However, no field is more organized in the employment of SUpers than Law Enforcement, particularly the FBI. These girls are heavily trained and placed in their proper positions in the organization to maximize their potential. These officers existed before the Yuri Bros, and their effectiveness was a factor in Fuego’s pitch to the Government being approved.[/SIZE]

Cara stands at around 5'9, but with her heeled boots, she's at a 5'11. The picture is with her uniform that she wears to work. She has dirty blonde hair that goes up to her lower back as well as light blue eyes. Her complexion is pale and she's busty as hell. However, due to her training, she's chock full of muscle. Her goggles are wrapped around her head with her speakers. Her parachute and other equipment are scattered all around her back and her belt. Her hair isn't always down, it's in a ponytail. The only reason why her uniform isn't what pilots normally wear is because it's tailored for all kinds of combat air and land, super or human.

Powers and Abilities:

- All Seeing Eye: Her eyes are enhanced, allowing her to see longer distances than normal. She's also able to spot an individual rather easily using her eyesight as quickly as an average tracker. Her eyes also allow her to spot things even from high in the air.

- She has the ability to fly most forms of aircraft.

- Has trained many years with combat, more specifically hand in hand. Her muscles and physical capabilities are police-trained and ready to fight bby.

Weapons and Equipment:
- Her goggles protect her eyes from the elements as well as her bodysuit w/boots.

- Multiple forms of aircraft with weapons attached.

- Parachutes

- Tasers

- Multiple guns and SWAT shields on hand for combat.

- Fireproof gloves and handcuffs

- She's human, obviously

- Her eyes are super sensitive, so she prefers to protect them whenever it's possible.

Appearance:

Vivian stands at around 5'9. Without her gigantic fists, she has a pale complexion, complete with long pink hair and those eyes that seem to change colour under certain lighting. It can go from a light blue to a deep indigo, but in most lighting it's just described as indigo. A button nose and just a total baby face, she looks young as hell, but Vi swears she's 32. Her hair is shaved on one side and asymmetrical. Like her coworker Cassidy, she's also quite busty. She is wearing a standard uniform, obviously and her fists cheekily have her badge on them as well as built in police sirens. She has an athletic build.

Powers and Abilities:

- Super Strength: Vi's superpower is that she can lift things more than 20x her weight. This means that she can lift cars and toss them around like toys. She can break chains or anything that binds her wrists together. Her fists are heavy as hell and her superpower simply makes it easier to carry such items despite her size.

- Technological Brilliance: Man, man, man, what can I say about her fists? Yes, she's made them all herself and knows how to make about a million of these if she really wanted to. If it's one thing Vivi loves more than crimefighting, it's tinkering around with tech. She's pretty good at it. The metal is practically bulletproof and can act as a shield for defensive but also as a big punching machine for offensive. Vivian can also lift things much easier using her fists and can even control her Super ability much better with technological aid. Even better, it weighs around 1 ton each, making her probably one of the only people that can properly wield such a weapon.

- Police Trained: Her training makes her much stronger and more athletic than a regular human. Without the whole super-strength thing.

Weaknesses:

- She is only human with regular human weaknesses.

- Even though she is very strong, it doesn't make her any less susceptible to bullets or any other weapons. She still bleeds like everyone else.

With the Yuri Police Force AKA the FBI. Unlike regular policemen, Vivi's jobs are much more high risk as well as more dangerous. Like, much more dangerous. Coworkers with Cara Cassidy.

Candy sports a sharp toothy grin and bright purple, almost hot pink eyes with rings within her irises. Her voice is quite shrill, much like a stereotypical witch.[/SIZE]

Think Supersonic from Pokemon. They don't actually hurt you, but they can severely disorient you. It starts with dizziness and can escalate to such a severe form of disorientation that chances are you will vomit and lose your sense of self.[/SIZE]

Candy can be unnecessarily cruel and erratic so she's typically not allowed to do things alone, lest her target mysteriously end up dead. [/SIZE]

Whereas Cassidy is a dutiful good girl, and Candy finds that to be just the cutest thing. So naturally, she teases the pilot quite a bit. [/SIZE]
