Basically it takes place 7 years after Light dies. The Death Notes have been returned to the Shinigami, and memory of them has been removed. However, people start dying, this time the innocent.

Who exactly will we be playing as? Will we be playing as canons with some OC's? And if it's OC what will be our roles?

I think we need at least:

• Kira
  
• The Detective
  
• Shinigami
  

:3 the rest could be added? Maybe someone else to work with the detective so it won't be such a lone role?

Interested. I'm excited to be any of those roles. I'd say I'm leaning more towards being a Shinigami if I'm honest. Anyone want my extra death note?

I don't mind being an extra or if there is an opening in those slots :3  So people who know what they want to be, can go first^^

Well don;t forget there can also be multiple people with Death Notes and multiple Shinigamis. Heck, there can even be multiple detectives if you really wanted. I think it'd be cool if we had 1-2 detectives with a few people playing as the police, 1-2 Kiras and 1-2 Shinigami and then maybe the rest can be whoever they want. (Innocents, criminals like Mellow, secret government people, Kira followers: you name it). That's what I'd say at least. Too few and people would feel restricted in role choice, too many roles and the rp would get ridiculous.

Yeah, but first we need those three and then build around it  if we only have kiras or shinigamis, we can't really start Which is why I can wait and fill what is needed :3

If we really needed, And if the owner approves the roles, I wouldn't mind being a detective.

Well yeah, that's a given. The only thing that makes me sad is that I think this will be done thread-style and without a hosted project.

Meh, this can definitely be done without a hosted project format. I just think that if we have people allowed detective roles, there should be no 'o i am exactwy wike l and near imma from the whammy house11!!1' kind of ones, since that would just get old very quickly, and wouldn't be fun to have.

Yeah, I'd support that. Only OCs that are actually original. Like my Shinigami character would defo contrast to previously seen ones with what I'm planning. : D


Great, now all I need is someone to pledge their soul to me and we can get to the killing as soon as this launches!
