His suits are specially tailored, and are usually paired with Oxfords, and his W.E.A watch.
Personality: Being as young as he is for his title, Lukas has a larger-than life ego. Sarcastic, but cutthroat about anything business related. Preferring non-conventional ways to up his legacy, disliking concrete objects or rewards. Lukas will do anything to succeed, and if he fails he'll tear himself down inside.

And has learned to be a pretty good detective. A deadly marksman, and even more deadlier fighter, Lukas uses his skills to take down cases who have powers greater than his.

Backstory: Lukas was raised in a bad neighborhood in Chicago, to a drug dealer father, and a meth-addict mother. It was a miracle he was born only prematurely. At age 4 his mother overdosed, killing herself and putting his father in jail. So, he was shipped away to CPS, and was stuck in foster care. Through his teenage years, Lukas made his way by petty crime, usually snatching purses. And his habit usually prevented him from being adopted, since nobody wanted a troubled child like him. But at age 18, Lukeas was arrested for theft, and to a surprise a man in a suit came and paid his bail. The mystery man had said he knew his uncle, which Lukas never met, but scolded that if he continued his life like this, he'd be dead or in jail like both of his parents. So with the man's help, he enlisted in the Marines. Spending 7 years as a green beret, the man had decided to offer him a spot as a agent at a espionage company. Taking the job in a heartbeat, his recent promotion had movtiaved him to preform to his high standards.

Appearance: Lucinda wears no kind of supersuit, more often than not she can be found in baggy pants, and a tank top. Pictures of her have been erased, and a lack of any records make it easy for her to hide in plain sight.
Personality: Lucinda is a bit paranoid, often thinking everyone has some ulterior motives. Though she openly blames the Horizon Co for her parents death she secretly holds herself responsible. Having spent the past nine years reclusively plotting to find the answers has gotten her slightly detached from the rest of humanity, a fate only made worse by the fact that she is intelligent enough to know her mind is starting to slip. She rarely let's people in on her plans due to a severe lack of trust, which only seems to grow worse the closer one grows to her. Though there are many prescription medications that can help her condition, her paranoia prevents her from seeking proper treatment. In short shes a little crazy, but don't remind her...

Greatly enhanced intellect: Lucinda's primary mutation is her intelligence which is off the charts of IQ tests. She is able to learn at a phenomenal rate and retains all information she comes across. Many problems and equations that scientists deem impossible to fix she has solved, many scientific processes which should be impossible she has conquered. Her understanding of physics, chemistry, astronomy, and robotics are unrivaled.

Enhanced perception: for Lucinda everything seems to be in slow motion at all times. This grants her more time to come up with solutions to the problems she faces at the moment she faces them. It also serves as a dependable line of defense when it comes to combat.

Weapons/items/Gadgets:
Cybernetic Arm: The metal arm that Lucinda wears isn't some kind of armor or just for show. She lost her arm a long time ago and built this replacement. Built of a titanium tungsten carbide nano-ladder it is harder than nearly any known metal. It's modified neural connection makes it easily capable of reacting much faster than her normal arm, and it boasts nearly forty tons of force (enough to punch a hole in tank armor.)it is also jam packed with useful tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, a welding torch, forceps, saws, drills, and even a detachable hand with a chain connecting it to the arm. In combat situations the arm can be outfitted with more case specific weapons such as tasers, blades, firearms, flamethrowers, missiles, shield attachments, and even laser weaponry.

Cybernetic eye: on the same side of her body as the Arm is her cybernetic eye. This modification can scan various types of vision including thermal, infrared, x-ray, night, telescopic, microscopic, gamma, and common binocular vision. It is capable of recording video data, and can be removed and remote controlled for reconnaissance purposes.

LP-3: Lucinda's go to combat weapon is her laser pistol. While it doesn't boast much power (equivalent to a normal .40 Cal pistol.) it is fueled by a perpetual motion plasma drive granting it a limitless ammo supply, and the ability to double as a dangerous plasma grenade if she fiddles with its design a bit.

Auto hack darts: capable of being fired from the LP-3 or simply stabbed into an electronic device. These darts allow Lucinda to remotely hack devices from a distance. The darts are roughly the size of a pen cap and are usually hard to detect. They are capable of unleashing a small swarm of nano-bots that can rewrite a devices circuits, scan and upload data, and self destruct if need be.

Power Origin: Science & Technology

Backstory: Lucinda was always regarded as a smart child. Tinkering was her favorite pass time, and getting into trouble a close second. She did well in school, never seeming to get a low grade. Everything seemed primed and ready for her to go to college. But when she was 18 she had prepared an experiment In her garage with the intention of earning her way into an ivy league school. Unfortunately for her she was working on this at the same moment the particle explosion happened. The charged particles caused her chemical experiment to become highly volatile, and it exploded leveling her house, claiming her parents lives along with her right arm and eye. She spent nearly a year in a coma afterwards and upon awakening she found that her mind was greatly improved from the experience. When she discovered her parents were dead however, her excitement turned into guilt and anger. She spent the next seven years building her...Attachments. The arm and the eye helped her to live a functional life, yet the more she looked into Horizon CO. The more she began to feel that there was some sort of conspiracy behind the particle explosion. Deciding answers meant alot more to her than her own well being she spent the next two years getting ready for what she perceived was a informational war with the company. She Weaponized her Arm and eye, then built the remainder of her gadgets, spending the last year making her name disappear from public and federal record. No longer is she Lucinda Anachet, now she is the Seeker, and she will find what she is searching for.

Appearance: Brad has a very large frame, having a height of 6’ 4", broad shoulders, and an overall muscular build. He has light skin, shaggy blond hair, a blond beard, and green eyes. Radiant’s outfit consist of a silver and gold sleeveless breastplate that resembles a gladiator’s, white cuffs on his wrist, black tight pants, and gold and white armored boots. As a normal person…well, it varies as far as clothes go.

Personality: Radiant is a rather snarky individual and tends to make sarcastic and witty remarks about virtually anything whenever he gets the chance (and when it feels appropiate). While he is not a verbally cruel person, he really doesn’t bother to mince his words. In normal situations, he doesn’t really tolerate outright silliness despite his wit, and expects serious moments to be taken as such.

That aside, Radiant is a generally nice man. He often puts others before himself, and is often seeking to make himself a better person, and also believes being a hero would do this for him. He is often pretty calm and tends to keep his emotions under control. In battle, however, his blood can get really boiled, and as a result, he fights very aggressively, and he can get pretty reckless and a bit hammy in the heat of a fight.

Super Strength: Silver Lion's main power is great strength given to him by Leo's Brand. With it, he is able to lift around 40 tons of strength, and it steadily increases the longer he fights, adding a ton for every minute. He can also unleash a burst of power known as the Thunder Roar, which doubles his strength for about a minute, but after that, he will be severly weakened for half an hour (assuming he doesn't pass out).

Energy manipulation: The Leo's Brand allows Silver Lion to form blue energy constructs around his arms.

Backstory:
Brad Shaw was apprenticed as a construction worker in Hightron City. One day, about a month before the partical explosion in a construction site, Brad discovered what seemed to be a very mysterious meteorite that fell from near the constillation Leo. When he touched them, it bursted into energy and absorbed itself into his arms, creating strange markings around them. He would shortly discover that the markings gave him superhuman strength. This makes him one of the first pre-Particle Explosion metahumans. He was also one of the first individuals to take action against the mutant crisis. He would later be placed as the leader of the Dawning League.

He is currently married to a woman named Rebecca who works as a scientist at Horizon CO. They have three young children, the oldest being a three year old boy named Neil, and a pair of paternal twins named Will and Jill (currently are a month old).

    • Superhuman Strength: The symbiote can lift several times its own size. However, its full strength often fluctuates.
    • Superhuman Durability: Malice's body is highly resistant to physical injury, capable of withstanding assault from high-caliber bullets. When distributed at a typical thickness, the symbiote is capable of absorbing bullets from small-arms weapons firing conventional ammunition. The symbiote is, however, particularly vulnerable to sonic, electrical, and heat-based attacks.
    • Superhuman Stamina: Malice is also capable of surviving in harmful areas for long periods of time such as underwater or in toxic gases, the symbiote is capable of filtering breathable air to the host.
    • Superhuman Agility: The Malice suit grants the ability to have perfect balance, bodily coordination, and/or perfect equilibrium to a point far in excess to that of a normal human being
    • Healing Factor: Additionally, the symbiote is capable of healing injuries in the host at a faster rate than normal human healing allows, this excludes severed limbs though. The symbiote is also capable of healing illnesses that current human medical care cannot, such as cancer.
    • Wall-crawling: The liquid alien parasite also has the ability to cling to walls by controlling the flux of inter-atomic attraction between molecular boundary layers.
    • Sixth Sense: A psychological awareness that can detect impending danger and gives a sensational tingle in Henry's head to warn him of it
    • Webbing Generation: Malice can shoot strands of the alien's substance in the form of "webbing" at high pressure up to a distance of 70 feet. The alien’s substance seems to be composed of tough, flexible fibers of organic polymers, which regenerate swiftly after "shedding." The strands have extraordinary adhesive properties, which diminish rapidly once they abandon their living source. After about three hours, with no source to nourish them, the strands dry up like dead skin and dissolve into a powder. The strands possess a tensile strength of 125 pounds per square millimeter of cross section. Since the webbing itself comprises the costume, if Malice generates too much he will be left vulnerable as the symbiote is weakened and unable to replenish his lost mass for a short period of time. In addition to creating webbing, hosts can use the symbiote in the form of tentacles or tendrils to attack or ensnare their opponents.
    • Constituent-Matter Generation: Malice can also use the same substance comprising the symbiote in the form of constituent black matter or goo, and uses it in this method for lethal force against criminals. Malice can send a part of the symbiote and direct its movements into a victim's body, smothering them from the inside.
    • Constituent-Matter Manipulation: The parasitic symbiote has recently developed this new ability: Malice can morph sections of the symbiote, such as his hands or feet, into spikes, blades, axes or a shield.
    • Shapeshifting: The alien suit is capable of mimicking the appearance of any form of clothing.
    • Stretching and deforming: Although it's uncommonly known that the symbiote can stretch and deform itself, it is able to perform this ability during bonded with a human host. Malice can expand to any size as long as it has something to grow on such as a host or an object. Symbiotes can get inside of small areas such as electric wires and the insides of cars and completely disable them.

Backstory: Born in Manchester, England to a government official and therapist, Henry was practically born into wealth and fancy living. His mother, an author and licensed therapist, was quite quick to put Henry into the beginning of his educational years. Of course, his father did not stand in the way of his mother's determination to perfect Henry, but he warned her. He warned her of the possibility that Henry would get bullied for his age, being younger than the majority of his fellow classmates. Despite the warning, his mother proceeded with what she thought would be best.

Henry's father was indeed right about the bullying. The other children mocked and teased Henry of his age and his younger appearance, that was easily noticeable, compared to the other children. By the time Henry was in junior high, nearly everyone in his grade was mocking him. Like every victim of bullying, Henry bottled up his emotions, believing that no one would want to listen to his issues at school...and he was right. Even his mother was "too busy" for him. One fateful day, however, all of Henry's bottled up emotions were finally released, when someone pushed him too far. Henry ended up breaking the kids jaw, fracturing two ribs, and left the poor student bloodied, bruised, and broken in the chilling rain.

When his parents discovered Henry's alternate personality, they had no choice but to send him to a special boarding school, where he'd be taught basic fundamentals of public school education and how to keep his anger "at bay". The lessons that the instructors preached were indeed helpful, Henry was able to hone his anger and stop himself from making rash decisions. Upon the time of adulthood, Henry was given two choices. He could return home, and go to university to enhance his education, or he could join the British military. Without hesitation, Henry chose to join the military.

Skipping past his training and what not, Henry was deployed to Syria, to assist the Americans in their efforts to bring down the Syrian leader, Assad. On one night however, a meteor shower occurred. Not only that, but, he was witnessing the astonishing wonder with a woman. A local woman, who was gorgeous in Henry's opinion, was at Henry's side, as they laid on the ground and gazed at the shower (it's quite obvious that these two are love birds). Things were romantic (obviously), but the mood of the night was quickly interrupted when a small meteor from above came down and landed right near the two lovers. Henry's curiosity was immediately peaked, so he investigated the small space rock. As he approached it, he could see that there was a black goo oozing out of the rock and slithering it's way towards Henry. Henry took one step back, but he realized that it wanted to attach to him. Accepting the cosmic liquid organism, Henry felt the power that the symbiote held. It clung to him and dug through his brain, gathering knowledge from Henry's memories and, in the process, bonding with Henry's DNA. The symbiote eventually shared it's memories and knowledge with Henry--he learned that the scientific name for the symbiote is Kyltar and it's origin comes from the Andromeda galaxy.

Two years later, Henry resigned from the military, married the local woman he met during his mission in Syria, and they settled down in America. Soon enough, the two began to have children. The first a girl, the second a boy, the third a boy, and the fourth, and last child, a girl.

Now onto the concern that is the secret-villainous organization Phoenix. When Henry first moved to America, after his time in Syria, he had been encountered by a mysterious figure. This particular person knew every ounce of Henry's life, and gleefully gave him a proposal. This figure suggested that Henry, more Malice than Henry, come and command a newly organized society...for 'villains'. The secret society would be composed of the worst of the worst, and with Malice in charge, the organization would rule with an iron-grip. Obviously, Henry accepted the terms and conditions of this proposition and was quickly put as leader of this organization, soon to be called Phoenix. Of course, however, the mysterious figure remains in control of this society, since Malice is only the leader to those who know, or are a part of, it.

Appearance: Agent 23's appearance varies from form to form, as such he has no true appearance to speak of.the form he chooses to assume most often is that of agent Lance Crowley, one of the 23 agents who underwent the shifter project. He has dark hair and piercing brown eyes, with a perpetual five o clock shadow. His build and height vary slightly but is usually between 5ft 10in and 6ft 2in his weight usually being between 170-195lbs when in this form.
Personality: Agent 23 is a strange individual who often speaks in questions and riddles. His personality changes as frequently as his form, and as such his true personality is unknown even to himself. Having developed a sort of sociopathic attitude towards most people and tasks, he rarely if ever opens up to anyone. Those that he does open up to he develops close bonds with, and will not let any harm befall them if he can help it. His amorphous personality often calls his loyalty into question, but a select few can rest assured that he will never turn his back on them, never forget them, and never stop caring about them.

Flawless shapeshifting: Agent 23 is able to shift Into any organic form, from trees, to dogs, to the president of the united States. While he is incapable of copying powers from individuals he shifts into he can copy their DNA, fingerprints, iris's, and even behavior if given enough time to study them. His shapeshifting can fool even the most advance biometric scanning and leaves no tells or hints aside from his own personality traits which may be different than the target if he hasn't had the time to learn about them

Accelerated Regeneration: Agent 23 is effectively immortal. While his cells do seem to age more quickly the rate at which they replicate makes his ageing non existent. He can rebuild his body from a single cell of any kind be it a blood, bone, skin, or even a brain cell. While most wounds fall off of him in seconds regrowing entire limbs or organs can take up to a few minutes and a full regeneration from a single cell can take up to 24 hours. Fire, acid, electricity, and ice can dampen his healing slowing it to a crawl but even this doesn't seem to be 100% fatal. It is believed that he will die if all of his cells are destroyed, but as of yet no tests have been conducted to test this theory, and the fact that he often will leave cells behind when going into dangerous situations makes it incredibly hard to test the validity of this.

Weapons/items/Gadgets:
Most of his weapons and gadgets are issued by the W.E.A. he seems to have a preference for explosives, firearms, and chemical weapons.
Power Origin: Genetic & scientific
Backstory: Several years ago, right after the Horizon Co incident, the US government began a program to better equip their agents and soldiers to handle the new threat of mutants. 23 agents from the CIA, FBI, and NSA were selected to receive a manufactured virus which was supposed to grant them abilities that would allow them to stand toe to toe against the most deadly of powered individuals. Unfortunately the virus had yet to be tested and each agent died a horrible death upon their introduction to the virus. When all agents were dead, the program was considered a failure and the bodies were to be disposed of by means of mass cremation. This however seemed to be the catalyst required to jump start the virus. Once the bodies of the agents were incinerated the aerosolized virus, now with DNA from 23 separate beings, came to life. Thus Agent 23 was born, possesing the memories, Dna, and experiences of the 23 hosts the virus was initially in. Calling itself agent 23 after misreading a file in the facility he began to seek his true past. When the Facility didn't give him the answers he sought, he decided to look elsewhere. Eventually he made his way to the W.E.A. and joined them under the promise of regaining his true identity. He now serves as one of the prime infiltration agents, and as a hidden weapon for the W.E.A. to gather Intel on any dangerous metahumans and their capabilities without the fear of losing an agent. Sadly he has no idea who he is or even what he really looks like, the one file he managed to get on the initial project that created him holding information on only one agent, Lance Crowley, who's identity he currently claims as his own. Yet the memories of the other 22 agents often leave him questioning whether or not he is actually Lance, or if he is someone, or something else entirely.

Personality:

Irene exhibited the following traits: extreme intelligence, grandiosity, incapacity for remorse, arrogance, and an unhealthy degree of self-confidence. she also displayed highly Machiavellian traits. She has a sarcastic, cynical, albeit childish sense of humour. She has an incredible capability for changing her tone of voice and behavior several times in a single sentence for psychological warfare - ranging from serenity, humour, mockery, childish, laid-back, to violence. Because of this, Irene is extremely difficult to read and anticipate.

Irene most noticeable trait is her proneness to boredom. She will at times go to extreme lengths to keep himself occupied, even turning to drugs in more extreme situations; she claims that she is a "user" of drugs on more than one occasion, which helps to increase her thought process.

Irene likes to gather all sorts of incriminating information, which makes Irene not above blackmail, although she refers to it as 'insurance'. Irene also relishes pushing people's buttons, almost regardless of the danger. She also had a silver tongue which uses to manipulate any situation to her favor.

Although she puts forth a cold-hearted and abrasive exterior, Irene does have a kind, caring side. She is flirtatious with anyone she finds attractive but can also develop an emotional attraction to others to the point of attachment. When someone has gained her trust, Her loyalty is unconditional.

Poison/ medication Generation
Viper has a toxin in her body, which usually caused extreme pain or death. It takes an acidic effect on the skin and materials when she breathe or spit on it, causing it to bubble and blister. She could also administer it through a kiss, or lick it onto her claw, and then stab it into the victim. Someone poison immuned will not be affected by it. She can also reduce the affect of her toxins which makes it less harmful.
In addition, Viper could also produce antidotes to her poison, when she reverses the damage she caused by breathing on it again or reabsorbing it from the open wound.

Retractable Claws
Like a snake unleashing it fangs, Viper can elongate her fingernails into claws and she can secrete them with toxins from her tongue to poison others with.

Throwing spikes
Irene carries spring-loaded holsters on her wrists and ankles, which held small arrow-like spikes that she can fire off at will with a single gesture. These darts are fired with such velocity that they have the potential to pierce wood. Unlike the rest of her arsenal, her stilettos has the unique ability to pierce ice without causing it to shatter. She often uses her spikes when the need arises for speed, maneuverability, and surprise, particularly when she was otherwise unable to properly use knives.

Knives
These are Irene's weapons of choice and are used in almost every battle she is involved in. Irene has a variety of knives to choose from, each suited for a different purpose. She used streamlined long-bladed knives for speed and added lethality, single-bladed knives, double-bladed knives thrown in a fashion similar to disks, and longer, thicker knives to better immobilize a foe. Several of Irene's knives were actually sharp enough to puncture wood, stone, and metal, and she is also capable of throwing many knives at once in multiple directions. She will sometimes lick the blade to make it poisoned.

Guns
Varies every mission since some equipment are more useful than others depending on the situation. This weapon is usually her last resort in a battle. Most occasions she carries handguns.

Utility belt
Contains anything that she may need for a mission such as tear gas, grappling gun, etc.

Backstory

Irene's birthname was Lidiya Marina Smirnov. Lidiya grew up in a strict household with an absent father and a mentally abusive mother that pressured her to be the best at everything like Ballet, as well as playing the Violin and Piano. At early age she was fascinated with people, she watched, and read the emotional reactions as we'll as the emotional states of others, manipulating them to her favor in order to better understand an individual, or, for Lidiya to feel something about what she was doing.

When Lidiya was 10, she ran away from home. After many tries, she gained a skill in pickpocketing, shoplifting, etc. Joining a group of homeless kids around her age under a railroad underpass. Everything was fine for a year or two until two individuals approached one day claiming to be members of an outreach program. Luring the children in with food and refreshments that was poisoned with ATP, which were used to make people unconscious.

After what could've been days, Lidiya found herself in a damp room that seemed to be a basement surrounded by malnourished girls. It was then explained to her that she was sold to the Russian government for a project in which they take orphaned and homeless girls to make them soldiers in order to infiltrate China and the West.The assignment consisted of hand-to-hand combat training, Foriegn language instruction, and lessons in various cultural mannerisms.

But first, They had to undergo a procedure in which they had their memories erased and were given a new name. It was a painful experience since it involved electrocution to the brain, her past was suddenly unknown to her. Each child was given the name of a fictional character in a storybook, hers was Alice. Receiving vast training from the program, Alice became a formidable fighter and an even more ruthless killer. After the explosion, They began to invest in the project more than before. After hearing rumors of other organizations creating their own metahumans, the Russians began to try it out themselves. Selecting a certain subjects to undergo an experiment involving a chemical compound that would allow them to have supernatural abilities. As a result, the most successful soldiers went under the code name "Phantom".

Phantom was responsible for numerous assassinations, killing various sorts of targets, from scientific minds to political figures. They also participated in hacking and gathering information for Russia. Due to their expertise on the field and their shadowy nature, Phantom became something of a ghost story, with intelligence agencies doubting they even existed. Whenever Alice and her other associated completed a mission, they would have their mind wiped to ensure they remained memory-free and emotionless towards those they killed.

During Their last mission, when the scientists were preparing Alice to get her mind wiped once again. Alice decided to escape. The scientist was about to place a helmet on her, she began slamming his head on the ground until he was dead. As a result a riot began with the 7 other oldiers rising up against their captors. She was the only one to make it out alive. She then created a new identity for herself and travled to America now going by the name, Irene Elise Adler. She decided to live a normal life, however that didn't go as planned. She was persuaded to join Phoenix and serve as the second of command. Irene remembers a few things from her past and honestly doesn't wish to unveil it any time soon.​

    • Energy Detection: The ability to detect energy signatures from great distances. This includes other mutants with energy powers and ships that use energy as a power supply.

    • Energy Self-Sustenance: Some energy manipulators appear capable of breathing in space. Though this ability seems to be limited, as if they don't rest or find power other then their own, power reserves will leave them seemingly depleted until they does.

    • Variable Energy Blasts: The ability to generate light, heat, force, and electricity or really any form of energy in the form of powerful blasts. These blasts are usually generated from the hands and eyes.
Personality: Kiche is somewhat of a loner, usually sticking to himself and speaking only when he feels it's worthy. But he admires the human species, along with all of its intricacies. With an akward sense of humor, and like-ability Kiche awkwardly tries to fit in with humans that way. But some humans are ruthless, and cold, and to those Kiche is a deadly force.
Likes (4+): Rain, although it evaporates as soon as it touches his celestial skin. Humans, finding them utterly fascinating. Space, seeing as it was his birth home, throughout his journeys upon Earth he has heard different stories of it. And his hat, finding it in his earlier days on Earth, he has kept it ever since.
Dislikes(4+): Fighting, though he doesn't shy away from it, Kiche would prefer a more peaceful approach. What humans call "food," since being unable to try it, Kiche has began to grow a frustration towards it. Watching other get hurt, on his newly found time on Earth, seeing someone being attacked has bothered Kiche, and has been able to step in. And people who want to study him, since his arrival on Earth, the evermass of humans has become fascinated with him and what he is.
Good Traits (3+): Caring, will do anything to save a human. Funny, thought usually not on purpose, more of awkward mistakes. Compassionate, Kiche is a listener and utterly enjoys listening to humans and protecting them.
Bad Traits (3+): Naive, since just being born and arriving to Earth Kiche lacks most common knowledge culturally and literally. Quiet, usually afraid to voice what humans call "opinions" and tends to stay in the shadows. Violent, when Kiche encounters a bad human he can sometimes go overboard on their punishments without realizing.
Backstory: Not much is known about Kiche, but according to the human who found Kiche had said that he found him on a quick run to the gas station for cigarettes. Seeing a blinding light crash into a nearby field drew the man towards it, and he found Kiche there. From his birth he was his normal size, but over time his skin has gotten darker. The man who saved him was named Darrell, and had said his ancestors were mighty warriors from what he called a "tribe." Giving him the name Kiche, meaning sky spirit in his ancestors language, as well as a coat to cover himself with. Over a few months Kiche had decided to travel what humans called the United States, drawing more attention to himself as he went. On his travels he found his signature hat in what humans call a "bar," and his tie in a "store." His knowledge growing little by little, he found a young human who was similar to him. The human called himself a "mutant" and dubbed him the title as well.

Elena is typically kind-hearted young woman, wanting to do want she can for others and protecting those who need it without complaint. However, she can be rather sarcastic and snarky though most of her remarks are to be taken more as jokes they can also be very biting. Elena likes to joke around with her friends but can become serious very easily if the situation comes to and is usually a voice of reason among the league. She is a mature and maternal woman, younger persons being drawn to her. She is very motherly and caring, one of the biggest examples of this is her taking in a young boy. This caring and helpful side of her is partly due to the guilt of what she did to her parents.

However, she can become angered especially if her loved ones are threatened. She has a large fear of losing her loved ones and can become extremely protective to the point of restricting the person from doing certain things. Due to the nature of her powers, when she reaches emotional lows her powers take on darker aspects, completely morph her personality into that of a ruthless, cold seductress and raise her power level. When in her dark form she is cruel and ruthless, the only thing in her mind is to destroy those that oppose her and take what she wants. The only way to stop her in this form is get through to her with words or seal her powers.

Backstory:
Elena grew up in South Korea as a child before moving to New Zealand when she was 6. One day when Elena was 8, she had found an orb of purple light in the park, as she approached it as if it was beckoning her, the orb started glowing brightly as flew into her chest and heart. For a few moments, Elena was in a trance like state as the orb's power flowed through her body before a large shock wave given off by her body, destroying the surrounding area and killing multiple people including her parents. As people gathered around the scene, Elena fainted and fell into a coma.

She was taken to a hospital before she was kidnapped by a woman. After coming to Elena had lost most of her memory and was told she was an orphan who was adopted by the woman. As Elena grew older she started gaining memories of the incident that killed her parents, though they never fully came back until later on, and told her adoptive mother. At the age of 10, her mother had told her what that orb was and that she also had one inside of her. The orb was a piece of an angel's soul that had fallen to earth. The orb had mutated her body and given her the powers of the angel.

The woman, knowing that if anyone found out about the power they possessed it could cause massive trouble, decided to train Elena. When she was 18 she and her mother had a moved to Hightron City where her mother died 2 years later when Elena turned 20. It was around this time that Elena decided to start using her powers to fight against the growing number of criminals. Three years later she was recruited into Dawning league where she was elected second in command due to her power level, intelligence, and personality. A year later she took in a 15-year-old boy named Blaine after she caught him trying to use his powers to break into her house and steal food.

For two years, she and Blaine lived comfortably, Elena, working as Teacher at the nearby high school Blaine was now attending.

Personality:
Kora has an overwhelming sense of justice. She thinks everyone should pau for their crimes, including herself. She practices vigilantism because of her past wrongdoings. Her opinion of most hero's is quiet low, along with the police. She doesn't believe that they help everyday people or they ignore certain cases because of the social class of the person, and heroes with powers focus on villains with powers, not on "petty" crimes. Another reason she is on her own is that she doesn't play nice with others. She has a sarcastic attitude with everyone. Its not unlike her to be very blunt either. Kora isn't afraid of a fight and has often instigates them. She also has a me first attitude. She won't partake in a project or action unless something is in it for her. The only exception being fighting criminals and helping her mother.

Kora cares deeply about this she loves. She will do anything to protect them. Of course to get to that stage of friendship is very difficult. Even if she befriends others she feels like she is a danger to them, often pushing them away. She doesn't sleep at night when she isn't fighting crime because of the rising fear her disabled mother will die. She fights for causes she loves and that what makes her a hero.

Psionic Energy Conversion
She can draw energy from others thoughts and brain activity.
This power includes:
  • Shockwave- Kora can use the energy to create a wave that can be both strong enough to break bones or too weak to even push someone over. It all depends on how much Psionic energy she can receive from her opponent.
  • Psionic Blasts A blast that can disrupt brain function. In extremely rare cases she can cause one to become brain dead. On a normal blast it causes someone to have a few seconds of disorientation.
  • Personal Enhancement- Kora can use this energy she consumes to enhance her own mental competence. It can go towards quicker and smarter thinking but also to heighten her senses and reaction times. Again, it all depends on how much energy she can harness.
Weaknesses of her power include:
  • Mental capabilities of opponent and/or subject.
  • Physical condition of herself. If Kora is distracted by her physical condition she cannot focus on harvesting psionic energy.
  • Too much is not a god thing, her body will go into shock.

Backstory:
Kora was born to two loving parents. Her father was a construction worker and her mother was an artist. When she was 17 their family was on their way home late at night. A driver on the other side of the road fell asleep and caused the car she was in to swerve off the road. The car flipped three times before crashing into a tree. Her father was killed instantly while her mother was paralyzed from the neck down. Kora received a few broken bones but suffered no life changing injuries. Barely able to finish high school, the girl couldn't find a job to pay for her mother's medical and care expenses. It wasn't long before she started to do less than legal things to get the money she needed. It was then when she made a good friend. He was her best friend. They were friends for two years before he was murdered in cold blood. The police didn't do anything to find the man's killer. It was then her twisted view of the justice system and so-called heroes came from.

One day 22 year old Kora was approached by a man who told her that if she allowed him to test some drug on her that he would make sure that all of their expenses were paid for and they would even have enough money to live comfortably. It didn't sound dangerous and to have that kind of money would be a godsend for Kora. She hastily agreed to the man's proposal. She would then regret her decision. She spent six months in his care. Medication after medication was administered to her. She was exposed to multiple odd substances and chemicals. She was in a three month coma.

When Kora awoke, Kora found she had powers. She wanted to kill the man who changed her into what she was. If she did that, he couldn't provide the money he promised. At 23 she decided to finally do something about her best friends death. She began helping others with this 'gift' the man had given her. Now that she is 25, Kora can't stop being a vigilante now that there is so much work to be done.

Personality:

Roman had always been independent and somehow self-possessed, having been taught not to betray himself to emotions as a child. He is for a lack of words, complicated.

Roman has a sharp, defensive wit, an acidic temperament, and a very sarcastic attitude when he chooses. Giving the impression of holding most people in disdain, Roman is seen as extremely arrogant, self-centered. He does, though, see himself as the best, creating a slight ego and overconfidence wherever he goes. He even exhibits sadistic tendencies, which he got on account of being raised in Harlem.

Roman in fact has a strong moral core. He is dutiful and just, willing to make the right decisions, and sacrifices if it comes down to it. Though he can be, at times, vindictive, he is cruel only to protect those he loves. He is very loyal and trustworthy, a man that bears integrity, Roman would go to great lengths to help his allies.

Below this cold, bold exterior though, Roman is an emotional roller coaster. With the great losses he faced as a child, he often tears up and needs to be excused at the mention of family, mother or home. He constantly punishes himself for the death of his mother and wishes he'd taken the fall himself or maybe never been born in the first place.

    Quite apart from the powers granted him by the suit, Roman is far more than a mechanical engineering prodigy.

    With an intelligence classified as super-genius, he easily is one of the smartest people on Earth. Furthermore, this extends to his remarkable ingenuity dealing with difficult situations such as foes and deathtraps where he is capable of using his available tools, like his suit, in unorthodox and effective ways. He has also been able to hack technology from time to time.
  • Expert Engineer: He is an excellent engineer and mechanic capable of fixing almost any, if not all machinery.
Weapons/items/Gadgets: Scarab Armour VI - The sixth and most recent of Roman's armour, the Scarab Armour VI was created with help from the Young Dawn program while Armours 1 through 5 were solely created by Roman.
  • Artificial Intelligence: The Scarab Armour is hosted by one of Roman's multiple computer programs, in this case it being an A.I. with the name of Intricated Artificial Network, or Ian. Ian is sentient and has a mind of his own, speaking with a thick British accent. Ian has control over all of Roman's equipment but has various failsafes and firewalls to back him up. Ian is also able to hack, download, and use the internet as he sees fit.

  • Tracking Systems: The Scarab can track anything which produces energy, be it biological, technological or mystical. It can track anyone Jaime met since it bonded with him, from at least seventy miles distant.

  • Scarab Sight: The Scarab can scan the people Jaime encounters, informing him of any major physical conditions (such as pregnancy, disease etc.). It can identify and scan metahumans. It can identify people related to those it's already encountered via genetic analysis.
The Scarab is able to identify thought-patterns, enabling it to see if something is sentient. It can identify matching energy signatures, letting it see if the energy patterns were developed from the same basis. It can also see extra-dimensional objects. It is continually aware of the electricity in the surrounding environment.

It can perceive magic, see how a magical effect can be dispelled, and see through magical concealment.

The Scarab's scans can cover at least a five mile square. It communicates the information it gleans to Jaime in a manner he can understand.
  • Network Connection: The Scarab can establish a connection to communication systems, enabling Jaime to speak to the person on the other end.
  • Superhuman Strength - While in the armour, Roman can benchpress up to 2000 lbs. with ease.
  • Armor Reconfiguration: The armor can reconfigure itself to create a wide array of tools and weapons, including an energy cannon, a sword and shield, a grappling hook, an energy blaster, claws, wings, and a set of large powered blades attached to the hands, over a foot in length, that can shear through tree trunks.
  • Partial Armor Manifestation: Roman can manifest parts of the armor - like the energy blaster - without needing to manifest the whole suit.
  • Wing Shields: The armor can create a pair of wings, enabling Jaime to fly and hover. They can also double as shields, should the need arise.
    • Jet Propulsion: When in flight, the armor can manifest a 'jet engine', enabling Jaime to fly at greater speed, at the expense of close maneuverability.
  • Translation: The armor can translate Mother Box communication into a form comprehensible to Jaime.
  • Waste Disposal: While wearing the armor, Jaime finds that he doesn't need to go to the toilet, though he does still need rest.
Power Origin: Technic

Backstory :

Roman's early life was definitely not one to be envied. He was born to Klay Phelps and Sandra Tatum in the harsh city of Harlem, New York. Klay, who was nineteen had impregnated the seventeen year old Sandra who was only in her senior year of high school at the time. Sandra had only slept with Klay to get away from her strict parents and was later the pawn of her manipulative boyfriend. Shortly after Roman's birth, Klay was arrested for the rape and battery of another high school student.

Roman's mother, Sandra Tatum struggled to raise Roman on her own and so at the prime age of two he was moved to live with his aunt and uncle in New York City. Roman was raised to think that his aunt and uncle were his true parents, which helped, who would want to know that their father was a rapist, or mother a useless bitch? Billy and Gwen Tatum took care of Roman as if he were their only son due to the fact that Gwen herself was barren. Roman loved his "parents" all the more.

At a young age, it was definitely showing that he would someday become a prodigy. Roman A'ced every test, and was very athletic on top of that. He'd go on to win various awards and trophies in his school career and was valedictorian of his middle school year. At the age of fourteen, Roman moved back with his mother who apparently needed moral support from him. He neglected the prostitute, the druggie, the mom who was never there as he adjusted to the old but new city of Harlem.

Harlem High was definitely something that stunted Roman. The kids there were all bullies, it seemed there were only two factions, them and him. He was often thrown around and pushed himself, to the point where he wished to go back to New York with Billy and Gwen. By the time he was to graduate from grade ten, Roman came home to terrible news. His mother, Cassandra Tatum had died of a Fentanyl overdose, which was deemed suicide. For years now, Roman berates himself for how he treated his mother, and hates what he said and called her.

Appearance: A boy in his late teens, Judah has dark black hair over his light skin and brown eyes. He is rather lanky, leaning towards an ectomorphic build, though his body is decently toned.

As Novaan, a streak of blue appears on a few strands of his hair. His costume has a form fitting blue suit, which is covered by a thin dark blue cloak with a hood. He also wears black boots and gloves, and a green head band.

Personality
Judah is a very bold young man, as he is not afraid to take challenges if he believes a positive outcome would yield beneficial results. He is good at noticing very minor or small details that may be missed by others, and is a very rational and direct individual. He has an easy time socializing with others, and can pay attention to whatever he has to.

Judah does however, have a problem with drawn lines. He will have no problem getting around the rules if he feels it is necessary, as such concepts come in second to whatever he thinks has to happen. This can lead to things like trying to get out of the middle of class to stop some crook.

Phase Energy: Novaan possess a very unothordox form of blue energy he can emit from his hands. Novaan can manipulate the density of the emitted energy to mimic the three phases of matter, and can change between them by clasping his hands together. Gas phase produces the most energy, but it is the least lethal. Liquid stage is the most versital, which mimics most forms of energy blasts. Solid phase allows Novaan to produce hard constructs of energy, but it has the least range.

Telekenisis: in gas stage, Novaan can pack in a lot of energy around objects to carry them around.

Flight: He can also do this to himself to make him fly.

Teleportation: in liquid stage, he can create portals with the energy to use for teleportation.

Backstory: Judah was born in Hightron city to a pilot and a Horizen CO scientist, the former being Brad Shaw's older sister, making him his nephew. He was only 7 years old when the particle explosion happened, and his father presumbly got caught in the blast and died. After hearing news of all the metahumans appearing after the explosion, Judah and his mother move away from Hightron, hoping to avoid the horrors that were inevitabley coming.

Years later, however, Judah discovers that he was a metahuman, being able to bend a curious energy. He keeps this secret hidden for a while. But then he and his mother conered by a gang. Judah then reveals his new abilities, and tries to use them to stop the gang. He unfortunately did not have much control over his abilities, and ends up injuring his mom in the process.

A week after that (his mother still wheelchair bound), Judah believes that if he was able to train properly, he would have been able to keep his mother from being harmed. He then dcides that he should return to Hightron City, hoping that his uncle could help him gain mastery over his abilities.

Personality:
Sharped tongue and Snarky are two words that are perfect words to describe Blaine if you have only known him a little while. He doesn't usually joke nor does he play nice if he is annoyed, which can be alluded to his temper. He loves making sarcastic and biting comments, especially if the comment is directed at someone he dislikes. He is rather prideful and can come off as arrogant at times but he does have a good heart and likes to help people even though he'll never admit it verbally. He has a hidden soft spot for kids, he always said when has younger he would have a lot of them when he grew up.

Blaine can be a rather massive flirt, even having flirted with guys who are out of age and range and his enemy. He can be rather boy crazy and does make a habit of hiding it. Though he doesn't say it, Blaine loves Elena as if she were his real mother and is extremely protective of her despite the fact she can sometimes restrict him from doing what he wants to do.

Despite his rough edges, he has good leadership skills, using reverse psychology to get people to as he wishes and is a good judge of character among all else. Like Elena, he usually takes on a parental role in groups that are in his age range and has often times been called a Mama bear by Elena because of the way he tries those he likes who are younger than him.

Backstory:
Blaine's early life was very peaceful and uneventful. He came from a long line of powerful and wealthy witches but his family barely ever used magic anymore but he was still taught how to use some of his magic. But his peaceful little life was thrown off course by the Mutant Explosion that killed his family and left as an orphan. Blaine was in and out of homes that he can count, this was mainly due to his dislike of change and the people who adopted him. Eventually, at the age 12, he ran away.

Those 3 years were the toughest, at first he tried asking people politely for food but was chased and at one point nearly raped though he escaped narrowly. He even went as far as to looking through garbage cans before he decided he'll try stealing and it worked. For the next two years, he stole everything he needed for poor unsuspecting people before he made the decision of trying to break into Elena's house. Needless to say, he was scared shitless when ab energy ball narrowly missed his head after he decided to snark her when she asked what he was doing on her property.

He didn't know what Elena saw in him but she saw something, something that led her to the decision of taking him in and helping him hone his powers. Though he was reluctant at first, she also convinced him to join the Young League.

Personality: Katherine is a very cautious, calculating individual. She doesn't make a move until she's considered all the possible outcomes. She's also self-centered; people are just tools for her own advancement.

Katherine is also a bit socially awkward. She's never had a good grasp of things like etiquette and the like. If you need someone to befriend a potential ally, she's not your girl. The last trait that finally stands out is her manipulative nature. She will do anything to twist a situation to her advantage.

Backstory: Katherine was a normal girl growing up. She went to college for library science, graduated, and got a job at a rare book store. One day, a customer brought in a book that was clearly very old. Katherine made the deal, then, with no other duties to take care of, idly started reading it. It turned out it was a spellbook written by the evil witch Circe. Katherine went to the store after it closed one night, stole the book, and started a life of crime. Currently, she only does some telekinetic pickpocketing, but she dreams of greater things- maybe even world domination one day.

Personality: Cold and quiet are two great words to describe Penelope. When Pen does open her mouth, there's always a knife fight that follows. She's condescending and manipulative, getting great pleasure from seeing others fight and messing with weak minds. However, there is good in everyone but to find the good in Pen is going to be one hell of a dig. Animals and orphans are the only creatures that'll see Pen's soft side. Anyone else will just receive the cold shoulder. Although she's willing to change her mean ways but boy it's a ton of work. Some people can't help to wonder how she's a Young Dawn Member.

Penelope can perfectly mimic the voice of others and imitate sounds (explosions, gunshots, etc.) with careful studying. It takes her three days to get male voices, a day for females, and sound effects come naturally to her.
Hypnotic Voice
Penelope can hypnotize, persuade, and manipulate the emotions using her voice. She likes to combine her powers together making her disguised voice absolutely perfect.
Kickboxing and Staff Wielder
In sticky situations, Pen does know an intermediate level of kickboxing and staff wielding. However, she uses defense and stealth tactics more than offensive.

Whisper
Pen can only use both powers with no problem if she whispers.
Hoarse
Using her powers at the same time for anything louder than a whisper or extended periods of time (about an hour and thirty minutes) can cause Pen to go hoarse. Depending on her volume or time will decide how long it'll take to regain her voice.

Backstory: Penelope's life was an incredible one! She had parents who loved her, had cool powers she received from her mom's side, friends, etc. That was until the explosion. The dreaded particle explosion that took away Pen's happiness. At first, everything seemed fine until her father started becoming ill. His sickness began as a common cold, that was until his skin started turning green. Her father's teeth sharpen, his coughs were violent, and he often spat out acid. Pen's father was in constant pain, and her powers were the only thing helping him sleep. Finally, one horrible evening, Pen's dad began to scream and thrash about. Pen and her mother ran to his aid, but it was too late. Pen's father transformed into a hideous monster, like the other monsters roaming about.

However, Pen could tell her dad was different from the other monsters because in his eyes was a look of bewilderment and terror. He didn't destroy things because he was angry, it was because he was lost and unsure of his new power. Well, that's what Pen thought, and she began to use her powers on her father in hopes it would help. Sadly, Pen was just a child, and her powers were weak. She became hoarse and sorrowfully watched as her father went ramped through the neighborhood. It wasn't long before the heroes appeared and struck Pen's dad down. While the neighbors cheered for the heroes, Pen's mother cried and yelled at them calling them killers.

Her life was never the same after that night. News got out that the monster was, in fact, a man and the heroes returned to apologize to Pen and her mother. Alas, Pen's mom didn't want their apology and locked herself in her room. To make matters worse, Pen had lost all of her friends. Some left her because she isolated herself to take care of her depressed mother. Others feared she'd turn out like her father. Alone and lost, Penelope began to use her time to learn to survive. As the years went on, Penelope's mom committed suicide when Pen was twelve. She couldn't bear the sadness anymore, and Pen's voice lost effect. Penelope was sent to an orphanage where she trained even harder to be the best.

Appearance: Kazareth looks like your average teenager... Not really. His skin is violet, and the bottom half of his body is covered in shaggy black fur with a pair of hooves at the end, and a long tail with a tuft of fur at the end, similar to a lion. Kazareth's top half is a little less weird, but still pretty weird. Purple skin aside, he has pair of leathery black wings coming out of his back, a pair of small horns growing out of his forehead, and clawed fingers. His eyes have black scalera and yellow irises, while his hair is deep purple, long, and straight. Kaz can summon a glamour to make himself look human, which hides his inhuman traits and causes his skin to look peachy.
While on a mission, Kaz wears a skin-tight sleeveless black shirt with a blood-red pentagram on it and matching shorts.
Personality: Kaz is surprisingly happy-go-lucky despite the situation he's in, and loves to talk and have fun in general. Of course, he's only putting up a façade to mask his true feelings of loneliness, but the world already suffered enough thanks to his father, and Kaz has no intentions of adding to it. And he's also a bit of a slacker.

Backstory: In a long-dead era of monsters and magic, one of the strongest forces of the time was the Demon King, whose cruel reign sprawled to touch every landmass of the world. Kazareth was his son. Being a prince made most of his life easy, up until a generic group of heroes killed his father and brought down the empire. When the heroes discovered Kaz's existence, they debated for a while as to what to do with him, as some felt that he was a liability, but others thought it wasn't fair to kill a child (Kaz was 12 at the time) for the misdeeds of his father. One of the group's mages sealed Kaz away in a magical relic for several thousand years, and only broke free (and discovered he was a few years older) after some villain pushed the artifact's power to its limits.

Personality:
London, although she may look intimidating, is very nice. She loves to help out in anyway she can. Her life, unlike almost all hero-kind, has not been tragic. In some ways she is inexperienced. She is more 'innocent' than most of the others. She is very funny and loves to joke around. Don't take offense to her comments, she most likely doesn't mean it. Just because she may be nice and sweet, London can handle herself. Growing up with four brothers will do that to a girl. She is not ladylike. She will burp and fart inf front of anyone and cracks butt jokes every now and then. She doesn't wear dresses or much makeup. She tends to get along better with guys than girls because of her behavior.

London is also very loud. She doesn't relies her voice is loud or that it carries so well. She is used to hearing "Stop yelling!" Her laugh is also loud also, but it has a way of getting other to laugh with her hiccupy snorts. Of course when its time to be serious, London know how to act. She was often told in school that she was very respectful and mature, and around superiors she is. Its around her peers that she acts quite immature and silly. Lastly, she loves art. London is also extremely good a drawing. Its no surprise that she has art related abilities.

Although it sounds useless London's power allows her to be lethal when she wants to be. She can manipulate ink and paint, 'pull' things from art works, as well as put things into art.
Abilities:
  • Medium Manipulation: London can manipulate liquid media (oil paints, acrylic paints, ink, etc) like someone would manipulate water. She CANNOT make media out of thin air but she does keep bottles of ink and paint in her large bag.
  • Art Pull: London can also pull items and living creatures out of pieces of art. The reason is because things used for art (canvas, paper, etc) are a gateway to a moldable dimension. Whenever an artist touches a pen to paper whatever is drawn becomes an entity in this black world. The dimension its self isn't that interesting. Its just black white backgrounds with mounds of stuff. Living beings are basically in a coma like state if they are from the art dimension.
  • Artistic Transformation: In very, very rare cases London can put things into the art dimension. It takes a great deal of energy. If she puts a person in there you can see them move behind paper or canvas in blurry lines, but you cannot hear them.
Telepathy through Tattoos
This is a fairly basic ability. If a person has some kind of ink on their skin (marker, pen, tattoo ink) the tattoo tells her what the person is thinking. The ink basically is a link between her and the person's thoughts and feelings. The ink is often has a personality of their own, such as a smiley face would be happy and a sexy lady on someone's arm would be charming. Its more like communication with someone's inner thoughts through ink.

The ink must have some sort of face/mouth in order to speak with London. She cannot communicate through things like flowers.

Backstory:
London's was born to a married couple in a suburban area. She went to a good school, got good grades, and got along (mostly) with all four of her brothers. She had friends and was close with her relatives. Her life was great, and it still is. Although now its slightly more...confusing.

London has always been told she was different, exceptionally gifted. Even from a young age she showed promise in her artistic abilities. Of course this was no 'happy accident'.

You see, every dimension has a caretaker. They are much like gatekeepers, only letting certain things out and in. They make sure the dimension is orderly and nothing from other dimensions are leaking into others. None of the dimensional caretakers are immortal. Each has to find a progeny to teach, often found with the dimension itself or in the gateway dimension (smaller dimensions can only be opened from certain other dimensions). In London's case, the Caretaker of the 'art' dimension was reaching his point where he needed someone to take over. She was chosen when she was 12 to be the caretaker of the art dimension.

Caretakers can open unlimited breaches in order to move back and forth between their home dimension (if they are from a gateway dimension) and their dimension they oversee. They are also given dimension related abilities. This is why London got her powers. Since nothing bad ever happens in her assigned dimension, she uses her abilities to help this Earth's dimension.

Just shy of 5 feet in height and having an incredibly slender frame, Sonya resembles a freshly made teenager than that of a young adolescent woman, prompting many to dismiss her or underestimate the threat she poses to her enemies.

With fair complexion, bright blue eyes, and nearly jet-black hair, Sonya also proves to be quite the beauty. Such a fact is not lost on her, and she frequently uses it to her advantage whenever an opportunity is presented to her.

She is extremely fit for her size, able to match opponents that are much larger than she. Being called 'lean' suits her far better than 'skinny', and she actually takes offense to the latter if used.
Armor:

Sonya’s armor reflects her preference of speed over protection, as her armor offers little in the way of protection. It does halt the progress of most blades, but bullets easily pass through the reinforced fabric. It offers no protection against the elements, naturally occurring or otherwise. As far as armor goes, it certainly has much to improve upon.

However, its intended purpose is satisfied completely; namely, masking her identity and allowing for ease of movement. The armor almost acts as a second skin, being light as a feather.

Her inspiration comes from history's assassins, as she wished to mimic their sleek and agile appearance, along with the hope of sparking fear and confusion by appearance alone.

Civilian Clothes:

Her style varies, but for the most part she can be seen wearing silk button ups of various shades and colors, often paired with yoga pants, and, weather and powers permitting, boy shorts or a bikini bottom. She’s also an avid user of makeup.

Personality:

While not sadistic by any means, Sonya has demonstrated a rather abrasive, callous, and apathetic personality. Her immense hatred for criminals has darkened her considerably, as she no longer attempts to avert harm to innocents who get caught in the crossfire. Consumed by the hunt, her only focus is to eliminate her target, which always takes the form of murder.

To her, criminals, regardless of the crime, are scum of the earth by their very nature. Regardless of an individual’s actual disposition or reasoning for their crime, she views them with disgust and judgement clouded by hatred.

She enjoys manipulating her opponents, relying on quick wit and her attractive appearance to undermine most of her opponents mental fortitude.

Hearing:

Sonya’s ears are able to hear with amazing clarity, distance, and even frequencies outside normal range. She is capable of isolating individual sounds, although this takes immense concentration and reduces her other senses considerably. She’s demonstrated being able to eavesdrop on a conversation across several hundred feet and through walls, hear a person’s heartbeat. Her hearing also processes sounds much more quickly, allowing her to comprehend even sounds that occur for only a moment.

A downside of this ability is that’s passive and cannot be deactivated or lessened. While she has learned to cope with such elevated levels of hearing, she can be overwhelmed by extremely loud sounds, such as gunshots. As a result, she almost always wears earplugs or headphones playing music.

Smell:

Sonya possesses a sense of smell that can detect specific persons, objects, or substances based on their scent alone. She uses this frequently to track her targets, or as way to gauge the mental state of an individual (such as a spike in adrenaline levels, indicating potential hostility or fear), a technique she uses in conjunction with her hearing.

Like her hearing, this ability is also passive, and can easily overwhelm her if bombarded by extremely strong odors. The distance that she can track a target is also limited to the immediate area, and of course in order to track someone she must have encountered their scent before. If her nose is stopped up, the power is effectively nulled.

To prevent any strong odors overwhelming she wears a mask that's designed to filter out odors, weakening their pungency. In civilian clothing, she’s developed the habit of breathing through her mouth.

Taste:

More of nuisance than anything else, Sonya’s taste buds are highly sensitive, limiting the food and drink that she can safely consume. She has yet to find a useful feature of this ability.

When breathing through her mouth she tastes the various chemicals in the air, and when she wishes to avoid this she usually pops an altoid, as it’s one of few mints that she is able to tolerate.

Touch:

Sonya possesses an exceptionally good sense of touch, being able to sense vibrations through solid substances, liquids or even the air-pressure changes, as she is sensitive to faint feelings such as the breeze of the wind. A side effect of this ability is a sort of “intuition”. For example, she can detect a movement from an oncoming enemy even if she can’t see that enemy.

However, this is limited to one on one encounters, as she has yet to demonstrate being able to isolate this sense to a particular area or object.

This ability greatly supplements her hearing, thus if in an environment that would block her hearing, she can instead rely on vibrations in an equivalent manner.

Since this ability is constantly active, she is extremely sensitive to certain materials, causing her to be unable to wear rougher or more sense stimulating clothing designs, such as denim or fur. She wears gloves to dampen her hands sensitivity, and finds makeup to have a pleasurable sensation and dampening effect on other sensations to her face. As a result she almost always wears a well made "cake face".

Sight:

Sonya’s eyes see with amazing clarity/detail, distance, and color. Different shades and hues scream out to her, her eyes are extremely sensitive to light, and she is able to sense very slight movements with little effort.

She sees objects a quarter of a mile away just as easily as objects 5 feet away, being able to identify make of a car long before it actually arrives. Her night vision is also highly acute, being able to see clearly in complete darkness.

Due to the constant nature of her eyesight, she typically wears polarized sunglasses when in bright areas, and flashing lights can agitate her if used offensively.

Field experience has molded Sonya into a respectable marksman with firearms. Her skill with the bow is much higher, as her father began to train her in the use of the recurve bow at the age of four. Combined with her senses, this makes her a threat to be wary of even at a distance.

Martial Arts:

When she was but four years old, her father facilitated her training in two martial arts: Aikido, a martial art based in redirecting opponent’s attacks, and Taekkyeon, a style that primarily utilizes kicking, punching, and arm strikes thrown from a mobile stance. The two fighting styles proved to flow between each other almost naturally, providing Sonya a unique, fluid fighting style. Combined with this is an aggressive tendency for brutal violence, due to this quality frequently going against the philosophies of her two fighting techniques, she goes beyond her training by incorporating moves that normally would stop well before severe injury of an opponent. She trained heavily in the arts for over ten years, gifting her with elevated levels of agility, dexterity, speed, and precision.

Due to her overall physique, she relies heavily on overwhelming her opponents with sheer speed and tenacity, seeking to incapacitate (or kill) them before they are able to react effectively.

Backstory:

Born on February 18th, 2002 to US Army sergeants Marsha and Anthony Winchester, Sonya spent her childhood overseas in Korea. On her first birthday, her mother perished in the Daegu Subway Fire along with 192 other people. Broken and enraged by the arson-caused tragedy, her father transformed into a vengeful and hatred filled man, one who dismissed all criminals as forfeiting their right to live.

When Sonya became old enough to enroll in martial arts, her father held no hesitation in his heart. Indoctrinated into his cold-world view, she in turn felt an intense, irrational hatred for all criminals. Regardless of the crime, they were worthless people, if they could be called even that. The one message that her father drilled into her countless times was this: It was her mission, her destiny, to end as many criminals as possible. Permanently end them.

For the next ten years, she trained in the arts of Aikido, Taekkyeon, and the recurve bow. She was already a dangerous individual before her abilities manifested themselves.

When the particle accelerator exploded, she was well away from the event and completely unaffected. It was at 24 when her abilities came to full view, seemingly from nowhere. Her current pretense is that she naturally carries a genetic predisposition for her abilities, belonging to the label of “mutant”.

Her manifestation was not a pleasant one, as she was forced into a life of solitude, unable to even walk about her backyard, lest she be bombarded by her never ending sensory input. Over time she acclimated to, and even began to master, most of her newly enhanced senses. Seeing them as indication of her intended destiny, she began training herself to utilize her abilities to their deadliest potentials.

When she turned 27, her father suffered a stroke and passed away days after the event. In mourning, she decided that Korea was no longer home to her, and set out to find a new home to begin her mission. Eventually, she found herself in Hightron City.

Personality: The horror is a cruel and calculating beast that seems to derive a sick joy from tormenting it's foes. It enjoys devouring what it has killed and is unrelenting in it's hunt.

Genetic abomination physiology: with a body much denser than steel the Horror is insanely durable, able to withstand missiles and tank shells with minimal effort. It's body also boasts amazing strength able to lift 100+ tons, and due to it's incredible density electricity, heat, cold, and most forms or energy deal severely decreased damage to it. It's density also lowers it's speed keeping it just above normal human levels with a 35mph running pace. (Most beings with super strength have minor super speed as well.)

Adaptive Evolution: this creature adapts to any damage that doesn't kill it. Adaption does not make it immune to the damage but cuts any damage it would receive from that particular source in half with each adaption to it. In addition it's combat strategy will adapt as well, growing long claws, or sharped armor plating. This beast grows with the heroes and is very hard to defeat in direct combat.

Backstory: Pheonix is a wide reaching and powerful organization with a great deal of influence. Using this influence they began a program of their own to counteract the U.S governments hidden agent program. When the Governments program was deemed a failure and other threats like the W.E.A and the Dawning League rose they continued the project adapting it to better handle these threats. Now they are left with the Abomination that they lovingly refer to as the horror. It is programed to obey designated members of the Organization, with new members being added as the mission calls for it. In the event of this creatures demise several clones are kept in it's birthing facility...

Natasha is something of a broken person. She is haunted by memories of her past and her outlook was forever changed by her experiences. Originally Nat was a relatively care-free kind of person, she was curious and trusting, believing that an innate good exists inside of everyone. She enjoyed the company of others and the thrill of being somewhere entirely different, meeting people entirely new. Now however, she is driven by fear. Despite this she still strives to be the girl she once was, she wants to explore the world, she wants to help people, she just wishes she wasn't so afraid of the world and the people it contains. Her personality is tainted by her past and only those that have known her for a while know of Nat's true colours, rather than the shadow that has taken their place.

Silver manipulation: The ability to manipulate silver, extract silver from compounds, and shift the state of the metal through pressure, hence without affecting its temperature. Though it should be noted that the less stable the silver is (solid being the most stable, gaseous being the least) the more difficult it is to manipulate.
Levitation/rudimentary flight: By manipulation silver studs in clothing the user may soften falls and levitate small distances. With greater development of the users powers, longer periods of flight are possible.

Nat usually wears several silver pieces of jewellery so that in a pinch, she always has a small amount of the substance to work with. She has also incorporated silver thread into her costume to strengthen the material, giving her resistance to small arms fire and blunt force impacts. The threat also allows her to control her costume telepathically and helps her stabilise herself during flight.

Nat was born to what many would call a mad scientist. She was born one of two twins, younger by only a minute to her brother Titus. Her father was obsessed with the myths of alchemy, fascinated by the texts of old and their supposed magics. As a young child they travelled far and wide, moving from country to country chasing wild rumours of rituals and pseudo-science. Despite this Nat never had any reason to dislike her father who was kind to his children, always ensuring the happiness of his children in spite of the discomfort the constant travelling caused. She and Titus never new their mother, honestly Nat had never thought to ask after her, she was merely grateful for the parent she did have. Little did she know nothing came between her father and his research.
It wasn't long after Nat and Titus' 13th birthday that their father experienced his breakthrough. The legends told of an ancient tome buried with the pharaohs of Egypt that contained the secrets he sought. This was widely known and had been searched for countless times before. However the secret their father uncovered was that it had already been found and stolen centuries ago by Parisian grave robbers and after a botched ritual lay hidden within the catacombs of Paris. By this point, both Nat and Titus were avid explorers, working alongside their ageing father to help him achieve his goals. So, the three of them ventured into the catacombs and after weeks of searching discovered a hidden chamber, housing the book. Overjoyed with their discovery, the three celebrated with the last of their tea, stored in their father's thermos. The two children didn't even notice their father slipping the small tablets inside.
Titus was the first to wake, his metabolism burning through the drug faster than his smaller sibling. Though his return to consciousness meant he could only watch in horror as his father stood above them, an ornate knife in each hand, one of gold, the other of silver. His attempt at escape was thwarted by the rope that bound his hands and legs, his calls to his sister muffled by the gag in his mouth. He could only watch in horror as his father fell to his knees and plunged the golden knife into his abdomen, thrusting the silver one into his sister.Nat woke groaning in pain as she felt her own blood begin to soak through her clothes. Titus stopped fighting his bonds as his own strength began to dwindle. Their father smiled as he looked down upon his dying children. The legends had told him he would require a sacrifice. As the twin's blood met and mingled on the floor, their father began chanting from the book, calling upon the gods of old to grant him the powers he spent his life chasing. Closing his eyes as the words enveloped him, their father failed to see the effect his words were having on his children. Both continued to moan into their gags as their pain was replaced by a burning heat. Their father couldn't see the tendrils of darkness reaching out of the book, slowly wrapping themselves around his arms and neck, weightless to the touch. What their father had failed to realise was that he was the sacrifice. Suddenly their father built to a crescendo, screaming the final words, opening his eyes only to see darkness envelop him. Titus forced himself to watch, despite the pain, as within less than a second his father was dragged into the book, a disturbing crunching sound made as his body was forced into its narrow confines. Once their father disappeared an explosion emanated from the book, throwing both siblings to opposite sides of the cavern, slamming Titus' head against the stone wall.
Titus woke later in a hospital bed, his mind scattered and in pieces. Nat was there with him, sitting attentively by his bedside, overjoyed to witness recovery. He had been in a coma for several days and now he awoke he had no memory of even entering the catacombs. Nat had stayed conscious after the explosion, having something of a softer landing. After several tense moments she managed to wriggle free from her bonds and ran to her brothers side, dragging him out of the chamber as the ceiling began to shake, plumes of dust falling from the cavern roof. Dragging his body through the tunnels she narrowly avoided the cave in that buried the book somewhere perhaps no one would ever find it again.

Nat didn't tell him much of what happened in the tunnels, only that they found the book and their father died before they could recover it. When Titus asked how she paid for the hospital bills, Nat revealed her new found gifts, holding up a handful of silver coins. Over the next couple days, Titus too discovered his abilities, pawning golden soda cans and paper clips for enough money to first rent a hotel room in Paris and then by fake passports and plane tickets to Hightron city. By this point they'd heard about the particle explosion and the meta humans that emerged in it's wake. They hoped that perhaps there they could find some answers concerning their own new found abilities.
Once they made it to the city, they found little explanation for their abilities. Whether it was because Nat with held most of the details of their ordeal, or simply because not many people truly believed in magic. Regardless after witnessing the heroism of the newly born meta humans, after much coaxing by Titus the two decided to use their powers to aid in the fight for good. They chose their names based on figures from mythology, a final tribute to their old lives as explorers. They served the next five years as a vigilante duo, fighting the good fight whenever they could, although Nat never seemed content in her role.
It was on a fatal day that Nat witnessed a robbery. Rushing to the aid of the innocent she met with the thief, a man with an uncanny resemblance to her dad. Filled with fear and rage, she began crying as her mind took her back to her experience beneath Paris. The bank robber didn't know what to do, this super powered being had began screaming in anguish for no reason. He was a father himself, trying to make ends meet and right now he was terrified. He dropped the items he stole and began apologising profusely, surrendering himself entirely. Nat didn't hear him, she could only see the man she trusted, the man she loved smiling down at her as she died. In front of dozens of witnesses she lashed out with her powers, killing the man in cold blood.
In the weeks that followed the authorities passed judgement on her, due to her long standing record as a much beloved heroine she would not be prosecuted criminally, but they could not allow her actions to go unpunished. They ruled that if she used her powers in violence, or for personal gain she would be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Upon hearing of the verdict, Titus resigned himself to the same punishment, choosing instead to support his sister. He was overwhelmed with guilt, irrationally so, for forcing his sister to suffer their initial ordeal alone, and not being their to help her through that robbery.
Five years later and the two are working menial jobs whilst the world of superheroes goes on around them. They are known by the League, and are occasionally consulted for their experience but they are mostly left alone. Bored with their new lives, and taunted by their memories of her 'golden days', the two occasionally play vigilante, but no where near on the same scale as when they were 'heroes'. Perhaps when the need arises they might be heroes again, but until that day, Nat struggles with her memories and Titus struggles with his guilt.

Titus has managed to retain his innocence and optimistic outlook, his fragmented memory protecting him from the trauma suffered by his sister. Whilst he lacks her intellect and wit he is not naive and is much more of a realist. He possesses a kind, good natured spirit and often seeks to solve issues without violence if at all possible. He adheres strongly to morality itself, believing that good resides within everyone and no one is truly beyond redemption. He holds respect for authority but no admiration, often despising the bureaucracy that seemingly dictates heroism. He has a built in sense of responsibility. Titus carries very little metal with him, other than what would normally be found on the average person. His reasoning is that there is plenty of metal around. He does however incorporate gold thread into his clothing like his sister in order to give him some resistance to small arms fire and blunt force trauma. He also possesses a gold alloy chest piece, fashioned by Titus himself. Gold in colour, the armour is made of reinforced Kevlar fused with gold alloys. This chest piece is bullet proof, stab proof and can withstand large amounts of force.

Personality: Zayra is overtly friendly and abundantly generous. She is literally willing to give the shirt off of her back even to her worst enemy. She is always pushing herself and others to "go for the gold" claiming that no one is defeated until they give up. More impressively she seems to believe her own motivational speech.

Olympian: Zayra has no powers, yet is far from normal. Having taken home 148 gold medals, shattering records in most categories, some of the most frequently seen skills she uses is, archery, boxing, wrestling, fencing, swimming, running, climbing... She even has a medal for bobsledding, skiing, shot put, javelin toss. If it exists as a sport in the Olympics odds are she has not only tried it but has a medal in it as well. All in all she is in peak human condition and trains at least twice a day all year round to maintain her physique.

Willpower: Zayra never seems to give up...period. she cannot be mentally compromised by mind altering effects. Also she is capable of withstanding a tremendous amount of pain.

Weapons/items/Gadgets:
The tools of the trade- Zayra's gloves and belt hold a data to matter converter. This allows her to create hardlight versions of her Olympic tools, such as a sword for fencing, a javelin to throw, a Shot puck to toss at her enemies, a bow and arrow, basically any tool she could need. However she only seems to create objects she is comfortable with hence the Olympics theme.

Backstory: Zayra was born in Moscow Russia. But she wasn't expected to live for very long. She was born with severe damage to her spine and as such spent the first seven years of her life paralyzed from the waist down. Yet even as a child she let nothing get in her way. Everyday she managed to wriggle herself out of her chair, and every day she would spend hours trying to walk. The doctors, her parents, even her friends told her that what she fought for was impossible, Until the day she walked. From that point on her life was an upward climb, never easy but always worth it. Her positive attitude and pent up energy were outletted by her interest in sports. By the age of 16 she was outclassing even the best of the boys. But it wasn't until she was eighteen that she came to her true calling. After moving to America with her father she tried out for the gymnastics team and managed to get a spot in the American Olympics team. In her first year she took home five gold medals. The following year she managed to Branch out into other sports and took home another 13 medals and setting three records. 10 Years and 130 medals later Zayra retired from the life of an olympian, but an idle life was not something she was willing to accept. With alot of effort she was able to pass the entry test into the Dawning League, Her father knew of her choice and gave her the idea to not be a super hero, but a human hero. She refused to wear a super suit or hide her identity. Not that she could even if she wanted to.
Zayra has spent the last four years fighting alongside the heroes of her new order and while she may not hold any records or titles there yet...just her making it this far is a testiment to just how far a human being can go if they have faith in themselves.
