i'm not sure how you feel about these ideas none elemental or one of the elemental magics and or and forms could be used with in reason she could also do a sort of kasper thing but it would have to be toned down

What if I make her a peaceful person that rather refuses to use the manipulation of blood unless told to by her master? And what if I weaken the death manipulation so that she only sees how others will die

Well i'm thinking small to medium attack spells and weaken the effects with in a certain range and maybe some correction based on how long it's been in contact for or the focus etc.

Personality: Rain isn't afraid to hit below the belt more so with people he hates, he'll also steal girls of guys he hates as well just as extra damage. He is loyal kind and loving to those close to him but not so foolish as to walk into a trap when cornered. If it comes down to it he will attack the friend through the foe and make it seem like he's going to kill them but he never goes for the vitals.

Bio: Their father wasn't not the faithful man by any means runa his wife stayed by his side even after that, but that wasn't enough for him he he took rain away from his sister and vanished into the darkness. Rain hates him but works hard most days so one day he could find his sister and kill his father for using him to gain power over the many years. Rain will sometimes do merc jobs for people if the price or the reward is worth it. He also has a special made that he keeps by his side.

Power and Equipment: Magic eating twin blades of the void which drains small to medium weapons or spells it's not instant so he has to chant the spell to get it working in the first place.
blood wraith armour: He can use his own blood or the vials he carries as the catalyst,

Weaknesses: anti vampire/anti angel weapons etc

Other: loves learning new things fighting and fun and so much more
