Game Start will not start until there are either 4 approved characters or after the New Year.
It is recommended to create a character that you develop a character without their powers FIRST, then add in the powers and how they have changed the character's life. Determine when the powers manifested. Do NOT have them manifest by leaving a big paper trail. IE, don't suddenly explode with power killing someone. That paints a bulls-eye on your character and anyone they associate with. The NPC that makes contact at the beginning of the RP would avoid you like the plague.
