1: [YC] and Jane can barely stand each other's presence. This is unfortunate, since they've been preparing for their arranged marriage since they were seven. The only reason [YC] deals with it at all is because Jane's brother [MC] is rather nice...and apparently rather rebellious. Just as [YC] is realizing his feelings toward his friend [MC], the wedding day arrives...


I put them as [MC] and [YC] but honestly, I don't care who's who as long as I'm someone, and I'd like it just the same the other way around. Next time I'll use 1C and 2C for 1st and second character.


2: [1C] has not dated since sophomore year of high school, and [2C], now in his junior year of college, can't find anyone he wants to date. His parents are getting on his case-- why don't you have a girlfriend? You're 22; you should be married! I want grandkids! etc.- and he doesn't know what to do. Since [1C] has the same problem, they decide to fake being gay for each other at [2C]'s next family reunion. However, what starts off as an elaborate ruse quickly becomes real feelings.


And finally, the supernatural one~


3: [MC] is a werewolf, one of only twelve (that he knows of) to be left in the world. This is hard enough without being noticeably gay (despite his best efforts to not be noticeable), and without being gay for your straight, human, oblivious best friend, [YC]. Things become more complicated when an [YC]'s already aggressive girlfriend turns out to be a werewolf slayer, catching poor [YC] up in a centuries-long battle to catch and kill the last werewolves-- which will result in [YC] discovering every one of [MC]'s secrets.

Bio: Born in South Korea, Yoochun lived with both his parents and his younger brother, until job opportunities made them move to Virginia, USA. Knowing that he would be judged for his Korean name and his accent, young Yoochun took on the name "Mickey," as he knew that the Disney character "Mickey Mouse" was most popular with his youthful peers, and studied so his accent came as Americanized as possible. With time passed, he adopted the nick name "Mick" and spoke English with the fluidity of anyone born in the States.


Mick graduated from a university with his Master's degree in Biotechnology, though there was another love he had alongside his love for science- singing. Anyone close to Mick, or anyone who wanted to be entertained shortly, came to Yoochun to hear him sing- he sang well. He had a brief dream to becoming a singer, but realized that singing was more of a hobby to him than something he would pursue as a career.


From those who knew him, he was oftentimes described to be thoughtful, calm minded, and humble. He had what some called a "big brother" complex; someone who could be easily depended on and was a friend to anyone in need. He was also the type to not speak too much, not because he was shy- but because he wasn't really one for excess noise and oftentimes preferred to be alone rather than attending party after party. He calls himself simple, but was far from it, in kindness.

Dislikes: People interrupting him when he's listening to music; his sister's attitude; boring people; anything left unplanned; messes; sporks; and god forbid someone ever call him girly because of his haircut.

Bio: Danel's sister was born three years ahead of him, to fully Korean parents, but Danel wasn't. His mother's husband was very upset because it was clear that Danel was half-white, meaning that Danel's mother, Kia, had cheated. After a paternity test proved that Danel was in no way the son of his sister's father, Kia's husband kicked all three out of the house, and by the time his anger had cooled off, all three, including Shya, who was engaged in an arranged marriage with a different family friend, had fled the country. Once in America, Kia grew rather poor, having no skills in order to get a job, and couldn't afford to pay for both children, much less a flight back to South Korea to ask Shya's father for money. Finally she agreed to dissolve Shya's original arranged marriage in exchange for a new arrangement with a richer family-- the Parks.


Having been brought up in a very possessive, controlling family, Danel is very rebellious in his mannerisms.


Danel is very blunt, although he does try to be nice to those he cares about. He speaks fluent English, though still in his own accent, and has been known to criticize Mick for faking an American accent. He can't sing and he typically either charms the pants off people or makes enemies in a perfect fifty-fifty ratio. He is stuck with the name Danel because his original name was too hard to spell and by the time he figured out how to spell Daniel, Danel had stuck as his name.
