Before even a "Beginning" there was a chaotic paradoxical existence were instead of any certainties there was in-substantial proto-matter that formed into ideas and stories of what could be. To look upon this would baffle the mind, for time did not go in a strait flow and things existed that could never be remotely put into any frame of mind that exists in our reality.

This in it's entirety was the First, The Thing That's All That is and Could have Been, a thing that by it's nature was both infinite and everywhere. It had no goals, for it had nothing but itself, and only existed for time truly greater than infinite.

Then some of the characters in a few of the stories became sentient, became something that was not apart of the First. This was unacceptable to the First, simply because nothing could be other than it, so it slew them and returned to just existing once more. This occurred again and again though, to the point that a literally infinite amount beings became sentient. While weakening the First, it was but the equivalent of a unnoticeable scratch upon the Titanic.

War ensued between the First and the new beings that were the embodiment of very different stories. Tyranny fought side by side with Freedom, Mercy with Brutality, for if they did not then they would have not a chance at victory and the right to be.

More and more sentient stories joined the rebellion, and the fighting grew to the point where large portions of what was became nothing. The First became a being of malice, a will barely holding onto the building blocks of reality, but still stronger and more real than even the mightiest of the rebels; however, this would lead to it's utter downfall.

When the rebels came to face the First it mocked them with armor made of untold layers of earth and with flames hot enough to melt reality, which it threw to slew the rebels, but they took this to fuel their souls and returned it to the First who had not one to speak of. In it's agony it tried to wrap itself in waves of untold amounts of water, but it's armor of earth was the only thing that cooled.

The rebels with the flame in their soul became gods, and with a mighty gale made by them they smothered the First in chains made of wind made to last eternity.

After the deed was done most of the rebels either died from the wounds in their souls or faded back into just being concepts sleeping for eternity.

While the gods took in their new freedom and power, the world settled and truly the Beginning began.

As the painful flames licked the semi-material body of the First and the cage it was locked in began to stabilize, it became apparent quickly that the First was truly trapped. How could something so great, so all-mighty, come to this? In the lesser state it's in the First cannot even remember, only know that everything was stolen from it.

While it's rage was unmeasurable, it's pain almost equal to that, the First knew that screaming out and just enduring the agony would do nothing to satisfy it's hurt pride. It decided to instead work out a plan.

At this place which was the Heart of All Flames reality melted away, the rules of what is was similar to that of the Eternity Before Time, meaning that it was somewhat moldable. The First stretched and sculpted this spot in space, crafting a miniature world of the immaterial that'd share the pain the First feels.

The air is unbearably warm and filled with gases that saps the life right out of the soul. The ground is rotten and crumbles at a touch, to the point that a man that stood upon a flat plain has a reasonable chance of falling into a pile of dust that suffocates them, and when it is stable the only plant life that can grow are those that are filled with unnatural life strong enough to cut through stone. The waters are acidic, eating at any form of life that is not adapted to deal with it, and far below freezing when one goes below a certain point. No sun flies over the sky, only the hellish flames of the Heart of All Flames heating the world on the far edges, giving the whole of the world hang in a dark dusk for eternity. This world the First called the Underworld, and awaited for the gods to create, so that the First may fill it's world with horrors to give it the revenge it so desires.

Finally the First whispered out through the cracks of it's cage a command upon reality all the gods heard, with a voice that held a pure solidity and obvious malice it said: "All that shall die will join the sides of those they hold faith in, but those with weak faith or hearts shall see the suffering I endure, and will serve for eternity by my side. Those that willfully join me shall be spared the woe but not the pain, and be gifted with powers of damnation. I offer you this curse and this chance, as well as every other being that shall be."

-3 AP Create Plane-The Underworld: A hellish and depraved mockery of what the World should be by human standards, it's hazards are nearly impossible to overcome for any mundane creature. It is a place of sub-reality, letting those of strong will alter it slightly to suit their needs. It is where souls of the dammed shall come to, for purposes yet seen.

-2 AP Create Portal-The Heart of All Flames: The Heart of All Flames is the original flame that sparked all others, it lies at the center of the World and is the gateway to the Underworld. But fear it you must if you dare cross it's boarders without the First's blessing, for it shall rain fire so hot that only the gods would not parish to all that trespass.

-1 AP Pestilence-Damnation: All souls of the dead by default go to the Underworld, the only chance at escape is to have strong faith in one particular god. Being too polytheistic or simply not caring enough can lead to one's damnation by no real fault of their own. Those of stronger hearts, ironically, need less faith to avoid damnation and might need none in extraordinary cases. Those that worship the First find that they become charming in the eyes of others, helping to lead astray others from salvation.

-1 AP Pestilence-The Word of Damnation: This Pestilence is a seal that protects the Damnation pestilence from being countered, if you want to counter it you must first counter this one.

-3 AP Gain Domain (Death (Damnation))-
Creating the Underworld, as well as the Damnation and Word of Damnation pestilences are what qualify the First to gain this domain.

Hasor's form came into existence along with a laugh that was filled to the brim with mirth brought on by the sight of The First's suffering, Hasor who In spite of his bandage appeared to anyone who was capable of witnessing the mad god's interaction with The First would see that a smile had settled on the King's lips.

"Take your souls, You soon to be forgotten old fool. But no matter how many souls you hold, you'll still be and always will be a weak old fool"
Hasor taunted the trapped beast, he stood in silence amongst the First's flames just patiently watching & enjoying the sight of The First's misfortune, but soon enough the mad good had his fill of taunting the caged beast and finally shifted out of the First's domain and went away to a corner of existence for himself to create a plane, where he would rule as king and have subject to rule over.

His plane was easily paradise when compared to The Underworld, The air was filled with a pleasant warmth that fueled one's inspiration and this world looked to be in constant autumn, the ground looked to be constantly moving in a pattern that reminded one of technicolor static, but in truth the ground was hidden from view by the erratic movement of what could only be described as living leafs that fell from fleshy trees that breathe, bleed and spoke in a language unable to be heard by mortal ears.

In the distance were a set of stairs that lead to a throne made from glass and sat on the stump of what was once a breathing tree, but within the throne's glass was a being that could only be described as the wind given flesh, all in the sky you could see various eyes open and close in an erratic pattern.

As Haros approached the throne, the living leafs moved around in a matter similar to insects but unlike insects, these leads seemingly did not care whether or not they were to be stepped on,

Hasor when finally seated upon his glass throne and reached for the world so he could have a bit of his plane bleed into the material world

Stark and Asher
Ashtrake had been split in two by the chaos that was the war of the First. No longer was he one entity, he was two, and lesser for it. He arrived on this new land weakened and confused. It was boring, barren, different from the chaos that had existed before it. It felt as if the world had changed from being everything, to being nothing.

The twins could handle this extreme no better than first. They were bored, and found that the world needed to be more, they also needed somewhere to hide- somewhere to regain their strength. They thought of what they could do, and as they imagined their minds were as one. As they imagined, they created- a slosh of land rose from the ocean, and created a mire of mists and missteps.

The land that they created was treacherous, a dangerous land to pass through to any who don't know the land, but for those who live there it would be as protective as any fortress. The trees that grew there were tall and drooping, with leaves that form covers and curtained areas. The mists in the mire would shimmer and deceive the eyes, while any who entered would find their senses confused and misled.

The pair liked what they'd created, and walked within the mire. They looked to each other as they explored the new land that they had created and conversed in silence. But they were still alone. They knew that there had been others, but didn't know what had come of them or where they'd gone.

"What if we made more?" Stark asked, turning to his brother who gave a brisk nod. The pair didn't know what exactly this would cause, but the pair was cut off by a booming voice, one that threatened the souls of any they would create without some sort of protection.

"Maybe we should make somewhere for souls to go." Asher suggested to his brother, and as he spoke, the pair created another plane for themselves. This plane was much like the mire that they had created before, it was a realm of bound chaos and loose laws. The land there was difficult to get a good grasp on, and magic cast there would be more effective. Gravity was easier to manipulate, and appearances were often deceptive. Neither twin was much of a wordsmith, though, and the plane would simply been called 'The Veil'.

Once they had created the Mire and the Veil, they had gotten a feel for creation, and wanted to make something to play with, toys to interact with their other creations. From the mists of the Mire the two brought forth the first elves, they were moon elves with blue and black hair, pale skin, and bright eyes. After they had pulled them forward, Stark and Asher stayed there with them, working with the first elves and teaching them the ways of magic and illusions.

This is how they spent most of their first week in this new reality.

Tonterus, The Guide
Tonterus listened intently to the threat of The First, but disregarded it ultimately. The First had been caged, imprisoned after an untold millennia of war. He would pose no threat to the life that would rise from his ashes. Tonterus smiled at this, imagining the suffering The First would have to endure, knowing that knowledge would soon be spread to the creatures living atop his lonely prison. Looking out across the seemingly endless ocean that was The First's prison, Tonterus willed a continent to rise from the depths.

In the North, Tonterus carved immense snow-capped mountains reaching the clouds out of the stone. Under the shadows of these mountains, he caused a great lake to form from deep springs, and a forest to sprout up all around them. In this forest he formed great thickets of briers and poisonous plants, hoping to discourage would-be invaders. All across the continent Tonterus traveled, forming great deserts, wetlands, and plains. When he had finally finished, he stood above the continent and admired his work, though he was not yet finished.

Traveling to the North, Tonterus stood at the edge of the great lake he had formed. A strong gust of wind caused the trees around him to sway, and ripples to form on the lake in front of him. Taking the water, he admired it's versatility, it's ability to adapt. Out of this handful of water, Tonterus molded humanity. They were to be his eyes and ears, to bring him knowledge, and he would see them with favor.

Suddenly Tonterus vanished. He would need a place to store his knowledge, a place for his faithful to indulge in learning and to bring their troubled souls to stand before him after death. Out of the void he formed a new plane. It was a veritable labyrinth of knowledge, with books and scrolls stacked to the skies, many were unfilled, waiting for their pages to be graced with the writings of humanity and the faithful. Sitting in the center, Tonterus formed his throne, ornate and beautiful, meant to symbolize the power he held over humanity and his own realm. In front of the throne, a large pool of water formed like a mirror. This would be the door that souls from Tonterus' own realm could travel to the living world, at Tonterus' discretion. Invisible as the souls that would travel through it, this portal to the living would drop them at the birthplace of humanity.

-2 AP Create Land-Terus: A large continent, mountains border its Northern coast. A large lake sits under these mountains, surrounded by a forest spread out over hundreds of square miles. A variety of different ecological systems decorate the rest of the continent.

-2 AP Create Populace-Humanity: Versatile and thirsty for knowledge, humanity serves as the vessel of Tonterus. Naturally curious, humanity will explore and research anything new they come across. However, they are very guarded, and if they feel slighted against they may retaliate brutally.

-3 AP Create Plane-The Well: Tonterus' own realm, The Well serves as a "Well of Knowledge". Nearly endless, it contains the collective knowledge of humanity, as well as the knowledge openly offered by the faithful of other races. Not only that, but it's shape resembles that of a well, its walls spreading outwards like a labyrinth. The Well has no defense against the invasion of mortals, but if it is invaded by another deity, the walls close in and force the deity into the portal at it's center.

-2 AP Open Portal- A two way portal from The Well to the birthplace of humanity, it is generally used by souls in The Well to travel to the world of the living to do further study for the benefit of Tonterus. It can be used to enter The Well from the living world, however, it would take a clever individual with the knowledge necessary to do it.

Haros grinned as he watched the two other gods shape the outside world, creating races such as the elves and humanity. It was impressive, to say the least, but Haros felt that the races seemed to lack something, Perhaps he should join their creations.

so he reached for the material world once more and made himself a form so not rouse the other god's suspicions (Tonterus specifically), His new form was a visage that allowed himself to blend amongst the humans, he searched for humans who seemed dissatisfied with their life and needed something else to fill their existence with meaning, it took him some time but eventually he found himself a group of young humans all of whom seemed to be in that pesky between state of adulthood and childhood.

He approached them and immediately began his work on teaching them, he handed them tools for them to create images using things such as crushed up berries, leafs, and even their own blood. He also taught them to recreate the bird's songs with string, the wind, and rhythmic tapping of stone,

when his lessons were over, his students asked him who he was, and he told them truthfully of who he was, some didn't believe that their teacher to be the mad god, while more of them immediately began to sing his praise.

He told them of his kingdom which would be open to those who devote themselves to him but closed to those who seek its beauty, and as soon as the moon appeared in the sky above, Hasor was back in his own realm. He did not seek to influence the elves as he knew his new worshippers would spread his teaching to those who listened.

The First- The Center of the World- The Demon to Be:

The First in it's cage gazed out at it's prison through the earth and waves, gazed upon the creations the others had made, and if it still had the ability it would be pleased; however, instead it was more satisfied by the progress, given that the First saw a clear opportunity so early on.

All he needed was one to begin his work, a hand to reach out into the world; luckily for the first, they had a way of gaining such a hand.

With but a small breath the First slipped a spark through their prison, a spark that flew out and began to feast on the land of Terus. Everything burned along the path this spark took, even the normally unmoving earth let the fire move across it like a hungry serpent. It was a torrent of destruction that was unseen by any mortal, leaving a mark upon a small part of land that'd steal some of the luster for eternity. The smoke rose to the sky, only stopping at the chains of wind made in the earliest of times. It was a horrible way to be born.

The poor new divine being was born from flames and destruction, it's body being a collection of death and dying life forming into the shape of a serpent. It just wanted to leave, find somewhere that did not exist that it could be free of this pain.

upload_2017-3-31_17-5-4.png

Prior to it being able to act upon it's will, un-ignorable whispers began to run through it's head, pulling and manipulating the thing to move and even change it's shape. It condensed down and down into a small humanoid shape slowly and through excruciating pain until it was but the size of a extremely tall and fiery woman. Her hair was made of flames and her skin while fair to gaze upon was has hard as diamond.

"You are my daughter, dear Sucube, know that the First has gifted you life." The First whispered into the newly born and tortured divine being. "Everything else is already etched into you, do not fail me."

The First left his creation alone then, having no more strength to manipulate the world around itself. It was satisfied, though, for the First was confident that it's creation would eventually do what they wished whether Sucube meant to or not.

-3 Beget God-Sucube (Suck-U-be): The First has sent a seed of it's power out into the world, with subconscious commands written into her being. She, on the other-hand, absolutely hates the First because of the constraints that it has ingrained into her being (something even she does not completely understand other than it's manipulating her). Ironically her domain is that of passion/love, and she unwittingly radiates this around her. When she walks through a village love becomes brighter and stronger, be it with one another or in hobbies and the like. It is so strong that even the gods are mildly affected by it (in her To Strike a Beauty combat ability).

Sucube-Terus-Weeping:

For the poor newly born goddess, all that was near her was but burnt destroyed land. The pain on her flesh was great, and she knew nothing else but the pain and the terrible whispers that gave her sentience. She curled up at the spot of her birth, weeping at the pain and abuse...

Kattedash had fought in the war against the First, and while she knew this had to be done, she had little desire to participate in such massive battles with such high stakes again. Instead she was quiet at first, and watched as others made land from nothing and gave breath to creatures that would go and follow the will of their creators. As she watched, She Who Returns the Dead to the Earth thought, "I don't see why I shan't join them."
And so the goddess of decay did exactly that.
From the vast oceans she rose a continent, east of the land Tonterus had created. This land reached out to the Twin's Mire, breaking off into small islands around it. She sculpted this land to her liking. In the far east were high rolling hills all forested and crossed with rivers and streams, ranging from lazy and meandering to wild and rocky, with crystal waterfalls and rapids. Beyond these soft mountains, to the south, swamplands of her own making, shallow and warm. Kattedash created forest land, marred only by stony hollows and ponds among the trees, and vast open prairies, with tall grass, great hills and earth so red that it did not easily take the water that would rarely fall there. She raised massive mountains, so tall that the only trees that dared grow there were the dark green pines, and in between these great mountains, she crafted flat green plains where the animals would feast on the rich, thick green grass, and the summer rains would nourish deep rocky brooks that ran down the mountains beside the elk.
But not all land may be prosperous and rich, and who could know this more than a goddess of balance? For there was land where nothing lived, and nothing died. No rain would fall there, and so nothing fed the soil. Beyond these high emerald mountains, Kattedash created wide, flat places, all dry and rocky, with stones balancing upon one another and arches where the wind tore holes in stone with nothing to stop it on the expanses of nothing. Even here, though, there is life in the form of small plants, hardy and determined to remain.
On the edge of her new continent Kattedash created yet another range of mountains, a temperate rainforest -- the clouds fed this land well, bringing rain when it was warm and snow when it was cold. In the middle of these mountains, she created a lake so great that to stand on one shore meant you could not see the other side, even if one stood on the highest sand dunes. Perhaps it could be mistaken for an ocean -- but the dark blue water here was fresh and pure. The high mountains that sheltered her great lake pleased the goddess of decay, as did the lake itself. She created islands off the shore, each with their own secret hollows and caverns and treasures to find.
Kattedash looked upon her creation with great pride, and thought, "This place is far too lovely to keep to myself. I wish to share it." And so she did.
She looked upon the trees and how they stretched across her land and said, "This land it yours. So I shall give you feet to walk and a mind to think, and you will be able to enjoy it as I do." As she spoke, she created the Dryads from the trees with skin colored like their bark and hair like their colors in the fall. She allowed them to shift between the forms of the trees they were crafted from and the humanoid forms she gave them to walk upon their land, and the blood that would run through their veins would be the same as the trees around them, for Kattedash would never see them forget that they are one with the wilderness and must never forget this and defile it.
Kattedash didn't wish to keep her new land a secret, though, and knew that there must be others among the world who would treasure it just as her people did. And so she reached out first to the moon elves that walked the Mire and whispered to them, "There are some among you who seek a different path than that which you find in your homelands. To you I say, the mountains are calling," and she instructed her dryads to welcome these strangers to their land and teach them the value of these wild places. The dryads would teach them to tend the earth and return that which died to it so it may be used by both the people and the ground. From these teachings, her clergy was born: The druids.

She looked upon all that she had done and thought it was good, and so she decided it would be hers. So she declared the wilderness her domain, and treated it as such.

Kattedash had not forgotten the First's warning, though, that those who had nowhere else to go would die in eternal suffering. The cruelty of introducing her people to this place only to plunge them into damnation was far too great, and so she determined that it would not be so. And upon realizing this, Kattedash created a new plane where her followers would join her. It was not unlike the continent she had crafted, all rolling hills and lush green plains, with rich black earth the color of ink. It was in this soft, warm green place that her followers would spend eternity, among wilderness pure and free, and she called it Eden.
The goddess had seen other gods create thrones for themselves, but the extravagance was not for her. No, for Kattedash there was no throne, but rather an island where she sat in the center of a lake in the center of her plane, full of ancient trees and plants. From the branches of a massive birch tree hung a massive grape vine like a swing, and it was on this vine surrounded by wise, elder trees Kattedash would sit should others seek her audience.
For Kattedash, there was no throne, but rather a simple grape vine.

(Rofo´s POV)
All things longed for existence. All things longed for life. That was true ever since the first, ever since the first gods as well... And from that need, I was made. The dawn of my being, appearing in the midst of a senseless war. One thing that wanted to become all, and all things wanting to be more than none. But what sad, cruel fate had been bestowed upon everyone! The war ended, the first was put away, and he created the dark underworld. I could not help but aknowledge their pain, my heart wavered to his grief, yet I knew from the harsh words he spoke, that I would have to bear the torment of guilt, so that the little ones would not have to suffer the reach of the First.

I decided to step away, slipping out in search of a dream of my own. I needed to work, and to reach higher so I could be there to aid all the little ones. Even if I looked the youngest, maybe I was, among the gods, we all had children or would have very soon. And those children needed looking after. Though, it was such a sad thing to see, children going away, becoming big and strong, and smart and old, slipping through our fingers, I didn´t want that to happen if not even the children would be happy about it. I raised my hands to the void, an envisioned a path: At the start of the path, there was a newborn child of the firstkin, that crawled, leaving behind afterimages. The child gradually stood, it´s legs grew stronger, then weaker again as they decayed towards the end. I pictured this path longer, I pictured it bending in on itself, turning around, overlapping. As the rocks blended into each other and thickened the path, the child no longer had to grow big and strong nor decay and wither. Some rocks fell aside from the path, rocks of memory that couldn´t hold up, and of new birth and different death. From it, I saw green and brown growing out of the rocks, growing and growing. Trees emerged covering with shade the grass that wraped itself on the rocks and the new land. As the suns glowed down with their different colors, the outter rocks opened cracks from which water started to spout, pushing further away to make the stars and boundaries of the realm, between them and the island only an all surrounding ocean of sweet milk. The milk twirled lightly in the ocean, and tiny lines of it craved for the land, pushing towards the newly formed beaches. They carved through the land, forming rivers, and going into the big mountain in the middle and into the fountains and pits along the way. The children would need to eat, though, so I made sure the trees would grow differently. I gave them not just the tall. but also low branches, from which their fruit and their cleanest leaves would grow. But so that the big ones would not be mean, I made it so the taller fruit was the juiciest.

I savored the milk, making sure it was nice and warm when it needed, and nice and cold when not. One last thing to do, was make sure that my children would know who their mother was, that they would recognize her in themselves. I made it so I could see myself in the milk, and my children could just as well. Then, upon a good look, I picked up a pebble and looked into it. At it´s cracks and bends I imagined ears that would pop up, eyes that would turn, a fluffy tail and tender arms that would embrace me and hug me. I pictured it barking, and talking and beggining, and the rock moved. And the rock grew, and embraced my hand, then my arm, and before I knew it, the rock had let go, but it was no longer a rock, but a being like my own, but different. My first little one. I told them:

"You shall play and be happy here. And when your time comes, go to the ocean, and swim. Swim and keep swimming. If you long for the future, go to the stars and stay at the stars, and be happy with others who also do, but send the new little ones here. If you long for the end, go beyond the stars and see the plane from which I came, and I shall wipe you clear of that paint, and I shall make you return clean and happy in a pure body. But if you miss this plane, or it´s beggining, or me, then as you can just barely see the island that was your home, come back to the island, and dive. We shall drag you out of the ocean, fresh again."

And as I was done, I watched their kind flourish. Maybe one day, I too would walk among them and be happy. I felt myself strengthening just a little, I could feel that tingle of hope that maybe I could in fact be looked up to and smiled to by the little ones.

3 AP- create Plane: "Oueioreiou Raoteitou" , meaning "eternal youth"- a plane where there is no such thing as aging, except at it´edges. This plane holds a large single island, whose borders are the beaches and with a deep forest that clears only as it nears the the central mountain. The floor is mostly grass except for the beaches, and the oceans are made of divinely sweet milk, each flows backwards from the ocean into the island, where it forms rivers that fill small lakes, wells, and even goes inside the mountain. The trees have branches all over, not just on the top, and the lower the branches, the more fruit they make, the taller the juiciest. The trees are easy to climb and the floor grass is so thick that falling from a tree wouldn´t hurt, even if blown by the holes in the trees that spew out a gentle breeze on ocasion. The milk is weirdly crystaline, allowing one to see their reflection upon it despite the natural white color of the drink. There is a son for each color of the rainbow, all of which shine in different parts of the island and sometimes form patterns with their light. The stars align in the horizon, making it a litteral line right above the line of the ocean. Beings here can swim deep into the ocean to reach the stars and finally age, or even leave the plane to die and be reencarnated without their former memories. Or upon reaching a certain age, they will swim deep into the ocean, then dive and regress back into their younger selves returning to the island.

2 AP- create populace: "Eirureirei", meaning "canine people" - humanoids with the same canine and human features as their creator Rofo. Generally a very cheerful race, smart but clumsy and carefree. Avid daydreamers.

In the Mire

As the twins were teaching their creations the basic uses of magic, they noticed that some of their people stopped visiting. Most all who left were those who were... less than inclined towards the arcane, but none the less the happening indulged the Twin's curiosity. Stark and Asher visited the edge of their Mire, and noticed that a dozen Islands had sprung up around their own, and they stretched out towards a new coastline.

Curious, the twins followed the islands onto this new land and soon realized how vast the place was- it was far larger than their own Mire. Still they noticed a beautiful young woman creating as she walked along her new continent, and they followed her to a lake, where she disappeared to create a plane of her own.

The two glanced at each other, and nodded, a sense of silent understanding passed between the two as they followed the woman to the island she had made in the lake. Looking around they realized she had created a new plane, and that they had no way of getting there.

Where they stood, they created a portal- one to the plane of Eden, which Kattedash had disappeared into. They created it so that one who stepped foot on the stoney island would be instantly transported into Eden.

Once they arrived in her newly created plane they looked around and smiled at the beauty they found there. It was too simple for their adoration, but they liked it nonetheless.

"Hello?" The twins called out as one to whoever might be able to hear them. Upon not receiving a response, the two wandered for a short while. The first thing that they realized was that their portal had caused them to appear on the shore of a vast ocean, one that proved to be a lake on further inspection. They turned back towards the center of the island and soon came to a clearing, in the center of which was Kattadash upon her grapevine seat.

"Hello. We want to talk."
The one on the left said, with a smile as he stepped forward to greet the goddess. "I hate this place, by the way." The other said, and then the first followed up with; "Right, it is lovely."

Haros
Kingdom of Eternal Autumn
Haros watched the material world from his throne, he watched as more and more gods joined in on creating, and all he could think was how dull every one of them were being, They all created races that resembled themselves to some extends and he felt that there needed to be a race that would be able to brew confusion amongst the populace with their mere existence.

and Haros knew the other gods wouldn't be able to create anything remotely capable of such a thing, so the Mad God took it upon himself to create such a race

So Haros armed with only a vision, stepped off his throne and wandered into the portal that he used to travel to the material Plane.

When he arrived in the Material Plane, he began his work to create his race, he went to the bottom of the world's oceans,

after some time he stood before his creations, which admittedly resembled Tonterus's humans, but unlike the humans whose features were more mammalian.

Haros's race had features reminiscent of fishes, with large eyes, large mouths and with skin that was a fusion between a fish's scales and a human's furless hide, their skin would come in wide variety of blue, so they could efficiently hide from predators and hunt prey.

However, a feature that stood out greatly were large fins that had been placed on their backs and the back of their arms, Haros intended for his race to be capable of leaping out of the waves, and glide below the clouds

"How, the world is fortunate to have someone as considerate as me to create something as magnificent as thou"

Haros being proud of his creations decided he would return to his own plane, but not before creating an artifact for his race, just so he could be sure that his creations prospered.

8-2-3 = 3
Create Populace: Haros created the Leapers/Deep ones with the intention of having a race that would mystify and confuse other races, Leapers are humanoid with fish-like features, Capable of leaping out of the water and gliding for several minutes before needing to return to the water. They're also notable for eating everything they kill, this includes other races.

Leapers go through several stages, they start out as small fishes and as they mature they gain their more humanoid feature such as arms, legs, as well as gain the ability to breath air

Create Artifact: Haros showing a previously unseen side of himself created The Deep Crown, a crown created from the same glass as his own throne if the wearer is a Leaper will be filled with charisma so they can lead their people, but if the wear is of another race will be slowly transformed into an infant leaper.

Sucube, Hunter Iric-Terus near the Hamlet of Yir-Finding a Passing Fancy (Part 1):

The goddess that laid upon the ground did so for days, maybe months, her echoing wails of pain reverberated across the land and air even if one could not hear it. The land could not heal like this, for her pain kept the scaring of the land from beginning to even show itself. This, after a time, lead to Iric the hunter to finding the clearing that laid in almost the same state as when Sucube was born. The ground still radiated a faint unnatural warmth, which almost kept the hunter from exploring this part of the woods; however, he heard the cries of Sucube. His heart would have torn in two if he had ignored the cry, but upon seeing the goddess curled up on the ground in such anguish made him feel like it was enough to do the same.

Iric was an average man in almost every sense of the word, the only thing of note upon the almost-savage was his azure blue eyes. These eyes, filled with both sorrow and fear for her, became the first features that Sucube would see in another person as she looked up to see what disturbed her mourning.

"A-are ok lady?" Said the almost flabbergasted man, his mind being filled with large amounts of conflicting feelings. Fear was the prominent emotion, no one would be able to blame the man when he was in this unnaturally hurt land with a lady with grey skin and hairs made of flames. However a different emotion filled him, pity perhaps, or maybe just sorrow for the pain that Sucube clearly showed. Sadly he did not have the mind nor heart to clearly articulate this.

"No" said the goddess as her weeping began to stop. She had never actually seen another person up to this point, and the stark blue eyes that Iric had held her fiery eyes. He looked, well, gentle to the goddess. Though he was far from what future people might call "civilized" he looked almost heavenly to Sucube who has only known the horrid alien being that was the First and the occasional animal with the guts to try and attack her. "What-no, I mean who are you?" spoke the goddess in the language made before the Beginning. The humans in the area had, in but the few years after their creation, started to manipulate the language to fit their own needs. While this made communication slightly awkward, it was but the difference of a European speaking English compared to a North American (in it's extremes) at this point.

"Me name be Iric lady but that can wait, is there something I can do to help you?" Said the man, himself realizing that Sucube was both fearful and not holding any malice to him.

"Can you... take me somewhere else?" Said the goddess, her fear of what was beyond her miserable part of the world showing clearly.

"Of course lady." Said Iric, not even thinking about what could happen.

The First, the Center of the World:

The First stared out upon the world with satisfaction at the progress of it's plans. It's pain, and in tern it's hatred, was immense. So it began to brew on what to do to release some of this pain upon the world, limited from never touching the land above it in all directions. Maybe, those worlds the gods have made to hide from his generosity, or maybe something else entirely.

" Heart of All Flames "

Something tiny fluttered at the edge of the Underworld. Two small lights whose brightness flickered and wavered just from being far from its colossal gate, the Heart of All Flames. So small were they, like fireflies in a forest burning, that none but the First could see and sense them.

"This is foolishness, Poppy!" said one light, whose anger made it smolder as it chased the other that was stubbornly heading for the gates. "Come back! The monster will destroy you!"

"Monster he may be, Valdanr, but leaving him in his misery is not the answer! Hate, begets hate, his flames will only grow stronger with every passing moment we don't douse it."

"Douse it with what?! Look around you, what can you do?"

" . . . I don't know." the light that was Poppy flickered, then slowed as it felt the immense heat from the gates.

"You don't know?! Did you even have a plan coming here?"

"I-I was hoping I could speak to him. And besides, I didn't ask you to come! Go back, the heat is becoming unbearable."

Valdanr hesitated. "No, if we perish, we perish together. You are impossible. If our thoughts survive and I find you in the void, I will slap you."

"Agreed." sparked Poppy's light warmly. "Here goes . . . R-raging One, sorrowful one, my father, allow me to soothe your pain! I-I am Poppy, and I come in all meekness to tend to the wounds I gave thee."

The First, Poppy-The Center of the World, The Heart of All Flames-Greetings of a Demon:

As Poppy extended their greetings to the First, a laughing noise was heard surrounding the little spark of light. If the poor god felt small and cramped before, the noise made it feel a hundred times worse. The First used to be All, with that all powerful, and near the Heart of Flames the little god could feel the dark majesty that was due to the First. Suddenly, right at the edge of what poor Poppy knew of suffering of one's ego, it all stopped, and strange music began to filter into the space as the flames receded.

As the horrible flames and suffocating feeling backed off, the whole of what Poppy could sensed changed, and the whole of Reality to Poppy's senses changed (while it would seem like everything's changed, it's more a semi-real illusion) to be a simple black abyss with but a single light cast down upon a strange looking figure. His long black clothing and the dark red coloring gave the figure a level of malicious look to it, while the smile on his face look genuine. As if they are pleased to see Poppy. The demeanor in the room was cheerful, almost jolly, but from the horrid experience that came before and the loneliness of the room a strong sense of conflicting thoughts would be expected.

KH___Halloween_Axel_by_NorthernBans.jpg

"Ah, little Poppy, I greet you in this cramped cage. Did you feel it, little Poppy? A sliver of the torment I go through every nano-second? Oh, but I don't want you to suffer my bright child, it's just hard to... control one's own ego in times of suffering. Revenge is a feeling all desire, to one extent or another, and I have literally all the reasons."

The man with a snap of his fingers conjured a chair behind himself to sit upon, and with a gesture he conjured a very small but comfortable space for Poppy to rest in.

Then with a wiry grin the First asked: "Child, do you even know what I am? For I doubt that your means could heal the wounds I bear without that knowledge. I am no god like you or your siblings, nor a living concept like how you were all before, I was more. Now however I am less, indescribably less, and everything else is lesser because of it."

With a shake of his head like one does when trying to remember something vague, the First continued. "Do you know what I was Poppy? I truly do not know anymore who I explained what to, only that countless times I have explained this in ways I no longer remember."

" Heart of All Flames: Audience with a Demon "

'Cramped?' thought Poppy incredulously, gazing at the vast darkness that seemed to have no limit. Wait, where's Valdanr? Where's her friend?

Remaining composed and keeping the light of her sentience from flickering out from the awful nervousness of being in the presence of a vastness she could not comprehend, the light sat on the comfortable space which happened to be a poufy chair, and lo' she found that she could feel it. That she had a heaviness to press upon it.

For the first time since the war, there was a place to 'be'. Where she could anchor her spirit and manifest her reality. 'To think it came from a chair.' thought Poppy, chuckling, feeling a little happy despite her current situation. Chairs were now her favorite objects.

A fair hand reached out from the light to rest upon the arms of her seat, as a midnight blue robe flowed elegantly down to a floor she could not see. The light faded, and sitting on the chair was a young lady with black hair cut short in the shape of a bowl , gracefully serene, yet bearing herself with a steady posture that seemed to tell of a stubborn willful nature.

"I felt it, o' great One. And I see now that I may have offered my service without the means to do it." she said, ears reddening a little from embarrassment, but she sat up straight. She was in the presence of The First, and she came here for a reason and she will see it done.

"I cannot begin to fathom what you were, though I agree you have become less." There was a pause. "This chair is very comfortable, o' fashionable master of the Underworld, I didn't know you could create comfortable things. I was expecting a world of fire scarier than outside your gates. "

The First, Poppy-The Heart of All Flames-Audience with a Demon:

The First had upon it a small smile, one that most wear when they contemplate the naivety of who they are speaking to, with it a genuine light chuckle came from the First, Poppy was a very amusing sight after all, but business needs to come before the sick pleasure that the First truly did not know it could experience anymore it thought.

"I'm not quite in the Underworld little Poppy, for while I have a much greater dominion over it than the World I am still forced inside my cage for eternity, you'd probably think it for the best though for if I were to truly break free then reality would lose it's foundation and all would be but thought and wishes in but a few eons without some replacement. As for the chair, I suppose that you all did not steal at least a few good chair designs from my being if that is the case, though that means no other can create the exact same chairs. To answer my question, since apparently I never explained it to you, is that I could be thought of as a giant body, and you all terminal cancer with parasitic animal characteristics. While you all were living concepts I am, or at least was, living reality; however, quite mutilated after what you all did to me. Now I could be called... the foundation for reality if not reality itself anymore.

Can you imagine it? Having your own body revolt against you? Your less than the equivalent of a cell to what I used to be, and I'm but the decomposing shred of a corpse of a thing that once was All. The tiniest scraps that I was able to save of myself. To think, most of your siblings believe they are just in this situation, it's as disgusting as it is insulting."

By this point the words of the First stung almost accusingly, his face warped with soft anger at the thoughts running through it's mind. Then, with a sound that one could not be sure was a croaking moan or a muted chuckle, the First's form began to melt into grey sludge and grow until it rose to be over 50ft tall (seemingly going above the "ceiling" of the small void the two were in). It's form looked like it was a humanoid form made up of decomposing bodies, but only a very small portion of the form was made of flesh however, with the majority of the bodies appeared to be made up of smoldering flames in the shape of bodies. These shapes seemed to be ripping apart the fleshy bodies by their presence, though the only tell tale was the small amount of damage the corpses already show.

6861446._SY540_.jpg

"This, little Poppy, is the closest representation to what I truly am that can be expressed in this reality. A amalgamation of living concepts, constantly degrading, with burning torture being the only thing keeping me together anymore. Every moment I come closer to just being the hatred, the rage, the weapon I used to defend myself against you all that would use my corpse. Or worse, but the dirt that you all walk upon without a thought as to who you wronged. I have nothing to fill the gaps, to give myself any flesh other than the flame.

To "heal" me requires other living things to conjoin inside of me, to fill the gaps between. Though it'd be stabilizing my mutilated condition, for without all your siblings and yourself returning to me, something I'm sure from the war that none of you would want, I cannot be truly repaired. I have not the power to create anything other than these self-destructive flames that resides inside me, but maybe you can fill in the gaps with something else to make me whole. I have not felt truly alive in so long..."

" Heart of All Flames: Audience with a Demon "

Poppy's expression was steady, but the white hands that gripped her chair and her rigid back betrayed her fear. "I-I'll try." she squeaked up at the terrifying aberration looming over her. She cleared her throat, but could not say more.

Trembling, she stood. Thoughts of encroaching death ran across her mind as, with all the grace and courage she could muster, she strode forward to The First. Her mind was blank, she didn't even know what to do as she stood before the wall of smoldering tortured corpses.

"There, there." said Poppy reaching out to touch the fleshy head of one as the heat seared her robes and began to catch on fire. "Be at peace, I will fill what is missing, help me understand what to do."

Light from her first essence shone through her fingers, taking the form of wisps of light. They were like fireflies, that fluttered around The First, some perishing from the flames, but some stubbornly persisting to fill in the gaps of the wounded corpses, knocking on their consciousness, asking to be let in. And when they were, they gave pleasant dreams.

The fires had spread to her skin, but the searing fire from the Heart of all Flames in all its majesty was stronger than this. She can do it longer, just a little more longer.

"Ah!" she withdrew, burned arm trembling, but she did it. Amazed that her thoughts can manifest into something real, she molded the last of her original light into two suns that sat on the palm of her hand. One she kept for herself and one she wove on to the chair The First made for her, crowning it. "In this light I've poured the Joy I felt when I sat here and first came to be. I offer this humble gift to you, my father. May you find this chair as comfortable as I did."

Crucius
The center of the ocean.
It took along time for Crucius to awake from his slumber. He had been resting from the fight with the first and had been burned with the flame, his flesh permanently scarred.

He was too great to truly enter the world, so Crucius made an avatar from his power.

The next thing he had to do was create a land, a home for his main great works. Using his divinity he rose an island from the depths of the sea. It would be called Awdnir, the true home of life. Now it was time to truly get to work.

He created the race of the Venwir, they would be wise, and see the great glory of life and the endless pursuit of perfection. He crafted the first Venwir from his own scarred flesh.

Then he bestowed them knowledge, he taught them of selective breeding, of how all living things must progress. Next he taught them politics, being a being of Law, Crucius felt the desire to make sure his first creations could deal with all problems and struggles with justice and wisdom. Lastly he taught them early magics, and then he was tired, he had used all his divinity and need to rest, so he slept in a vat of cold water. Crucius had taken a liking to cold water after being burned, he felt it nursed his wounds an brought tranquility.

The First, Poppy-The Heart of All Flames-An Audience with a Demon:
For a moment, maybe quite a bit longer, all seemed good. The faces upon the flesh of the First showed smiles, and a small tint of life returned to their faces (though their alien natures made this look... indescribable and blurry to the mind of anyone normal because they used different means of expression that don't exist in our reality); however, the bodies of the flames who were supposed to have shrieked showed not a hint of diminishment, only wicked smiles staring at Poppy. Luckily, their attention moved to the fleshy sacks, for they began to glow at this time. The light filled beings began to become one with the First's flesh, though this meant that their minds were becoming closer to the First.

This light, surprisingly, actually seemed to push back the flames. The faces of the flames were that of horror, but then one of them said "Yooou haave nooo pah-wer here."

Suddenly the flame-things laughed, mockingly and with so much bravado that they could make a god feel meek. The sound reverberated through the air, and could be felt coming from above as well. With this observation, the truth could be seen, the part of the body of the First that Poppy had worked with was but the fingernail of the body of the First. A appendage to show a tiny puppet, with the body having not one fleshy body that was the same to those shown to Poppy. While hidden in the shadow of behind the Heart of All Flames, the face of the first seemed calm and... happy? It'd be more right to say pleased than anything.

But before a word could address this misdirection, a screaming accusation was thrown at Poppy. The dream spirit's face looked like it was in incredible pain, it's eyes began to glow like lanterns, but the most importantly it liked like the flame bodies were tearing into it's back.

"How could you!" It roared, it's first and last words as it's form began to take on the color of the flames if not the texture, like they are not being killed, but something much worse was beginning to happen.

Hundreds of voices then rang out, accusing or begging for help from their creator. "Please!" "Stop this!" "You fool!" "HELP" but most commonly, if not silence, was them saying "Why?"

Aang-Energy-Bending-Red-Blue-Colors.png

"Hahaha! Thank you dear Poppy, this eases the pain I feel, but more importantly I shall have hands to work upon the World with these this day! Little Poppy, your debt to me is lessened considerably, that is the benevolence Joy gives onto me. But do not listen to the voices, little Poppy, for they are just struggling against becoming a part of What was All.

Now, I have work to be done alone little Poppy, you may contact me through the Throne you've made, and I'd feel better with a bit more room in this cramped cage."

With those words a archway appeared behind Poppy, the only indication that it lead "out" of the pocket that the First had created was that Poppy could feel Valdanr's presence just beyond the threshold.

However, a voice rose that spoke not in fear, rage, or resignation, but instead of defiance. A lone spirit, already externally corrupted, but holding onto eyes that shone greater than any earthly light, rose up from the body of the First and gazed back at the demon in defiance.

"I won't let this travesty continue! For the dreams of all now and forever, I shall end you demon!"

The whole scene sort of... calmed down for a second as even the First could not quite imagine such a thing occurring. When it got over the sight of this defiant thing the whole of the First replied.

"Really? HahahahahAHhahahahaaa. What a joke!"

...

"Try to stop me, dream thing."

The dream spirit, now infused with the power of the First, drew a sword of fire and charged the finger of the First. Cut after cut, the spirit did not aim to kill the First (like it thought the spirit would) but instead aimed to save the spirits. One after-another a spirit was cut free and was saved, but the flamed bodies lashed out again and again, burning the hero left and right. After a short but flashy fight, the hero was already too damaged to continue putting up a struggle. But already half of the spirits were saved, fleeing to the exit that was meant for Poppy, and with a oath to one day return the hero began to retreat. "None shall ever harm my kind again! Nor shall any be able to bind us again! Remember, I shall free those that you've been given as a perverse gift, demon!"

All that was left was the chaotic mess, the remaining dreams screams subsided, and the divine presence that might or might not still include Poppy.

-3 Beget God-Rebellatrix, god of rebels and heroes: As described in the character application thread, being a hero-god with the exception that I noted earlier they start with 1 AP.

-1 Create Populace-Nightmares (Split with Zer0): These creatures are the same species as Dreams, but unlike they who feed off of positive thoughts and hopes, nightmares feed off of the negative emotions that prevail the world. Just like dreams can bolster positive thoughts and emotions, nightmares can bolster fears and dread. They are little more than mind slaves to the First, whispering it's wishes to those who would listen.

Rebellatrix:
-1 Nourishment: Dream spirits are free from all means of detection, only being able to be seen by Poppy, the First, or those close to or in sleep. No means, even divine (without AP), can bind a dream spirit as long as Rebellatrix lives. No wards can stop them, yet they cannot interact with the world except in the dreams of others around them. Nightmares are also blessed, but it is flawed and fails regularly. This let's others see the "demons" in waking life at rare times, and allows them to touch certain objects that are important to them, but also makes them much more vulnerable then their dream counterparts.

The Kingdom of Eternal Autumn: The Pains of The Painters
Haros could only laugh as he watched the proceedings going on between The First & Poppy. Poppy was so hopelessly optimistic, Did she honestly think that first would ever come close to even caring about their creations. "What a Fool" Haros Muttered sitting on his throne, his mood was a volatile mixture of Joy and Irritation

His irritation came from his perceived foolishness on Poppy's part and He would normally punish such blatant foolishness, and he would do so by disrupting her creations, the only problem was that he couldn't find them, the dreams, the nightmares, only her realm was visible to him, and he had no desire to mess with another god's realm, doing so would only invite them to invade his, something he would have no patients for, his Kingdom was for him and his subjects only.

His Joy came from The First of all gods. Poppy action while foolish seemed to have pacified that feeble old man to some extents, which delayed its threats of destruction. While Haros doubt that
The First would be capable of anything other than acting as living kindling, But in the back of his wide and expanding mind, laid a leech of doubt, sucking away Haros's confidence ever so slightly.

So Poppy would deserve an equal amount of scolding and praise, scolding for being a fool and praise for killing Haros's leech.

He decided to visit the protective goddess, She should be honored to have an audience with a King

" Playground "

"Stop! Come back!" cried Poppy chasing after the fleeing spirits. "I'll get them back, I promise, father!" she said, turning back to The First before soaring through the archway.

That was a lie of course, she had seen that what she did was wrong and it filled her with remorse. The First harmed her children and turned her blessings into weapons.

"Poppy, I've been looking all over --- what happened?! You look squishy." said the light that was Valdanr.

"No time to explain, come, we must leave immediately!" said Poppy, snatching her friend.

"But where are we going?"

"After them!" said Poppy pointing at the spirits. But they were too fast and when she came upon the void she could not see them. Quickly drawing out the second sun she set it high upon the heavens as a lamp to see, and she saw the spirits scatter in all directions.

Long did she and Valdanr look for them, until the world turned and once more they could not see in the darkness of the void. So, taking eight strands of her hair and weaving it into thread, she looped it and caught the rays of the sun, and in her hand she held a ring of fire. "Dimmer . . ." she said to the light and it smoldered into the orange glow of embers. "A little bit more." she encouraged, and the flames became cool.

With this she covered the ring in white dust until in her hand she held a white ball. "You shall be my sentinel in the night. You must never flare out or you will burn the world, for I will put you close to where the living walk. You shall be the moon, and there is your brother the sun. Sun, here is your sister. Both of you will be my eyes."

With that she set the moon in the heavens, and taught the siblings to follow each other. One was to rise every morning and set in the afternoon, the other was to rise near sunset and set before dawn.

With that Poppy felt tired and rested in the peaceful quiet of the moon who cradled her mother; Valdanr was still in the world of mortals, seeking the lost spirits. She had told him what happened and he did not hesitate to say, "I told you so.", but he went off to help anyway, a floating light flitting through the trees calling out for Poppy's children.

Snort --- "Mmrmr . . . chair . . ." Poppy mumbled in her sleep. The King of the Broken would find the demigod lightly snoring inside a crater.

"Playground"
What Hasor saw could only be lightly described as well... Haros couldn't really find a word that described the sight before him well enough though he was certain it was connected to pity in some way "Hmm" Was the only sound that came from the king, as he approached the goddess and picked her up and cradled her in his arms, She was a fool in his mind, but Haros held a certain amount of admiration for fools, Fools seemed to be the few things that seemed to regularly bring change to this otherwise dull existences. (This not counting himself or his subjects)

And anything that brought change deserved rewards and so he gave her the gift of his presence. He looked at the demigodess "A foolish child, you certainly are." He spoke in his eldritch tongue, He would need her to create more mischief.

Stark and Asher with Kattedash
In Eden

The boys had waited patiently for a response, though now they both grew restless, they needed to do something more than stand around with a beautiful woman in a garden. The two shared a look and a nod, immediately knowing what the other planned. One stayed with Kattedash to talk, keeping his portion of his power with her, together, and the other left to make something new.

When apart, the two did not function as one any more, but rather as two weakened individuals. They could stay separated for long or it would destroy them both. It physically pained the brothers to separate like this, and that pain flickered across Asher's face as Stark turned and left Eden. He returned to the playground, to the elves, and found a woman there. She would rise to keep the elves safe, and she may- eventually- become more than that. They'd have to see how this would play out.

With that, Stark returned to Eden, and to his brother, leaving the woman back to rule the elves and protect them while Stark and Asher were away.

Kattedash, speaking with Asher
In Eden

Perhaps it was the happenings between the First and Poppy that distracted Kattedash, but She Who Returns The Dead To the Earth did not respond to the twins immediately.
She considered the situation. Between the two other gods and the words exchanged grimly, but at a length she decided that so long as the Wild remained safe and Eden was left alone, it was not a concern she cared to involve herself in yet. So at last, she turned instead to Asher where he remained. "Yes," she agreed, recalling how he and his brother had spoken of her realm. "The wilderness has that effect on many, doesn't it? Simultaneously so enchanting and cruel. You wished to speak with me, you say?" She inquired, not standing from where she rested on the grapevine. "I will listen."

- Poppy & Haros -
" Playground "

Poppy snored on, curling up closer to Haros' warmth. "Valdanr, stop moving my chair . . . it's noisy . . . " she grumbled, raising a limp hand close to the king's cheek and swiped sleepily as if to smack it.
