Personality: "Idiot" is probably the most common word used to describe Casey.
Casey is actually a pretty smart person. She's observant, resourceful, a master of improvisation, and is naturally a curious person. However, all of her other personality traits seem to overshadow her actual intelligence. For one, she's loud, and never seems to shut up. She's the type of person to rant about the uses of peanut butter for two hours straight, completely unprovoked. She'll even get into the ethics of peanut butter to provide some background information, despite the fact that no one asked.
She can also be a bit of an airhead at times. If you give her an important task, chances are she'll zone out within five minutes of being given the job. The same goes for most conversations that require her to listen more than speak. This doesn't mean that she'll completely ignore everything that you have to say on purpose. But if the topic that you're discussing is anything short of extremely interesting, Casey will most likely only listen to about half of the lecture. She needs to be actively engaged in something at all times, otherwise, her subconscious will find a way to keep her entertained.

Background: There isn't much to say about Casey's upbringing. It was pretty standard, as far as families go. She had a wonderful mother and father, neither of which obsessed over her or her siblings, nor did they abuse anyone at any point. There were a few issues here and there, but none that were too unusual; and all of which had something to do with the natural courses of raising three kids. She had an older sister and a younger brother, making her the middle child. She had fights with all of them, but none that weren't resolved at some point or another.
The most notable part of her past was probably Casey's knack for getting herself into trouble. No matter where she was, she would seem to find herself in the wrong place at the wrong time. Most of the time, it wasn't even her fault, it was just Fate's way of sticking its middle finger in her face.
full name: Omar Figueroa gender: Male pronouns: He/Him sexuality: Questioning height: 5"6' weight: 157 body mods: Tattoo of a puzzle piece on the back of his neck, and he lost his right hand, a little above the wrist, a few years before and wears a prosthetic.
personality: The Stoner - Omar is the kind of kid that is high more often then not. He hadn't always been like that, more of the jokester and class clown and busybody up until the accident. Afterwards, he turned to weed to ease the phantom limb pain he gets from time to time. From there he easily fell into a slacker personality, trying even less then he'd had before and just coasting on his charming personality that hasn't completely gone up in smoke. Though he winds up being pretty mellow most of the time, he's hiding a bitterness and anger about what happened to him. He hasn't snapped yet, but it's a matter of time.
likes: philosophy, logic puzzles, getting high dislikes: writing, texting, sports (anything that is harder now that he has a prosthetic). fears: loud noises, enclosed spaces, clowns strengths: increased pain threshold, imaginative, always has weed
background: His father was emotionally abusive, always yelling and throwing things when he was growing up. When he one day became physically abusive, Omar's mother left him and took her two children with her. They didn't always have everything they wanted growing up, and his mother was working most of the time, but Omar and his big sister tended to keep out of trouble.
His sister Fern was a senior when he finally made it to High School and by then they had drifted apart a lot as she was cultivating her social and academic career, getting ready to go to college. Without her watchful eye, he made a few mistakes and as a sophomore ended up in a car with a drunk driver that resulted in him losing his hand. He can't remember everything about that night, since he'd been drinking as well, but he got out with his life while another kid wasn't so lucky. It was hard and affected his schooling and friendships. Now that he's in his senior year he has no idea what he's going to do, since he did very little to prepare for college, and he still suffers from the trauma of that night, though he's no closer to getting help for that either.
