The Digital World is a separate universe from our own. As its name suggests, the Digital World is created from computer data originating from the Real World. It's a diverse world full of multiple biomes and settlements established by Digimon. Occasionally, something from the real world may be replicated in the Digital World through an unknown method.

- Forest of Beginnings: An area overseen by Duftmon of the Royal Knights. Data from the Real World tends to settle in this area and as such one might find something strange like a disappearing chalkboard or a vending machine fused with a rock here. This area of File Island is home to two warring hordes of Digimon: The Shamanmon and the Goblimon. Occasionally, brave Digimon from WiZ City will venture into this low-level forest in order to train.
- WiZ City: This sprawling urban metropolis acts as the "hub" of the Digital World and houses the World Tree within its walls. The Royal Knights and their army of Knightmon safeguard this city and Yggdrasill rules from her throne.
The Bazaar: One can find many strange objects within WiZ City's Bazaar. The marketplace is one of the most diverse areas of the city and many of the vendors hail from other servers of the Digital World. It's said that Knightmon tend to overlook many of the transactions that occur in this area.
