I’m Rogue: your resident chaos goblin (they/them), age 29. As a long standing Bioware fan, the release of Veilguard has me salivating to write within the Dragon Age universe once more, and I’m coming out the gate with a shameless, self-indulgent request.

I want a polycule. Neve. Lucanis. Both our Rooks. Please, for the love of the gods, I need to play off this dynamic, because my damn polyship mods don’t exist yet, and BioWare is filled with a bunch of cowards!

*Ahem.*

Yeah. I basically want us to write an ethical quad-ouple(?) together. We’d each play our own Rooks, and grab one of the canons. I’m comfortable writing either Lucanis or Neve, so I’m happy to indulge your preference.

Option two is for you to write Lucanis and Neve for my Rook, and for me to write any of the other (and any number of) companions for your characters—including from past games. Indulge my feralness, and I’m happy to do so for you as well!

With cards on the table, let me finally give myself a proper introduction. Here’s what you can expect from me, my writing style, and what I’m looking for in a partner:

• LGBT+ Inclusive!
• My mains are usually male, but I can portray any gender. Open to any and all pairings.
• Your gender does not matter to me.
• Third-person, past-tense.
• Multi-paragraph to novella. Quality > quantity. Would appreciate a partner who is okay with up-and-down word counts; sometimes a scene calls for a flood of description, sometimes dialogue only needs two paragraphs.
• My muse can be sporadic, and I appreciate a patient partner. Sometimes I have the drive for multiple posts a week, sometimes I can only do one. In return, I’ll never pressure you for a post.
• Communication is key: any concerns, feel free to bring ‘em up. I never mind editing a post if needed, or redirecting our plot.
• I will portray a small zoo of side characters, because I enjoy making the world feel vibrant and alive.
• No notable triggers or sensitive topics; please let me know yours, and I’ll respect them.

Spoiler: Dhaemon de Riva | Elf | Spellblade

Born as a slave in Minrathous, when Dhaemon's magic manifested, his master took a special interest in him; wanting to replicate Danarius's lyrium experiments, amplified by one with innate magical talent, the magister imbued a young Dhaemon with lyrium-etched tattoos, and used him as a weapon. During a stint in Tevinter, Viago de Riva took a contract to kill the magister, discovering Dhaemon in the aftermath; the elven boy was taken underneath his wing, and taught to be a formidable assassin. Silver-tongued, charming, yet hot-headed and quick to act — sometimes without thinking — Dhaemon is all heart: a storm driven by an instinctual need to protect those he holds dear.

• Dhaemon is a trans man.
• He’s in his mid-twenties.
• Pansexual dumpster fire.
• Affinity for storm magic.
• Facial scars are from his first ‘contract’, the dance with the Antaam.
• Lightning-like scars upon the rest of his body are from the first manifestations of his magic.
• Covered in lyrium-tattoos, in a replication of what was done to Fenris from DA2.
