Introduction

Derek is fresh out of highschool, looking for a job. He is very quiet when I approached and tends to keep all his emotions bottled up. He values his alone time and finds comfort in being alone. He doesn't have any friends, since they all drifted from him after graduation. When he is accused, belittled or basically any type of rude behavior is directed at him he immediately goes defensive and tries to get the other person to stop by hitting at their insecurities. His father abandoned him when he was around 10 and his mother died when he was 17. He's very mischievous and he's quite intelligent. Derek is very smart and knows when to watch his tongue, although when aggravated he has a tendency to let his tongue lose, he acts rash and he yells. When he is by himself he is very quiet and to himself and doesn't like to get involved in others problems. If he does get dragged into someone's personal life he acts reluctant to help, but starts to open up as he learns more about them and once he befriends them, they have his loyalty until they give him a good reason to withdraw his friendship. (In example if they hurt someone he cares about, but he tries to be forgiving.)
