her mind. When Christopher was born they had hoped he would be artistic as well but he did not seem to have any interest in drawing or painting. What he did take interest in was his mother's clay. He would take chunks and use a little toy hammer to make small clay swords. These little swords would have enchantments on them, very simple things such as the tip of the sword being on fire, but it was enough to choose his profession. He was made apprentice to the towns best blacksmith, a man named Gregory who could change the consistency of metal at will. He taught Christopher everything he now knows and helped him hone his talent. By the age of 12 Gregory's shop was selling the best enchanted weapons in town using a mix between his skill of changing the consistency of metal and Christopher's ability to with just a few hits of a hammer form a perfect blade with a perfect enchantment on it. Once he turned 18 it was time for him to become a real blacksmith and so he said goodbye to his old teacher, but not before getting a gift from him. His current hammer and weapon was given to him half finished by his teacher and it became their last project together. Christopher moved to a town slightly west of his hometown and opened an enchanted blades shop. He became an instant favorite to the soldiers in the town because of his swiftness and the power of his enchantments. By the end of the year though a letter came to him that his old master had died. He quickly returned to his home town to attend the funeral and took over Gregory's Metallurgy. He was able to stay near his parents and he quickly became almost as loved as Gregory himself. Ten years later the war began and Christopher continued to run the shop. He sold weapons without any discrimination and was shut down because of it the government saying that he had to either shut down his shop or sell only to their soldiers. He chose to shut down his shop and began to wander looking for work.

Skills: He is an amazing blacksmith and is almost as good with his hammer as a weapon. He has enchanted his hammer with a fire enchantment so that every blow onto the metal is already hot making the job of a blacksmith and fighting even easier.

Name: Lilja Olvirsson

Age: 20

Class: Noble

Side: Regency

Power: Can effectively slow time by perceiving and processing thoughts at incredible speeds.

Job: Royal Spy

42270.jpg

Personality: Quiet and calculating, Lilja is often a target for attention due to her looks, but will snap a neck without hesitation if someone so much as gets too close to her. She is unerringly professional and loyal, though; she will do her job and do it well, no matter who she has to work with. Secretly she yearns for companionship, but would never let this show, and believes friends to be a weakness.

History: Lilya was born noble to a noble mother, and had a rather normal childhood... for a spy in training, at least. Selected at conception and taken from her family at birth to prevent mislaid loyalties, she has never met her parents, and has been forbidden from doing so. She was taught stealth since she could walk, coercion since she could talk, and combat since she could fight. Her ability made training significantly easier, so the metaphorical training wheels came off almost immediately: at the age of ten, she began training with real weapons, tasted her first blood at twelve (Poor trainer never saw it coming), at thirteen, she ran her first mission, fifteen her first solo mission, and so on. Occasionally she wonders who her family is, but she pushes those thoughts aside; she has no family, any evidence of her birth has been wiped from history, she is no one. Until the First Drop, her life was almost relaxing; keeping fit and able, but nothing to do, so she was almost glad for the violence, as it gave her purpose again. Without the missions, she was nothing. Lilja's only loyalties lie with the crown, and money, any more allegiances simply complicate things. In rare situations, she is a freelance thief or assassin for hire, but these are usually one-time jobs, and only if the price is right. She has been forced to work seduction jobs before, but despises them, as her mark is always sleazy. Or worse: grabby.

Skills: Infiltration, Pickpocketing, Acrobatics, Lockpicking, Stealth, the ability to inhale truffles like they keep her alive

Atlas Randal

Age:

21

Class:

Peasant

Side:

Tempest

Power:

Invisibility

Job:

Hit man

Appearance:

soul_silk_magnolia__by_nekodoru-d4kadyp.png

(The Boy)

Personality:

Atlas is very formal and reserved, not coming off as that enjoyable, it being a rare occurrence for him to crack a joke. Only a few can read his emotions, his expression usually blank. Atlas is naturally quite selfless and easily will serve another if he trusts them, asking for nothing in return. But if you where to save him at a moment he will often time, try to repay you feeling in debt to that person. For Atlas it is quite difficult to trust another, but will be loyal to those who he enjoys the company of. Atlas can become quite embarrassed if you where to point out him showing emotions, surprisingly blushing quite easily. But it is quite easy to irritate him but difficult to infuriate him, rarely acting on emotion. And though his somewhat tough exterior has a weakness for anything small and cute, especially kittens or rabbits, his favorite sweet being Truffles.

History:

All his life after being abandoned by his powerless parents, Atlas lived on the streets. He traveled many miles each day but would always find his way back to this same town. So after a month of this repetitive cycle he stayed in the small town, living off of what he could get his hands on. But soon at age 11 he met others much like himself, Atlas being the oldest in their small group he found that he had responsibility for the children he had befriended. And couldn't provide enough food so he began to get into thievery. But he became obsessed with the adrenaline and one day he went to far when he was 13. And attempted to steal a guards silver sword, but failed as thought and was thrown into prison. The children he provided for where soon found and shipped off to an orphanage. After awhile Atlas was released and slowly by time became a hit man taking up any job, and it turned into a fun career that he enjoys.

Skills:

Stealth, Acrobats, Flexible, Strategic, Keeping Information to Himself, Fighting, Scavenging

During her teenage years, she took her knowledge of inventing and saught out to be an inventors apprentice.

She spent the rest of her teenage years learning valueable skills such as fixing and creating things from both scrap and not.

Upon completeling her apprenticeship, she went back home and shared her inventions.

I must refuse, had you read the actual roleplay you would know that powerless are only allowed to be slaves and thus your character is invalid. Though the idea of her being abandoned by nobility is possible a family would never take a powerless child in as anything other than a slave it is just how the society of this world works.

Age:31

Class:Knight

Side:Regency

Power:Sound manipulation

Job: Commander

Female_Knight_by_aditya777.jpg

Personality:Strong willed, loyal and stoic who takes what she does seriously believing in both chivalry and the kingdom she serves. Though she still believes in the class system of the kingdom, she does have the same disgust of the powerless as most of her compatriots and nobles particularly for those who serve the army's Powerless arrow fodder[/strike} militia in her charge. She can be very sociable with her troops spending time with them despite her background though she has can be dim at time like enable to get jokes made about or to her

History: Ashley is a charismatic commander of some renown in Sal, a latest of a long line of noble knights commanders but one of the first in her family to have actually earned the nomination to the role. Known as the Siren, known to use her powers to mislead her enemies to making mistakes, leading them to traps even stop them from fighting at all. The tempest rebellion had come to be a mixed blessing for her, as it has become the set piece for her greatest triumphs. However the loss of troops either through desertion and defection to the tempest, or through death in battle mixed with her own relationship with a powerless (codenamed:Truffles) had shaken her. Her once unbreakable loyalty to the Regency and belief of the class system as a necessity for the best of the society is faltering.

Skills:Skilled with a sword and shield with a keen eye for strategy and creative use of her powers.

Name: Romulus, no last name

Age: 26

Class: Powerless

Side: interested in joining the Tempest

Power: N/A

Job: blacksmith, thief

Appearance:

Montaron.jpg
Personality:

He’s received some very hard knocks in life which have hardened him. He’ll never, ever trust anyone. If he gets along with someone, it’s either because of purely selfish or purely altruistic reasons. But in case of the latter he’ll make sure you never know, so as not to make himself vulnerable. While he has a conscience, he has absolutely no honor.

History:

Born of nobility, when Romulus was found to be powerless, his parents broke the custom of turning him into a servant, and disavowed him entirely from childhood. For some time he tried to return home. His parents had forbidden his siblings to have any contact with him, but his brothers used him as a slave in secret. When this got them in trouble, they took it out on them subjecting him to increasingly cruel humiliations, which he endured until he found work at a tanner. Tanners could always use a slave to do their dirty work, no matter how young. The tanner pushed him to work day and night until he fell sick from exhaustion, leading him to leave the tanner. He took nothing but some food, but the tanner spread rumors that Romulus had taken everything of value he could find. Romulus wandered far and wide looking for any jobs people would give him, and eventually managed to move to another city, where his luck changed. People began to treat him with more respect. During the day, he worked for a blacksmith. At night, he was a thief. The money he stole he all spent on mages who claimed they could give him powers, but they all turned out to be swindlers.

Skills:

His whole life he's learned to instinctively close himself off from everyone. Stealth became a second nature for him, which he cultivated as a thief. In the right circumstances, he can make himself practically invisible, like a truffle in the soil. He has only some skill with weapons, mostly by practicing with unfinished weapons, but on the other hand, his skill is very versatile, and applies to whatever weapon he picks up. He can’t win a fight with a trained soldier unless he is enraged, in which case he can take on several at the same time and match even heroes. Usually his rage is cold and calculating, though, and it takes a huge, sudden injustice to cause his rage to surface. As a thief, he relies entirely on a garrote, and he has expert skill at sneaking up on people, strangling them till they pass out, and binding them with inextricable ties. When he is in his element, no one can escape him. In a battle, he is helpless: they’re too noisy. He needs time to think. He’ll either flee, or run to the side to see if he can ambush anyone while they're fighting someone else. He is, however, not a coward, and if angered, he would not go out of the way of a fist fight. Once he gets into a brawl, which happens often at the tavern, he doesn't let down until his enemy is severely battered, no matter how injured he gets himself - pain doesn't faze him at all.

accepted, though I was a t first confused how you made a powerless into a blacksmith your explanation gives for the idea that the blacksmit you worked under was possibly in a tempest ruled town. I would like it if you would add something of that sort or the idea that you tricked them into thinking you had powers/ they were arrested for helping you just for the connection there but otherwise I think your character will make a great addition and welcome.

Name: Aventus Vivaldi

Age: 48

Class:(Powerless, Peasant, Farmer etc.) Statesman

Side:(Tempest, or Regency) Tempest

Power:(N/A if Powerless) Can plant thoughts into others' minds (he can't use mind control, he can just plant one little idea into a person's head at a time, which can breed paranoia or make them an easy target for manipulation.)

Job:(Should have to do with your power) Officially works as a representative and noble among the Regency.

Appearance:(Pictures please)

melchial_by_nebezial.jpg

Personality:
Initially one may view Vivaldi as a charming civil servant and a potential ally, but, in reality, Aventus Vivaldi is one the most manipulative and cruel people you will come across. He will stop at nothing to further his own goals and ascend to higher echelons of power.

History: Aventus was born into a family of farmers before being tested for any abilities at a young age by his landlord. Once they discovered his gifts for deceit and mental manipulation, they recognized him as a useful asset on the political stage. After many years, his lord had a considerable position of power within the kingdom, having reached the apex of his power just before his untimely assassination. Because of his superficial loyalty and distinguished service to his lord, in combine with the fact that he was without child, Aventus was entitled lord of the estate. From there he continued to climb up the hierarchy, becoming a frequent correspondent and adviser to the various other competing nobles. When the Tempest movement began, he sympathized with them because of his upbringing, but would not publicly support it at risk of losing the great deal of prestige he had gained over the years. And hence, currently he supports the movement, perhaps for more selfish than noble intentions. Albeit, he also supports the movement through tactful political manipulation rather than lending his blade to the cause. Nonetheless, he continues to be of use to the Tempest.

Skills: Politics, manipulation, persuasion.

Name: Ulysses Titus

Age: 30

Class: Peasant

Side: Tempest

Power: Mending

Job: Apothecary

mask.jpg

Personality: Mysterious and enigmatic, Ulysses keeps away from friendships, from any social interaction at all really; he never speaks. He is not afraid to display his emotions in other ways, however, most of them gruesome. He has a soft spot for animals, especially birds, and they seem to return the sentiment, whether by some higher power or pure coincidence, it is unknown.

History: Ulysses was raised on a farm, his family of five barely scraping by. Nobody in his family had been born with powers for generations, so nobody thought to check the young Ulysses for preternatural abilities. Ulysses was five when the raiders attacked his family's farm. The crops were razed to the ground, the house ransacked, and his entire family killed. Being the only one too young to defend himself, the raiders had better plans for the child, and left him alive. He became a slave, and did everything for the raiders as they roamed from countryside to countryside, doing the same thing to other families. Ulysses was the only slave to survive the beatings, and thus, he discovered his power: He could heal at incredible rates, but moreover, he could heal others by simply focusing. He kept this from the raiders, as he knew they would take advantage of it more than they took advantage of his body. He began studying medicine using any sources of information he could find: books, hearsay, town doctors, trial and error, et cetera. There were several occasions where he could have escaped, but Ulysses wanted revenge. Eventually he had accumulated enough knowledge to create a potent poison out of roadside herbs, and watched in silent satisfaction as the entire band of raiders writhed, foaming at the mouth, in agony on the ground. He practiced medicine in any place he could, using the supplies the raiders had left for himself, finding a mask in the stolen junk, and the diary of the man who wore it. He found artifacts from so many families, ruined by these horrible people, and several accounts of how the aristocracy knew of these atrocities, but stood idly by as hundreds were murdered and enslaved. Once more, Ulysses sought revenge.

Personality: Timothy is known by most as the walking storm for good reason. Everywhere he goes there is a battle and his lust for royal blood is never satisfied. He is kind to those that are loyal to him but a traitor will be executed slowly.

History: Timothy was born to two well known warriors. Both were knights and well renowned through the kingdom for their loyalty and their bravery in battle. They were overjoyed when Timothy was born, but on his third birthday he showed no signs of power. He was immediately given as a gift to the local lord who used him as a slave to clean the kitchen at night. He was abused often and if he did a poor job cleaning was not fed for the next two days. Over the course of his lifetime his hatred for the royalty grew. It wasn't fair that a man born of two peasants could become a lord and treat others like dirt while him born of two famous knights could become the dirt under a peasants feet. By the time he was twenty his rage grew to the point of insanity and one day when another slave entered the room of their lord to wake him they found him gagged in a pool of his own blood. Timothy had gagged him and cut out his eyes before stabbing him in the heat and leaving him to die. It was then that the first Tempest group was created. They stood under a flag of blood, the desire to give powerless a right to the class of their birth. It took the king's decision to keep everyone of them same class despite their birth and yet keep powerless as slaves to give the Tempest a time to strike. They spent a year gaining support and now they are making a bloody mark across the world.
