In an alternate timeline,the ursurper king Ardyn Lucis Caelum has killed his decendent Noctis Lucis Caelum and his companions and succeded in conquering Eos and spreaded his darkness around the world. However,Ardyn wasn't sastified with just Eos.

After luring the interdimensional warrior Gilgamesh and taking his power, Ardyn set his sights on the multiverse.,defeating heroes,conquering worlds. His army and power grew stronger.

The Ursurper has set his sights on our own world.

Monitoring this,the interdimentional goddess Cosmos sealed the souls of surviving heroes into crystal shards,sending them to Earth to find chosen individuals who will use their power for good.
She also asked the help of a man from Earth,known as Commander Cid Carson to bulid Soul Bracelets to channel the power of the soul crystals for the future warrors to use,including himself.
He founded SHARD and recruited soon to be Crystal warriors in hope to defeat Ardyn and protect Earth and the multiverse.

Cosmos has also summoned surviving heroes and sended them to Earth.

The fate of the multiverse is in your hands warriors.

"Wake up Kupo!"
Lucy Carlson woke up. She noticed the small moogle flying avove her. She remembered that SHARD's presonel is made of both humans and Moogles.
"Mog,what is it?" she asked. "Your father wishes to see you. He told me to remind you to bring your Soul Bracelet and two crystals with you. You will need them Kupo!"
Lucy's eyes widened as she heard that. Was her father letting her be part of the squad and fight on the field? She grabbed her Soul bracelet which had two Soul crystals and putted it on.
"Looks's like your big dream will come true?!" Prompto cheered in Lucy's mind from his crystal.
"Hold on your chocobo,Prompto, we don't know why she was summoned by her father." Noctis replied.
"I'm sure he made up his mind." said Lucy as she headed to her father's office.

Commander's Cid's office.
'Let's see...the new recruits should be here soon." Commander Cid said to himself as he checked his computer. A Moogle came to him. "The portals are ready,Kupo. Also new survivors will be there soon Kupo!"
"Good to hear." Commander Cid replied. Lucy arrived inside the office. "You wanted to see me Dad?" she asked."Lucy, I have something to ask of you." he told her.
"You will finally let me go out on the field as a agent?" she asked.
"Yes,you will but for that you need three crystals and you only have two." he told her. "I know but Noctis and Prompto are both strong!" Lucy added.
"Luckly for you, I received a new Soul Crystal. It's a warrior from the Demon Slayer universe.He will make a good addition."
"Really? Is that a Hashira level demon slayer?" Lucy asked.
"It's a strong one alright." Commander Cid replied. He brought out a golden Soul Crystal from his desk and gave it to Lucy. She examinated it and putted it on the third slot of her bracelet. Then a voice boomed in her head.
"W..Where am I? Who are you?" the voice of a young man cried in Lucy's mind.
"Him? But I heard he's difficult to control because of his cowardness!" Lucy replied.
"Yes,but he's a strong fighter." Cid replied. "Now there is no time to waste,we must great the new retruits in the entrance."
"Wait..." Lucy asked. Was he avoiding the subject on purpurse? Then again,time was running out.

• Lucario stood in front of the base, remembering the description of it. His instincts told him that this was the place, and he headed inside.
  
  "So, where is this Commander Cid?" Lucario thought, looking around. He eventually found a sign telling him where to go, and he headed to the office that he was looking for.
  
  Upon arriving at the office, Lucario knocked on the door.
  
  
  "I'm here, commander." Lucario said, speaking through telepathy.

  Sonic sped up to the base, skidding to a stop just outside the door, barely avoiding hurting him by a collision with the door.
  
  "This is the place." Sonic said, before heading inside.
  
  He checked in with the front desk, a step that Lucario had missed. The person working the front desk told him where to go, and he walked to the commander's office, to avoid collisions with doors.

Giyu just arrived in the base after being escorted by hélicopter He joined Sonic and Lucario near the commander's office. " I take it this is the Place?" he asked the other two outworlders.
The moogle opened the door. Giyu was the first to enter the office. " Mr Tomioka, Lucario, Sonic, glad you could all make it." said Comnander Cid. "There will be more recruits coming but your help is needed right now."
"What is it about?" Giyu asked.
Commander Cid activated a holographic board on his desk. It showed the 3d figure of a man with long purple hair,golden eyes wearing a weird multicolor coat and a fedora hat.

Giyu's eyes widened.
"You might be all familiar with this man as he is problebly the ones who destroyed your world and others. His name is Ardyn Lucis Caelum. He was to be first in line as the first king of Lucis,but unfortunate events decided otherwise." Cid added. After defeating Noctis Lucis Caelum,the last of the royal bloodline of Lucis,Ardyn conquered his world then set to conquer the multiverse. He needs to be stopped."
"Commander, I summoned agent Kocho and agent Prower to the office,Kupo." another Moogle told Cid.

Giyu looked surprised as he heard the familliar name of his fellow Hashira. " She's alive?"
" A few multiversal survivors are working for SHARD. Shinobu Kocho is curently the top admin in the medical unit." Commander Cid explained.

"Now,even though there are survivors in the multiverse,alot have fallen.However,their souls and essence were converted into crystal shards,which ended up in hands of individuals from our world,which use their powers.Most of those Crystsl warriors will be your fellow agents.
Including my daugther Lucy over here.
Lucy only nodded to the newcomers.
"Now we shall head to the training facillity." he looked at Lucy.
"Wait,you want to train me?" Lucy asked." I already had trainning!"
" A demonstation to our newest retruits of what a Crystal warrior can do." Commander Cid replied. "Plus you need to train with your new crystal. A speed challenge should do. Agent Sonic,you shall be my daugther's partner for this training demonstration."

It seemed normal. The moose and geese were hanging around in ponds and forests, and the trees swayed with the wind. It seemed, nice.. if it wasn’t for the large crack in the sky, shattering and shattering, revealing a dark void.

"It seems we have an incoming interdimensional threat." Commander Cid replied. " It might be dangerous,but this will serve as your training Lucy." he told his daugther.
"Are you sure about that?" Lucy asked.
"No time for questions! Tomioka,Sonic and Lucario,you will go as well!"
"Understood!" Giyu replied.

Giyu and Lucy stepped outside. They noticed the large eye. "It can't be a demon?" Giyu asked. Lucy looked netvous as well. She wasn't sure if she could use the new crystal's power to battle this threat.
