Jessica Garcia !

Saint I'm a sinner, prize I'm a winner, and its you, what did I do to deserve that?
SURE THING
Jessica strutted through the halls of Hogwarts, side by side with Alex Jones. The two shot glares at anyone who passed them by, well, the Gryffindors anyway. They made sure to grin at the Slytherin students, much kinder to them. They'd been tormenting the school ever since they got together, and had been a power couple.

Definitely not a good type of power, though. Jess had been on a power trip, and she'd definitely been a bitch. Skipping classes, sneaking out of the girls' room at night, all of the above. If you could think of something you shouldn't be doing, best believe Jess was doing it.

As they walked, Jess caught a glimpse of one of the people she hated most out of everyone. Harry Potter. He'd always gotten on her nerves. Why? She didn't see why everyone thought he was so important, why he got so much attention. He was just a preppy, goody-two-shoes in her eyes, and always would be. So, as her eyes met his, Jess made sure to give him a very sassy look, one that told him just how much she didn't like him.

draco.
Draco made his way out of the common room and through the castle to his next class. He had his posse, Crabbe and Goyle, behind him, whispering aimlessly among themselves about who knows what. He had other things on his mind, more important things. Like... I dunno, how he was gonna torment the younger students this week. Yes, that was definitely important, the most important thing he had actually.

He was pulled from his thoughts when he recklessly walked straight into another of his friends, Cassandra. Irritated, he rolled his eyes. "God, Cass, watch where you're going," he spat at her, continuing on his way to his next class. Yes, the two of them were friends, but he was in a mood today. He hadn't slept the night before, too busy studying.

Draco knew he'd regret speaking so harshly at Cass later on in the day, once he realized, or if she said anything about it to him. But as of right this second? He was focusing on putting one foot in front of the other and making his way to this damn class. He needed to sit down before he fell out. Draco pushed himself too hard in his classes, and he knew that, but it was neccessary. He had to do it for his father. He looked back at Cass, giving her a SLIGHTLY apologetic smile.

HARRY POTTER
Harry was getting his stuff from his locker, casually trying to be nice and saying 'Hi' to those who passed him. His eyes turned from the people who passed to his books trying to get all of them without it falling from his hand. He brushed his hair out of his eye sight and closed his locker walking to class, as always, to be the first.

As he was walking to class, He passed Jessica and Alex who were glaring at him. He knew they always did that but didn't mind since if he argued about it. He will just be wasting his time so he shrugged it off and walked to his class.

CASSANDRA JONES
CJ was walking to class and also texting Ever since last week, she developed feelings for her childhood best friend; Draco Malfoy which is something nobody will ever feel for him but she didn't care as long as she loved him and they were friends. Draco was always so nice to her when he had the time.

Suddenly, she bumped in Draco, speaking of the devil, and as he talked and walked away, she rolled her eyes clearly nothing the sleep in his eyes and how he gave her a slight apologetic smile. She walked up to him and patted his shoulder," You know... If you need help with your Studying, Could've called and I would have helped you, not you being a sleep deprived monster." She said half teasingly and half seriously.

Jess smirked as she saw the look on Harry's face as she glared at him. She enjoyed how she knew it felt to be glared at. She got to the classroom, the feeling still keeping her happy. "What're you so smiley about?" Alex asked, elbowing her gently. Not enough to hurt her, just to get her attention.

"Oh, nothing much, just thinking about the look on Harry's face," Jess responded, the smirk that had slightly disappeared now returning to her face. Alex rolled his eyes, clearly annoyed by how much Jess seemed to be thinking about Potter. It got on his nerves. He'd say something about it later, once they were alone, away from prying eyes. Once he could get his thoughts out fully.

Jess didn't let his look get to her though, she just sat down, getting her things set up for class, wondering what was going on in Alex's head. She knew they'd have a fight about this later.

Draco Malfoy
Draco stopped walking to wait for CJ to catch up to him, rolling his eyes again at the remark. "Oh shut up, Cass. I'm a big boy, and I can study by myself. Not to mention, I'm not your problem. I can handle myself," he said, speaking a bit quieter than normal. He kept focusing on making his way to class. On his steps. Left. Right. Left. Right. Right... Dammit.

He almost tripped over his own feet, too tired to be awake. "Ugh," he muttered to himself, continuing on the way to class. He heard a few snickers through the hallway. Draco would deal with them later, too tired to handle the idiots right now. He went back to focusing on moving his feet, not gonna trip anymore.

HARRY POTTER
He got to class, early as possible, setting his books and writing materials down preparing for the day. As he waited for his class to start. He brought out a book and started to read it, leaving some mental notes here and there.

Harry got bored of reading and dropped his head down on the table making him drop the book on the table as he closed his eyes but didn't sleep of.

CASSANDRA JONES
She watched Draco walk off and she groaned in frustration. He's gonna regret this. She hummed going to her locker to get her books and stuff from it before putting them in her bag and following the hallway to her first class.

CJ glanced around and saw that a few people were already in class but no teacher was there so she still had time to read a few books before the actual lesson starts.

At the end of the day, Jess was exhausted from the amount of knowledge stuffed into her brain. It had been class after class, and the only time she had between classes, she spent studying and doing homework. She met Alex out in the courtyard for their usual afterschool hangout/homework session. The only other person she saw out there was Harry. Great. She and Alex were sure to have a fight, and the one person she didn't want to be around was going to witness it.

"So... what's up with you and that dude?" Alex asked her, crossing his arms. "Nothing... I don't like him," Jess rolled her eyes. The two of them went back and forth for a while, Alex yelling at Jess, Jess defending herself, and whatnot. After about 20 minutes, Jess was in tears, and Alex was telling her how done he was. So, he grabbed his stuff, leaving her crying on a bench.

Draco Malfoy
By the end of the day, Draco was in a much better mood. He had the chance to sleep during Potions, since Professor Snape liked him so much. Plus, with the amount of studying and work he'd done the previous night, he had time during every break and lunch to sleep. It really helped him, and of course, unlike most things he'd done, he began to regret what he said to Cass earlier.

"I should probably say sorry..." Draco muttered to himself as he packed his stuff up at the end of his last class. He picked his bag up and walked through the castle, looking for Cassandra so that he could apologize for how harsh and rude he was earlier. And, if he saw any of the people who snickered at him earlier, he made sure they knew not to do THAT again.

Harry Potter
He had come to the courtyard to do some homework but didn't go to his dorm since it was kind of noisy and his dormmates didn't even help the case get better. So he decided to come here, As he was here, He heard Alex and Jessica fighting and that made him look up and was shocked that the power couple were actually fighting. He wanted to come and comfort Jessica but he needed Alex to leave. As in cue, Alex left leaving her to cry on the bench.

Harry quickly stood up from his bench and went to sit next to Jessica and pats her back comfortingly, "Hey...Jess. Shhhh, it's going to be just fine," He said comfortingly and starts muttering some nice and calming words into her ear.

Cassandra Jones
CJ was sitting by herself in an empty classroom that the door was open. She was writing down things in her jotter. Her mood was spoilt since morning because of her Draco Incident. That's what she was going to call it. She didn't hate him or anything and understood the he was stressed and all so she was just there, studying, basically.

Her eyes wandered outside seeing that Draco was looking for her and she smirked and rolled her eyes trying to look busy so he might not come here but he did.

Jessica Garcia
Jessica didn't even care that it was the person she hated most comforting her, she needed comforting, and Harry was the only one there. She clung to him, crying into his shirt. Well, for a solid minute anyway, before she realized how stupid she most definitely looked. She pulled away from him, wiping the mascara marks from her cheeks.

"Sorry... I didn't mean to do that..." Jess mumbled, packing her homework stuff up and grabbing her bag, getting ready to leave him on the bench. She didn't want to be a bother even more than she had been.

Draco Malfoy
Draco spotted Cassie sitting in an empty classroom. He walked in, sitting next to her. Apologizing wasn't exactly Draco's forte, and everyone knew it. He put is stuff down and poked her gently. He knew he already had her attention, but he felt awkward, and he did stupid things when he felt awkward. "Hey Cass? I'm sorry about this morning... I didn't mean to be so harsh, I'm just tired, is all..." he apologized, turning to face her in his seat.

"It won't happen again... I'm sorry," he repeated. Draco wasn't the most apologetic, and he wouldn't be apologizing if Cassie didn't mean as much to him as she did. He sat silently, waiting for her response, and slightly nervous she wouldn't forgive him.

Harry Potter
Harry shook his head and brought her back down to the bench, "It's fine, really. I was helping you, I don't want you to cry," He said wiping the tears of her face with a napkin.

He smiled gently at her so that she won't go and he gave her a juice box that he took from lunch since he couldn't finish his food but forgot about it until this very moment.

Cassandra Jones
CJ turned and grinned, "Yeah I know. It's fine, Draco." She hummed accepting his apology, she's not the kind of person who keeps grudges, knowing it might affect her mental health.

"It's not your fault that your father is stressing you with studying. If you ever need help with studying, just come to me," She advised again knowing this time, he might listen to her since he's in a 'sorry' mode.

Jessica Garcia
Jess rolled her eyes when he gave her the juice box, still sniffling, but putting her tough facade back up. She couldn't let him know that she really needed this, that she needed a hug.

"I don't need your juice boxes, Potter," Jess hissed at him, going to get up again.

Draco Malfoy
Draco nodded, "Yeah... I will. I guess I just thought I'd be fine. And its not that I need help studying, I just need to not study as much, you know?" He tried to elaborate his thoughts to her, making what happened in his mind come out in words.

He knew he didn't need to study as much as he did, but he had to for his father.
