  Delly is the youngest of her three siblings and will always be in terms of personality. She's most certainly the cute one, the silly one, but what might surprise you is that Delly could be considered the fighter of the team. Despite her dainty look, she's not afraid to get down and dirty. She's got a knack for winging it in everything except Pokemon battles. That's really the only thing that Delly puts time and effort too. Everything else is a hurricane of 'there's a 50/50 chance!', which could probably be considered her motto, aside from 'Drats,' and 'That wasn't me!' Delly is definetly the most outloud with her emotions and is not afraid to speak for herself and for her siblings, whom she has a fierce love for. She looks up too and idolizes her brother, Anton, and loves her sister Abigail. They make a perfect team and through all the trials they've endured they have grown incredibly close.
  
  
  Delly might seem like the kind of kid who only goes for the 'cute' pokemon, but this is only partly true. While Delly loves fluffy and adorable Pokemon (come on, she is twelve) when catching a Pokemon she always consults her Pokedex first and evaluates their strength. When catching one in the wild, she'll watch it for a few moments.. and then begin a wild goose chase and will not let up until she catches that Pokemon.   The harpers lived a fairly normal live for the most part. Their mother was extremely caring and spoiled the three siblings rotten. While their father on the other hand was extremely strict and hard on them. Especially Anton since he was not only the oldest but also the only boy. There were many times where the two parents clashed over how to raise their children. The father constantly stated that the mother was too soft while the mother said he was too hard. The parent often argued but the siblings supported each other through the rough times. Their father was a very militaristic man, one who found value in hardened skins and weathered tongues. Wanting his children safe for the world that had slighted him so much, he prepared them the only way he knew how. Extra schooling after their regular hours were over, he covered more survival based things, picking out the worth in each of them and making sure they were equipped to survive the ‘horrors’ of the world outside the ‘safe’ walls of their home.
  
  
  Things changed however when the youngest sibling was 8 years old. When Delta started to rise in power and strength. Crime was also on the rise and in all the chaos both of their parents were killed. This left the three without any caretakers, and Anton was in charge of his two younger sisters. The three scavenged and managed to survive on their own for a few months before being ”taken in” by Delta. The growing company was gathering forces and the three youngsters didn’t have much of an option in trying to fight against the rapidly growing group.
  
  
  Shortly into their “training” the three realized just how horrible the organization was as the pokemon they had come to love and befriend were StarBursted. Unable to watch as their friends were turned into tools and treated horribly, the siblings made a plan for an escape. It took weeks to plan, all the while they had to behave and follow orders. At the first opportunity they escaped the Delta training camp, unfortunately they had to leave their pokemon behind. It broke their hearts to do so but knew they would never be the same.
  
  
  Not wanting that to happen to any other pokemon to suffer, each sibling managed to steal one unhatched egg. While they wanted to save more it was impossible. They were still only kids and had no means of taking care of so many pokemon. The oldest, Anton, lead his two sisters away from the base. For a year the siblings lived on the run, trying to stay hidden and underground as much as possible. It was very difficult to get by, scrounging for food, staying out of site. They survived mostly off of berries and what ever scraps they could find.
  
  
  Their luck seemed to change slightly when they started stealing food while in Canalave. The trio was found out by a rather gruff looking man and scurried away as fast as possible but escaping wasn’t much of an option. Not when they were malnourished and strung out from all the running they had been doing previously. Fortunately the man wasn’t aligned with Delta but rather a completely different organization they had only heard bits and pieces about. The man went by the name of Kerrigan, and was one of the top dogs in what remained of Team Rocket.
  
  
  Once again the three were recruited into another organization, but unlike Delta, Rocket wasn’t starbursting pokemon or trying to take over. The remaining members were actually in support of the rebellion. Having no qualms with this the three siblings agreed to work for Kerrigan and help Team Rocket any way they could in taking down Team Delta. They have been working for Rocket for three years. While it was a rough start they have proven to be strong and valuable members, in their own ways.

    Rex is the egg that Delly was able to rescue from their time at Team Delta; the pair work incredibly well together and are very close. Zwellious, and all it's evolutions, are known to be 'hostile', under Delly's care, Rex is quite loving and tame, albeit very protective of his trainer and her family. Delly has taught the Zwellious not to be impulsive; to wait and watch. They spend hours training together, their dedication is incredible.

    During a cave expedition, Delly caught sight of the little Aron and refused to leave unless she caught it. Spike can be very rebellious and sometimes refuses to listen to Delly although he loves her, he can be a bit self-centered and often likes to brag to the other members of the team, but when it really comes down to it he will be by Delly's side 'till the end.

    Screecher was a bit of an exception to the 'evaluation before cute' rule Delly set for herself. Delly immediately fell in love with the fluffy bird Pokemon and chased her around the entire day and used six Pokeballs in total trying to catch her. She refused to give up, and every time the feisty thing refused a Pokeball, Delly would shout, 'This just means I'm destined to catch it!!" Screecher earned her name because of her ear-piercing screech - it could bring you to your knees it was so loud and awful.
