about me
hello there! i'm lola (it/he). i'm 18 and i'm in EST time.
i've roleplayed across many platforms but am a recent omegle refugee (< / 3) and would love to find someone to write with !!
my main interest is death note, specifically near, meronia, and mellomatt (+ all three of them together if the world allows it)

what i'd like to rp
i am looking for a near/mello rp primarily, but i also love writing matt/mello. i mainly muse near and matt and i'm looking for a mello writer !!
i write in multi-paragraph novella form typically (and length obv can vary as scenes change and plot progresses), but i also enjoy short-form text rp (such as the characters texting) sprinkled throughout
plot wise, my main starting points have been
- post-canon where mello and matt live, ranging between the first one-shot and the most recent (with near's long hair) and the implications of these facts
- mello's first reconnection with near, however far along post-c (and whether or not it was planned, whether or not its violent or uncomfortable)
- mello implicates himself in near's scope of investigation again
- suddenly living together because mello needs a hideout.jpg
- etc etc etc...
- wammy's house-age intricate trauma rituals
- the shift from near being an equal to a rival to mello
- coping poorly with fresh trauma and big emotions as tweens
- etc etc etc...
i enjoy heavy rp's, which means they are strictly 18+. i am completely open to content with mature themes, as well as violence and gore (though idk when this would come up lol)
my interpretation of near
an important part of death note to my are my headcanons for near that both correlate to canon traits and extrapolate on my understanding of his background. these are not optional
i should note that i am physically disabled so this reading of near is quite important to me, and i do have experience with the struggles his disabilities give him.
near is a chinese-korean orphan who was born with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy (~waist down), a-hEDS, systemic lupus, albinism, and a facial cleft (lateral tessier cleft 6) from a combination of genetics and environmental factors. for a more in-depth explanation and the assortment of his symptoms click here!
he doesn't walk around much but when he does he uses forearm crutches. he also uses foot braces (AFO's) that counteract dropfoot from cerebral palsy :p
you can choose whether or not you want to integrate this into the rp, but i encourage mello to have complicated feelings about it and using it!
