Desert Basilisc: Wyld Beast or no?

That is the question. I have a Lunar player who wants to take one (CoTD: South) as a shape, but I want to know will they need the Luna's Hidden Face Knack (allows creatures of the Wyld be be part of the Sacred Hunt) or not?

The description of the Desert Basilisc within CoTD: The South indicates that it is a "Wyld addled beast". Because of that I would say that Luna's Hidden Face is required.

Can they survive and breed in Creation? If so, they're fair game.

No-one's actually seen Desert Basiliscs breeding, and it's known that they are so very territorial they will break off a fight with another interloper if they sense another Desert Basilisc entering their territory, and they usually fight to the death.


However, they seem to be able to live in Creation, since they pursue prey into cities.
