A couple of ships could be seen in the sky, flying to a close city in the middle of a wasteland. Charlie stared at the horrid wasteland he was traveling trough. He was in one of the ships that were flying in the sky. He sighted and kept staring trough out the wasteland. A loud voice informed him that they're getting close to the city. For a short moment, Charlie smiled then turned his head and stared at the city, showing in his path. " It's huge ! " Charlie thought. Suddenly, Charlie heard an explosion. One of the three ships, that was of a bigger size, caught fire. It shortly turned , crashing into the ship Charlie was into. As the ships were crashing into each other, he looked for a way out. Suddenly, an explosion pushed Charlie off the ship. As he was falling down, Charlie saw the ships crashing into each other and exploding. He then landed. Charlie woke up. He noticed his face was full of scratches and wounds. Charlie got up and started limping to the city. As he arrives, he grabs one of the policemen in the street and mumbles something. The policeman holds him and calls for a rescue team and a couple of ambulances. He lays Charlie down onto a bench. While waiting for the ambulance, the policeman proceeds to ask him some questions. [ All the people walking around stared at Charlie and the cops as a policeman was asking him questions. ]

[The cop was asking many questions while medics arrived in a van]
The cop: Citizen, what is your ID number?
[The medics walked over to the man while carrying stilts, they waited for a response from the man]
After hearing the commotion outside John put down his mug stood up and while slightly smirking walked outside of the Cafe and looked over to the man afterwards looking at his hover car that had some stains from the injured man. John sighed and took one more look at the man and then said "Can't you see that he is a wastelander?"
The cop replied "Oh...Right..." as he took out a pair of handcuffs and then put them on the man while radioing in "I got a unregistered one at the Wasted Bee cafe."
He received a response "Copy that, backup will arrive soon to take him to the station."
The cop looked over at John and asked "So uh...he is going to need someone else if he is to stay here..."
John replied "I know...I will think about it he looks useful, might be worth the trouble"
afterwards John walked over to his hover car and said "Notify me when he is stable..." then he opened the car's door and sat inside while closing the door and putting on the seatbelt. John turned on his hover car and began to fly to his apartment as he had a cat to feed. When John got to his garage he flew inside it and parked his hover car there as he turned it off and got out of it looking at his bike before heading up to his apartment.

Charlie was sitting down, silently waiting for the cop car to arrive.
[ The cops grabbed Charlie and placed him inside the car ]
Charlie looked out the window. There were huge buildings, skyscrapers, tons of stations. The city had everything it needed for survival. As they arrive to the police station, Charlie is knocked down unconscious. He heard a couple of words, then closed his eyes.
[ The cops tied him as one of the policemen said " Sorry pal, it's just for safety... " then proceeded to carry him to his cell. As they get there, they throw Charlie on the ground with disgust as one of the policemen starts guarding the cell. Two medics were waiting for Charlie in the cell. The guard closes the cell door and stares at the men inside as the medics proceed on healing all the wounds Charlie had. As the medics proceed the guard starts talking: "How can you heal this, horrid wastelander ? He's just a dirty, useless bum that will anyways end up in jail again. If you don't believe me, you'll see. "
One of the medics replies the guard: " It's our job to help people. He's still human, like we are. We must help our own kind. Just give him a chance, he might be different. "
The Guard: " Yeah, sure. Just another waste of space in our city that will have to be taken care of..." The guard then proceeds on patrolling the area. ]
As Charlie wakes up, he notices he's been bandaged. He grabs a small bag under his bed and checks inside it. " They took my gear... " . Charlie then tried to get up , yet he fails, falling of the bed. On a closer inspection, the bed looks like an old, metal bed type, full of rust. He then takes a look around the room. Everything was dirty and old. It doesn't look like the city he's been into a couple of hours ago...
[ The guard was holding a radio in his left hand. It slowly started beeping. The guard presses a button on the small thing and suddenly sounds start coming from it. The guard listens to it a little then proceeds saying " Yes, sir ! " and opening my cell. "It's your lucky day ! " he said on a loud, clear voice tone. "The guy before ? He'll visit you and choose if he'll keep you or leave you here to rot. He's your only hope, pal. " The guard then proceeds on closing the cell door and walking away. ]
Charlie laid down in the old, rusty bed and shortly fell asleep, waiting for the stranger to come visit him...

[A guard walked into the cell as he said while holding a stun baton "Follow me waster!" after that he began escorting him through the halls to a interrogation room where there was a metal table and a chair next to it, there was a PDA a modern phone and a citizen ID card with the picture of Charlie and a keycard with "CRYPO-HOUSING" written on it, you could hear a man say something from the speakers "Sit down and take that please, answers my questions truthfully" after Charlie sat down the man began to question him afterwards a guard coming in and escorting Charlie to the locker room where his gear was, after Charlie picked up his gear he was escorted out of the station and given a key, the key had some symbols on it, you could see the exact symbols on a bike parked on the sidewalk]

Oliver was getting ready to leave his apartment when he heard some chatter on his police scanner, although, it hardly worked half the time. Getting out of his apartment, he got on his bike, turning the key and turning it on, cruising away with great speed, he was leaving the city to the wasteland to go visit a person of interest. A contact more or less that could help fix the stupid police scanner, as Oliver didn't have the time nor the means to fix it. Speeding through the streets he spotted a interesting bike on the sidewalk outside the police precinct. Oliver slowed down and began to observe the bike, impressed by it. (( I really don't know where to begin so I'm pulling ideas from a hat... ))

An officer patrolling near the station looked over at Oliver and said "Move along! Not your damn business!" after that he looked down at his PDA as he tapped on it and continuing doing what he was doing before. (@Maikeru )

Oliver smiled and looked at the officer and nodded, driving past and stopping at the corner he kept the bike running and tapped the side of his biker helmet, entering into a rangefinder mode. Zooming in he observed the bike and the officer, curious on how he could enter the police station. Clearly altering his plans he decided to break in and steal a police radio, rather than pay to have his scanner fixed. One or the other, it'll be a pain in the ass. Turning off the bike, he lifted his helmet off and placed it on the bike. A cybernetic implant in Oliver's eye is then accessed, activating the nano suit. Oliver then crossed the street to the entrance the officer was patrolling near, soon after a bit of walking, he made it quite close to the officer before he turned and stared and Oliver for awhile.
The staring contest was broken up by the officer looking at Oliver and raising a hand up and his other hand on his handgun. After noticing the magnum on Oliver's side he quickly drew his handgun saying, "Put your hands upon your head, any sudden movements will be met with deadly force.
Oliver smiled and said, "I hope so." and the suit then activated armouring mode and Oliver drew his revolver and shot the officer in the chest, a hit that would surely wound him, but wouldn't kill him. Oliver then received a shot from the officer, but the bullet's impact was absorbed and the bullet crumpled up and fell aside. Soon after the suit went back to normal mode after he placed a tracker on the unusual and quite marvelous bike.

he then replied "I have been shot by someone outside the station"
the same voice was once again heard "Copy that, sending in reinforcements."
Units began rushing out of the station as well as few SWAT units as they raised their guns aiming at Oliver as they said "Put your god damn weapon!" they stared at Oliver waiting for any sudden movements.

Oliver activated the armouring mode again, battery charge only at 80%, he then booted the entrance of the police station down and charged in, sending the door open with a large dent into it. He hurried in, surely being shot at several times, all the bullets being deflected. Oliver monitored the suits vitals and saw no real problems. This was mostly a test run as well for the suit. He could of went in quietly, but he wouldn't of been able to test the suit out too well if he had. Walking in he hand revolver in his right hand and kabar in his left. Quickly he looked around and saw a entrance desk and hurried to it, officers firing at him as he walked forwards. Oliver aimed at them and shot both of them, again, non lethal shots. Oliver then goes back into normal mode to let the suit charge up a bit, then putting several hidden cameras in the area while the officers were unconscious. Afterwards Oliver began to suspect that the SWAT members were going to breach soon, Oliver crouched down and looked up, leaping up in one big charge through the ceiling and activated armouring and used the suits strength to burst through.

A voice came from the officers radio "God dammit! Get someone to fix the building!" afterwards the officers began to clean up the damage and then eventually return to their posts somewhat annoyed some medics arrived to treat the wounded officers afterwards driving them to the hospital. Detectives began looking through their files to see who the man was yet they found only little info. Officers walked out of the station and began to go on a patrol through the streets.

Charlie saw what happened in the office. He slowly proceeded to the bike. He was ready to follow Oliver. Charlie pressed a button, activating his X-Ray vision. A small holographic image appeared in front of the right eye. Charlie was scanning around the area to look for Oliver. As he was waiting, Charlie walked around and asked some officers about what happened. He kept an eye around , in case he would spot something. As he heard about a police scanner being stolen, Charlie asked for it's Fabrication ID. He then proceeded to get a small tablet out and write it in the mini map. As a flashing image appeared, Charlie ran to his bike, turned the key in the ignition and started it. He then proceeded to follow Oliver.

Oliver began to climb upon roof tops, and leaped down with cloaking enabled and maximum power to stick the landing without injury, he then remove the suit with the implant in his eye and the suit then returns to the rings on each hand. He then got back on his bike in regular clothing and sped away, after he activated all the equipment he placed and headed back home with the police scanner.
Oliver looked in his helmets HUD display that the tracker he had placed began to move, seemingly in his direction, Oliver dismissed the idea for a moment, but kept his revolver at his waist just for insurance. The kabar he had was equipped to Oliver's forearm and could be quickly unequipped. As he watched the figure move he noticed it was headed towards Oliver, so he cranked the throttle and shifted into high gear and sped quickly. Weaving and moving by the cars and trucks around him, he was trying to keep distance and take apart the police scanner to quickly remove the parts he needed and discard it, but driving at the same time caused problems with that.

As he saw the target is escaping, Charlie cranked the throttle and shifted into high gear, speeding quickly. As he notices some ramps across the streets, Charlie speeds up as fast as he can and uses the ramp to quickly climb up a small building. As he flied for a couple a seconds, Charlie lands on the building. He proceeds with chasing Oliver. He jumps off the building, landing on another one. In a couple of minutes, Charlie rode from building to building until he landed right next to Oliver. " Stop ! " He would scream with a robotic, male voice.

Oliver looks over and smirks behind his helmet and says, "Why might I do that for?", Oliver kept riding in a high gear and turned off into a alley and quickly activated his suit, getting off his bike and waiting for Charlie to enter the alley, Oliver was curious about what Charlie might want, but had no intention of hurting him. It was curiosity that made Oliver stop mostly, but the suit was activated for insurances.

John looked over to his TV and then got his remote and turned it on and began to watch the news after seeing the armored man on the TV he said to himself "I need new armor" afterwards he turned the TV off and then walked down to his garage and got in his hover car afterwards flying to his workshop and parking in its garage and then walking up to the workshop to begin his work on new armor. While sending a message to Charlie's PDA "Go to this address." an address being displayed on the PDA.
John said "Time for work" as a grin appeared on his face.
He began to do a lot of stuff as he constructed an armored suit after that he looked at it and giggled "This is going to be fun"

He grabbed his PDA and sent him a message " I need your help . Follow me on the mini map. I'm after the armored man. " . Then proceed into the alley. He got off the bike and took a look around. He then activates X-Ray and looks around for Oliver. Charlie had his right hand placed on the sword . He was ready for anything that could happen. " Show up ! I know you're here ! " on the same robotic, male voice from before.

Oliver uncloaked himself and said, "I should add some upgrades to suit eventually, to stop that x ray, or infrared sensors to make me virtually even more invisible.", he continued the conversation, "Anyways, what do you need?", Oliver observed the persons movements, cautious seemingly, ready to draw sword and everything. Oliver placed both hands on his hips and waits for an answer.

John smiled and then got suited up into his armor making sure everything works and then enabled his custom made HUD afterwards he opened a window and jumped out as he turned on his jets built in his boots as he began to fly where the marker on his HUD lead him after a moment he landed near Charlie as he said "That was a blast! Oh hey my name is John."

Oliver nodded, and proceeded to take the mans hand into a hand shake and nodded, "Help with what?", Oliver stood by and waited for what the man had to say with even more curiosity, what exactly did he need?
