So, I have depression, and right now, it's flaring up. I am in a long distance relationship, with a wonderful, incredible woman. But unfortunately, we're very limited as to when we can see each other. We just had a visit, and she had to leave me yesterday. Perhaps, the big reason it's flaring right now, is because I'm uncertain of when we'll next see each other.
But, I'm not going to go into big, long backstories. This thread is to post a plot, to hopefully combat the depression, and make me forget about the sadness I'm feeling with her gone...
So, now that I've shared that cheery introduction, it's plot time.
My guy is the "smallest" name in business. Born with an incredibly rare birth defect, he has the astounding stature of... 1 inch tall. Oddly enough, his voice sounds as loud as if he were normal sized. But, this isn't the only thing interesting about him. You see, he is also on the board of a very rich shoe company, that started over 200 years ago, by his great great great grandfather, who was a cobbler. He's supposed to inherit this company, however, before his father will hand it over to him, he must find himself a wife. And so, he publicly announces his search for a wife. Your girl sees an opportunity to become rich, and she tries to win his affection. Sinisterly, she believes she can wed him, and then... he could have an "accident." After all, being so small, it was certainly bound to happen. But will she come to fall for the man, who despite his defect, is actually very kind and sweet?
Okay, so I know it's short, and it leaves a lot of questions, but to be honest, I don't have the muse to write a long-winded plot, only to have it ignored, so I'll leave it here with the hopes that somebody will be interested. If you are, feel free to post below, and I'll PM you. Thank you.
