Getting His Feet Wet
"Cyberdramon!" Ryo Akiyama shouted.

The Digimon Tamer could do little to stop his partner. Its mind no longer belongs to Cyberdramon now, but that of ZeedMillenniummon. Years ago, Cyberdramon in its previous form, Monodramon, forced a jogress evolution with Zeed in order to defeat the nigh-invulnerable Digimon god. Their minds became one, but Ryo had helped Cyberdramon retain control over its mind. That was, until two weeks ago, when Cyberdramon started acting more violently than its usual self. While it is true that having its mind melded with Zeed gave Ryo's partner its violent tendencies, Cyberdramon had never killed before, let alone slaughter an entire village of Digimon.

And all Ryo could do was watch in despair as Zeed, possessing Cyberdramon's shell of a body, left the child behind. Its quest to evolve once again into ZeedMillenniummon had began, and in doing so, it shall finally destroy the very fabric of reality of the Digital World once and for all.

To do so, however, it required a tremendous amount of energy source. Barbamon, the demon duke of "Digimon Hell", the Dark Area, came upon the rumors of Zeed's return and offered such a source. In Zeed's impatience, it was tricked into becoming Barbamon's mind-slave forever. Now, Barbamon seeks to evolve Cyberdramon into ZeedMillenniummon for its own purpose - to remove the crystal and the fractal code chains that restrain Zeed's true power. And that is yet another arduous task that requires the souls of children and Digimon with 'pure hearts'.

That is why you, the Chosen Children, are summoned. Come now, Barbamon is waiting. Once again, the adventure has evolved.

Aside from the end-game of this RP being about defeating one of the most overpowered Digimon in the entire existence, the rest of the story will bring the characters on an adventure across the different Digital Worlds seen in Season 1 through 5 (I'm not really that knowledgeable about Xros Wars/Digimon Fusion), including the Digital World from the X-Evolution movie.

Aside from being able to use the five different Digivices from the five different seasons, your characters will also come across cameo appearances of canon characters from the anime. Whether if they will have more significant roles is undecided for now, as I want to do an interest check first before I develop this further.

So, who's up for a Digimon adventure? (> :D )

Not a fan of Zeed. Otherwise it sounds good.

Though I would go with Machinedramon if you want to use Zeed, he's much much more closely related to him and could easily lose himself to become milleniumon and therefore Zeed.

Involving Zeed is like involving god. His feats let him solo entire universes. The only digimon who comes even remotely close to surviving a single hit would be Alphamon Ouryuken. Even then you can pair him with like everyone else and Zeed still wins.

It does have potential

Haha, true, true. I knew Zeed's potential as a god. That's why I felt it would be so far to use him, especially when the story involves the removal of his fractal codes, the codes that restrain his powers (and thereby preventing him from destroying the fabric of reality in the blink of an eye).

That being said, nobody has ever witnessed Zeed's powers before (naturally); they've only theorized that he would destroy reality itself if his fractal codes were removed. So I kinda had an idea of simply making Zeed a very omnipotent Digimon who might not necessary destroy everything in existence like a mad titan, felt it would be more interesting, not to mention give us an apocalypse story for the Digimon franchise (hence the involvement of the canon characters from the anime).

Anyway, tell me what you think in the meantime. Also, do you want to play original characters, or canon characters like Taichi? Regardless, I'll probably post up an OOC thread soon.

I'm not really interested I am afraid. Also based on his official entries and scaling, all he does is destroy, you should trust me on this one.

Also he isn't related to the line you're talking about. That's only an ultimate level anyway.

Well, I'm sure I could work something out. As seen in Xros Wars and Savers, official lines hardly matter when a Drimogemon could armor evolve into a Digmon. *shrugs*

Again, the official entries have been known to be tweaked before in the anime.

Thanks for the suggestion, regardless.

We can have more then 1 ??
For now, I'd like to keep the Digimon count to one. If no one else has the desire to have more than one Digimon, then sure; a single Chosen Child with two Digimon is fine with me.
