Other Information: Michael was a farmer, he loved to get his hands dirty, to sow the soil and reap the fruits of his labor. It instilled a good and passionate feeling of gratitude. He's also one to see things through to the end, no matter the hardships. His mother raised him alone but he grew up happy and not want for anything. He did tend to push people around who would tease or hurt others but these instances were rare. Michael chose Dauntless, because of this overpowering need to protect others.

Personality: Alice is very kind and caring girl. She loves to help out those who are in need, and hates to fight against other people, because she is a scarycat. Alice will always tell the truth, since she doesn't like to lie, and she will mostly just observe people, so she can know what is going on with the problem. Alice isn't as smart as the Erudite faction, but she tried her best to be smart like them even though she isn't. She is mostly very calm, but can be angered if she is annoyed by someone too much. Alice will try her best at the things that she can't do by herself, and doesn't forgive up so easily when she wants to survive/achieve in something.

Personality: Henry seems absolutely dedicated to his duties in every way. He's friendly enough, sure, he's got no reason to be outwardly hostile to the people around him; but if he's engaged in any sort of official capacity for Dauntless he's all business. He wants to lead, but first he's set his mind to learning how to follow. One day he will have a command, but for now he is content to stand on the wall and protect the people it is his duty to protect.


Appearance: Henry's appearance boarders on unremarkable. A Caucasian male with the appearance of being in his late teens/early 20's, medium build, and very short brown hair.

Other important information: Henry began life as a peace-loving Amity faction member, but soon rebelled against his upbringing. Outwardly, he seems to have come to the conclusion that the only force backing the every day freedoms so many take for granted is military force. He wants to be a Dauntless so everyone he holds close may continue their peaceful existence.

Personality&Backstory: Has been gifted intellectually from a very young age even for Erudite. Despite this knowledge he felt that Erudite wasn't the faction that he was meant for. No matter how much he pondered and introspected on this conflict he couldn't figure out which he thought would be more suiting of him, he just knew it wasn't the one he was currently. At the time of the ceremony he noticed that more people from the other factions were switching and joining Dauntless, and this made him wonder, "Do any of them have the same feelings that I do, feeling like they don't belong where they are?" He, in a moment of worried haste upon it being his turn, chose Dauntless as well. Looking back on it now he feels this was likely the wrong choice for himself ...but what could he do about it now? Apart from his intelligence and conflicted nature, he is rather shy, somewhat interdependent, though he will express it if he disagrees with someone else, and though sometimes rather hesitant, helps others when they need it.

Other important information: Due to him knowing that he was going to be switching factions he made sure to keep a part of his mother with him since he knew he likely would never see her again. What he brought with him was a watch that she used to wear when he was a child, he tries to keep this hidden and on his person at all times.

Supposedly they eat a peace serum in their daily bread. I can see how a few skips of this and it makes them think twice about it. Some of the quotes I read on the wiki suggested that they feel anger and fight too, but remind themselves with daily lessons of peace and that fighting isn't worth the loss of a friend.
