Cydonia Juvenile Correctional Facility is home to several juveniles that have been warded to the state and/or committed crimes, ranging from small offenses such a thievery and drug offenses up to large criminal offenses such as murder and arson.
These juveniles range from the ages of 10 to 21. The facility sits on 408 acres of grasslands, surrounding in 17 foot high fences topped off with two layers of barbed wire and the fences go at least 10 feet into the ground to avoid the facilities inhabitants from digging underneath the fences. Aside from the barbed wire fences, the facility looks like a normal, large boarding school. Aside from a couple somewhat fairly sized factories, farms, and greenhouses, and sniper towers in every corner of the fencing and two by the electronic gate entrance, the facility is generally just a boarding school. The facility grows its own crops, milks its own cows and generally makes all their own food. Aside from butchering animals to achieve the meat, juveniles in the facility do everything themselves with a teacher and a couple guards watching over them. There are two very large dorm buildings and a large educational center planted right smack in the middle of the fenced off area. Teachers and guards are usually the only ones allowed in and out of the facility. Occasionally, the supervisors will allow visitors into the facility to see their friends, or sometimes even family. Visitors are allowed to bring gifts but the gifts must be searched thoroughly and are limited on what can and cannot be brought inside the facility. Juveniles are given some freedoms, such as being allowed to walk around on their own, depending on their offense or how their behavior has been within the past weeks or month. Juveniles are encouraged to speak up about their feelings and most juveniles are forced to have therapy at least once a month, sometimes more depending on their mental state.

Carina murdered her 4 of her classmates and nearly killed a fifth classmate for bullying her. Carina was also caught with drugs and the murder weapon at the scene, and when they tried to put her into custody she attacked an officer and critically injured him. No one believes her side of the story. When she was in custody, she confessed to killing her dog and liking before this, but she only remembers what lead up to it, and the body after it happened. She doesn't remember anything in between. Carina also had a couple run ins with the police between all of these situations where she was fined for drug possession

Carina grew up in a rich neighborhood where she never had to worry about struggling in life. Carina was spoiled rotten by her mother and father and being the youngest in the family, she got everything she ever wanted. Carina never had to beg for anything from her family. All she had to do was point at it, and she had it. But her family only bought her everything she wanted to keep Carina out of their way. Carina rarely spent time with her family, and when she did, it was at formal family events, where she was forced to act normal and like the rest of the adults. She was never allowed to run around and play, she was forced to stay in her room and play quietly while mommy and daddy did whatever business they were doing. Carina's mother was a tattoo artist, and a stripper. Her dad was the owner of a multibillion dollar business. Carina had very few friends and went to a private school and was bullied endlessly. The only friends Carina could make at all were poor and as soon as her parents found out, Carina was shooed away into the house and beaten for even thinking about being a poor person's friend. This caused Carina to bottle up her emotions and become very resentful to the rest of the world. Carina became very violent and depressed and was constantly causing scenes in front of her parents and embarrassing them. Carina would get several beatings a day, just for having emotions. She would get beaten and then locked in her room with little to no food and hidden away from the rest of the family. Eventually, just to be able to eat and socialize, Carina learned to put up a fake front so she wasn't forced to hide away. She became just a snobby and stuck up as the rest of her family, and at first, it was only in front of them, but eventually, it took hold of her and that became who Carina was. Carina's true self only came out when she met her best friend, Lea, at school. Lea was also bullied, and Carina's family actually allowed Carina to be around Lea. Lea was the first person to actually understand Carina, and be there for her. Carina and Lea were inseparable. Carina began to develop feelings for Lea, and Lea became Carina's first love, and first partner at 14. Carina and Lea dated up until the murder and when Lea found out, she couldn't even look at Carina. And the fifth classmate had told the police that him and his friends weren't trying to do anything to Carina, and said Carina just went crazy because they said something about her girlfriend. Before they sent Carina away, they allowed to have one last interaction with Lea and Carina's family. When Lea came to see Carina, she claimed that Carina had embarrassed her for life, and now her family hates her. Lea gave Carina one last kiss and told her that when she gets out, not to come find her, that she was done with her. And Carina's family hugged her and cried with her for the first time in her life. It was also the first time Carina had heard anyone in her family say they loved her.

Ixora ran away, and when she was found, she was under the influence of several drugs, and she was caught smoking and drinking shortly after this incident and neither her or her parents could pay the large fines, so they sent her here but when they tried to put her into custody to transport her, she attacked the officer with a pair small but sharp scissors she had hidden in her shirt and threw rocks and stones at the other officers. Her parents and two officers had to hold her down in order for them to get cuffs on her.

Ixora stands at a height of 5'3'' and weighs around 110 lbs. Ixora has a very small, fragile looking frame with purple ombre hair that falls down to her mid back. She has very light greenish grey eyes and fairly pale skin.
