The children of atlas had increased strength, tactical intelligence, haughtiness, and an unusual proficiency with any weapon given to them. Basically the Titan version of Ares and Athena.

Lol naw her jealously over somone else doing magic techy stuff would be to much. She really hates her half siblings likely the most out of all the half bloods she hates which is all of them.

wouldn't he just be learning about the gods and that he isn't fully human or will he be one of those humancentric nihalists?

He knows all about his parentage, but his father had beaten so much as a child that he killed him by screaming and causing a wheat stalk to emerge between his eyes, killing his father. Then monsters started hunting him, and he blames humanity for his life problems. The only reason he'll be where you guys meet up is because he stumbles upon it scrounging for supplies and for something, but he doesn't know what. I'm definitely gonna need you guys to restrain him before you talk to him, because he will likely try to kill you guys on sight. Fortunately for you guys, he hates monsters more than humans.

so he has been surviving constant monster attacks unarmed alone without any guidance for awhile who told him who his mother was gods aren't really allowed to interact much and anyoen that could explain it likely would try to take him to camp halfblood

i mean it is a huge leap to go from i'm a human to i am the child of a fictional diety instead of a mutant or something

He sucks at reading though, thanks to dyslexia and an incomplete education, so he took like half a year to read about Demeter. So that's why he knows about his mother. He also hates people because the pollute so much.

I remember something like that in the first book of percy jackson. The Fury knew who his father was even when he hadn't been claimed.

If it wad as easy as arick half blood in front of monster a lot of the series events would have been prevented. They even have some good monsters at camp that could have just identified the kids then no more unclaimed kids.

Well, I mean he DID throw water in a girls face and Mrs. Dobbs knew, so what can you do with that? Also, my character does use plants to slaughter his enemies, so there's something to be said on that.
