Alrighty! Let's get started.
You have a high school roleplay which is the most common roleplay on this site. It's going to be a little hard to make it "different." But will a little bit of creative thinking, you can produce the coolest high school RP ever. I want this RP to reflect what you like, not what I like so I'm going to ask you a series of questions and then together we'll take your answers and form ideas for your roleplay.
First few questions:
What do you like to do in school?
What is something you want to do before you graduate?
What is your favorite movie genre?
What's your favorite subject?
What is your dream high school like?

Okay so I'll answer:
1. I spend a lot of time in the performing arts area of my school. Most of the time in the music half but sometimes I venture out into the drama side.
2. I really wanna cut class and let myself lose my temper at my math teacher,
3. Hmm that's tough. I like comedies like The Wolf Of Wall Street and The Hangover series.
4. Music!
5. I'd have to say it'd be based around music and drama.

It sound like your RP should be one that's about the school's arts program and the roleplay characters would be characters that are getting published for doing something wrong.
From there I'd say these characters would have to work together to put on a flawless arts festival fundraiser to save the school's arts program. But I want to hear what ideas you have.
