What's a Reaper's Tool? Is it like in Black Butler?
If so what forms can they take?

A reaper's tool is a bladed weapon, made from enchanted silver. It usually is some manner of archaic weapon or implements as those can be useful in combat if reaping goes south.

I have a few questions, is there a general age range you want characters to be in? Are you wanting realistic appearance photos, semi-realistic, cartoon/anime, any of the above? And lastly, I'm assuming that the uniform is what they are wearing when they are reaping souls, or is it more like their general attire?

Also, OMG. I was looking for a long past character I had because I thought she would fit for this and I found that the character I was looking for was actually used in this roleplay in 2017. I may just do an update of her character sheet and use her again.

I usually do anime, especially for this fantasy stuff, but if you want to use a different style of image I won't bother you about it so long as it's not too different from everyone else's. The uniform is a formal outfit in black and white that you'll wear while on the job, which is pretty much 24/7.
