  hey y'all! this is going to be a disorganized, messy little call for more rp partners because i've been watching house of the dragon and the fantasy brainrot is really starting to get to me... i am really craving to write something inspired by it!
  
  first off... hello everyone! i'm art or sonia, she/her pronouns, and i'm 20 years old. i will be 21 in early september if that matters to anyone. i'm a university student on the pre-health track so once my classes begin, i might get a little slower with writing due to classes and clubs. however, i am the type of person who adores gushing about plots, ocs, and anything else that has to do with our stories. you want someone to obsess with?? someone who likes making pinterest boards and sending memes relating to our characters?? someone you just want to be friends with and talk to?? i'm your girl. and i love (and highly prefer) receiving the same energy!
  
  in terms of writing, i write multipara (~500 words), and how fast i write is really dependent on my schedule and how enthusiastic i am about the rp. if i'm really excited about our rp, i likely will be writing fast. i'm also extremely sapphic and don't care for writing heterosexual ships or mxm. so, i am only looking for lesbian / fxf / fxnb pairings. anything sapphic!
  
  here's just a couple of things i'd like to address first.
  1.) be 18+.
  2.) be open to using realistic faceclaims
  3.) please write a similar amount that i do. ~400 words at least, i like details!
  4.) i'm ghost-friendly. if you want to jump ship without telling me, i don't really care
  5.) please be patient with me. i honestly get randomly busy a lot, so it can take me a bit to write sometimes. however, if we get along well ooc, i love talking and will always be open to headcanons and discussing in the meantime!!

  so i don't have anything super fleshed out -- that's something i hope we work on together. but i'd like to say that i'm only looking for plots with original characters. additionally, i don't care whether or not you're actually familiar with hotd, hence why my thread is only asking for something hotd inspired. i just want a cool fantasy rp with similar themes!
  
  ♡ anything to do with dragon riders. if we want to go with something simple, maybe a dragon riding academy of some sort that our characters attend? i like to think that the school is very selective about who is able to attend, and they have to pass a number of trials to even be considered worthy of officially becoming a dragon rider.
  
  ♡ lesbian situationship so bad you start an entire war over it. yes i'm talking about something with a similar vibe to rhaenicent. give me the best friends to enemies to lovers. people who have a past history and have loved each other on different sides of a war. them trying to meet in the middle with the goal of achieving some peace but it doesn't really cut out. there's a lot of routes we could go with this!
  
  ♡ something that's flat out taken from game of thrones/house of the dragon. i have never written anything in the "a song of ice and fire" universe but i am willing to do lots of googling to devise something fun. we can make our own characters who belong to the different houses... and you can feel free to correct me if i get anything wrong because that will absolutely be happening. or we could make our own fantasy world with a bunch of different houses. i just like the politics and the drama between the families tbh.
  
  ♡ this literally has nothing to do with hotd/got but pirates. i always love the idea of pirates. and there are many routes we can go again with this. a runaway princess finding themselves aboard the crew of an infamous ship?? an infamous pirate captain teaming up with an overlooked princess in order to control the seas?? rivaling pirate captains who may have some past history/weird tension?? honestly i don't care. we can figure it out.
  
  ♡ a queen and an advisor/protector of some sort that they're suspiciously close to during a time of war. maybe another dragon rider? i like the idea that there's a certain noble family (kind of like the targaryens/velaryons in hotd) and only people within the bloodline are capable of communicating with dragons. and that includes bastard children. maybe they were treated horribly as a bastard and the country they're from is. not that great. but a dragon has taken to them because they do have some noble blood, and they seek out the aid of the queen. i'm thinking the dragon's former rider died. the dragon seeks out the bastard child who is reminiscent of their older rider. bastard child realizes that no, the dragon likes them and is not trying to eat them. their bloodthirsty family members come for the bastard and want to kill them because why is a bastard deserving of a dragon??? bastard runs away with the dragon and seeks the protection of the other country's queen in exchange for whatever support their dragon can provide.
  
  ♡ some world where dragons are very rare and being a dragon rider is considered honorable. they probably work alongside the royal family and aid in their protection/assist with any military purposes. maybe one character is a dragon rider who is escorting a queen during a dangerous time. maybe both of our characters are dragon riders who meet shortly before battle because the countries that they are from have an alliance. we can think more about it... i'm just thinking cool, experienced dragon riders who are very valued and honored in their society.
