That sounds like a perfectly fine thing to do if you'd like the other participants and the GM to take a look firstHonestly, might be a bit out of my depth here. Most of my knowledge is from the 2077 video game, YouTube videos, and the wiki page. So most of what I will write will be based more on the 2077 lore.
Could I post what I have so far for my character and update it afterwards or would you prefer to have a fully-fledged character sheet first?
At a glance, it seems fine! While there's a lot, it's not what I would consider too much. Makes sense for a smooth operator.StormWolf posted my CS, let me know how it fits and if you think the dates don't add up.
Gear and cyberware might be a bit much, but I figure it was better to ask for a lot and pare down if requested, rather than think too small to start off.
Most of the stuff is based on descriptions from the 2020 and RED books,so it might seem "older" than stuff that would be available in 2077-2099.
Yeah, you can post a WIP and fine tune it. I'll probably close registration in a week and a half-ish.Honestly, might be a bit out of my depth here. Most of my knowledge is from the 2077 video game, YouTube videos, and the wiki page. So most of what I will write will be based more on the 2077 lore.

Ok, cool. Thank you! I just wanna put him there before entries close.Yeah, you can post a WIP and fine tune it. I'll probably close registration in a week and a half-ish.
But don't feel intimidated if you only know edgerunners/2077. That is my entire in-person cyberpunk tabletop group for the last year. Cyberpunk is an iceberg
There is, but not till after Halloween. There's time. I haven't had time to really go over submission so far, myself. Going to do that todayHey StormWolf is there a set deadline for the character sheets?
I was busy over the weekend so I wasn't able to get a writing session in.
Ask away! What do you need?Sorry to ask, but I was wondering if someone could help me with the character creation?
I am having trouble figuring out what kind of cyberware to give my character who is a exotic netrunner. I'm not really well verse in the lore of cyberpunk (I've been watching lore video about it and trying to finish cyberpunk: edge runners as well.). I was starting to think that he wouldn't really have lot because he is scare of getting cyberpsychosis.Ask away! What do you need?
An entirely plausible a d reasonable character phobia, i like it.I am having trouble figuring out what kind of cyberware to give my character who is a exotic netrunner. Thanks for the suggest, its really helps! An entirely plausible a d reasonable character phobia, i like it.
So, if you want to be a full deep-dive netrunner, going full Matrix-style, you'll want some kind of Operating System to go with your neural port/interface link (which come for free). Getting cyber-eyes with virtu-lenses are also handy, as it allows you to 'see' cyberspace without any headgear.
But the most important thing isn't even your cyberware as a netrunner. It's your cyberdeck, which is a piece of gear. If they're scared of going cyberpsycho, they can go old school with a deck and virtu-goggles.
Of course! Happy to helpThanks for the suggest, its really helps!
We will be running with the tabletop's logic.StormWolf that reminds me of a question I had. Are we going to maintain the general logic of the tabletop where you can't hack into a person's cyberware or personal items without a hard wired connection?
Or the 2077 style where it's basically magic and netrunners can use wireless net to remotely blow people up or make them punch themselves?
Best way around that is to tell me what your character's "thing" is. Cyberware gives you that oomph to live on the Edge, dial things to eleven. Chances are, they'll have cyberware to elevate what they are good at.Hi, I need some help if that's ok? I'm not sure what to do with the cyberware section. I'm kinda stuck with it right now-
He's a Rockerboy with some netrunning capabilities, so it's mainly the latter I'm trying to work with. Not sure what kind of cyberware I have to give him. Also, I'm still confused on what to put for the neural section ^^"Best way around that is to tell me what your character's "thing" is. Example: Diego was always a strong lad, but with his linear frame, he can punch someone like they got hit by ordinance or tip over a small car.
