Disable Postings on Profile Page

Is there a way to not let people see the 'private conversation' messages when viewing my profile?

I just feel like people shouldn't be able to view all of the messages we start over conversations. Or can I mark some conversations as private?

Only you and the person involved in the conversation message can actually see that. When someone else (Except a admin) is viewing the page, then they see nothing.

This is what a normal member and mod sees. Only admins and people in that specific conversation can see the messages like you do on your and their wall.
