Fandom Destiny Roleplay

Hello everyone, I go by Frostlase, or Frost for short. I've recently come back from a lengthy hiatus (A family emergency led from one thing to another, and I found myself horribly overwhelmed), but I've finally gotten some time back for myself and would like to begin writing once again. Currently, I'm only searching to RP one specific fandom - Destiny. I've had a strong craving for it recently, and wish to explore the world in many different ways. This can be the past, the present, the future..

Anyways, before we even get into that, I'll go ahead and give a few details about myself.

What you can Expect:

• My primary character will most likely be female. I'm female, and as such I have a strong preference to playing that as my lead. However, if doubling is needed, I'm more than happy to play either gender as secondary characters and the like, whether there's romance involved or not.
• OCs. I really don't have a knack for playing canon characters. With that said though, I have no problem if my partner prefers to play canon characters, and have several options for it!
• 300-1,200 word replies. It really depends on how much interaction is going on between the characters. Higher interaction will result in shorter posts to allow for response. That being said, I also have a tendency to mirror my partner's posts. If you're wrote 600 words in one post, you can probably expect a response around that number.
• Semi-decent activity. I have a busy life, and I'm often working on personal projects or at a part time job. I'll try my best to post as often as I can, but I might not always succeed. Please be patient with me!
• Patience. Trust me, I have no problem waiting for a reply. If you want to keep on going with the RP, but don't quite have the time to keep up with it actively, I'm perfectly fine with taking a break/waiting long periods of time for replies if I have to.
• Let's talk! As in, not just about the RP. I love to have good conversations with my partners and get to know them.
• I use PMs for my replies.

What I Expect:

• Someone who can play a male character as their primary. Yes, my interest is in a MxF RP with some romance. For the two primary characters, I'm really only wanting to do a MxF pairing. I'd also like someone who is okay with doubling. I'm not saying it'll be a necessity - but it's nice to have that flexibility if it's needed.
• 300+ word replies. I don't want to be too picky on this one, but 300 words is probably the minimum that I really want right now. Of course, sometimes I struggle to reach that word count if writer's block is especially bad, so I'm totally fine with an occasional post that is below that word counter. But for the most part, I'd like that to be the goal!
• Patience. As I said before, I can get pretty busy. I'm willing to be patient with my partner - and I only expect the same. That being said, I don't expect you to be 100% as lenient as I am, haha.
• Contribute to the RP. Basically, don't have me guide the story the entire time.
• 18+ Years old. Not necessarily for mature content, but more so because it's a personal preference of mine. I may consider being a bit more lenient on this, though.
• Have an understanding of the game. You don't have to be an expert in the lore, but please understand the basic plot of Destiny and how the world works. This isn't to so much focus on the fighting aspect of the game, but more so to build onto the world and create a relationship and bond to two Guardians.

That's about it. I apologize for the length! Now, to the more enjoyable stuff.
